One of the reasons I chose to look here is because I saw they had really good reviews and also from how they looked online they were supposed to have more affordable options relative to other salons. When we arrived, there was no one at the front and we weren't greeted for quite a bit though someone came up eventually. They let us know that we have to wait till closer to reservation and we were welcome to look around. Saturdays is a hectic day so we totally understood that getting in earlier was a shot in the dark. At that point we had already gone to other salons during the day and I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted so I took advantage of looking around. To my surprise I wasn't seeing as many dresses at low of a cost as I expected. I feel like the ones that were similar to the style I wanted based on the other salons were only a few hundred less, but I thought it be less since the other dresses were not off the rack. Additionally we waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and had yet to be started by anyone, so at that point we decided that maybe that just wasn't the place for us and left. Compared to other salons I worked with, I felt like the customer service was a bit more attentive there, and I was even called prior to my appointment to make sure they knew my preferences which I really appreciate. All in all, I will say I did see some pretty dresses at the salon and don't want to deter anyone. I'm just reviewing it based on my experience when I went.

The dresses ranged between $1,000 up to $7,000 so there are many options for you to pick from depending on your budget. All three experiences were stellar! ALL staff members were overwhelming nice, exceptionally accommodating, and patient. Yasmine was my consultant who went above and beyond both times and I would recommend her to anyone!! Here are my personal recommendations: don't go to Davids just once. If you didn't mesh with your initial consultant, choose someone else for your second appointment. They have a ton of dresses and one appointment will not allow you enough time to get to even a quarter of them. Be open to try on any style dress. The one you think you love may take a backseat once you see yourself in something different. If you have wicked high expectations of drinking champagne in your suite of a dressing room then yes, go somewhere else. If you need your surroundings to be quiet and serene try Davids on a weekday as weekends, of course, are going to be busier. Don't bring your entire wedding party with you. Not only will they all be in the way of staff trying to accommodate, but they will also add to your own confusion of what YOU want. Ps. When we returned the following week to purchase the dress, they couldn't find it and offered no apologies. The manager didn't even come from the back to address the problem. The other issue was the dress couldn't be ordered. NEVER again will we visit this location and NO, I will not recommend this location at the Mall of Georgia to my family and friends. It was the lack of concern and the lack of customer service for me.
