Prices are not very inexpensive but they seem like good quality clothing. I went with my son and he was being impatient, the employee was so sweet to give him a candy. And it in return made him sit on the bench while I tried the clothes in the small fitting room. The dress I bought, so many people have complimented on it whenever I wear it. Overall, a great buy.

Duluth, with its heavy domination of chains and strip malls, does need more places like this. While heavily dominated by women's clothing mostly within the "affordable quality" price range of $50-$100, there is also a decent section dedicated to small local items such as Georgia Bulldogs coasters, mugs, a few books and of course, artwork with Lake Lanier on it. Admittedly, many of those items are not something I would personally ever purchase, but they are there and could make a good souvenir for somebody visiting the state. They are certainly more tasteful than a gift shop and largely tailor towards suburban demographic that surrounds it. The staff were friendly in this little shop and the design is neat. All around, a pleasant local business that adds to the character of the neighborhood and is a pleasure to support.

This store stocks lots of items that will help you celebrate special occasions. Gifts, cards, stationery, invitations, and decorations are among so many different quality items that they sell. Most of these items are organized into specific sections of the store. For example, just about all of the cards are in the card section, and the invitations are in the invitation section. However, gifts are spread throughout the store, so customers have to walk through the entire store to get a good idea of what they stock. The three of us looked through the whole store for a birthday gift for our ex-manager, but nothing jumped out at us. While we all agreed that they have high quality merchandise in Swoozie's, we all thought that the prices were generally expensive - more expensive than what we want to pay, unless they were on clearance.

I love the "laugh out loud gift cards". These are the cards that you read and immediately laugh out loud. My favorite birthday card today had a picture of an older woman on the front and read: Gurrrl!, 39 again? and when you open it, it says: Do you even own a mirror? I loved it and if I had a frenemy, this would be the perfect card. Unfortunately this is not a card that I would actually give to a friend but one that I would share for a good laugh. There were several of these very funny cards along with more serious ones. In the second room there was a collection of fragrances that you could actually test. They came in the form of creams, sprays, liquids and diffusers. I tested one and will be returning to purchase some because as I sit here, I am enjoying this wonderful light scent that is not overwhelming and does not cause my eyes to water. Today I picked up Wind and Willow Chili and cheese hot dip mix. I hope the product tastes as good as the picture looks. They had several varieties but I chose this one because it was lower in sodium and will pair well with my blue tortilla chips. This is a great mature gift shop where you can find items of dignity to give your friends. No more tacky tees and cheap garbage as you will find truly thoughtful options available.

It has everything from home decor, beautiful bedding, clothing, scents, candles and jewelry. Everything is beautifully displayed with purpose, not just randomly placed. It is the quintessential girl-friend/mini-me shop. It is not a very large store but it held great inventory and was just chock full of possibilities. As I was in the store, I immediately thought of my daughter, (mini-me) because they had these really cool bracelets that can be personalized with messages of love and encouragement. This is the perfect gift for that daughter who may be leaving home for college or just striking out on their own. I did not buy anything yesterday, (although I identified several items of interest), because I wanted to save the moment and return with my daughter. Particular items of interest included the bracelet, candles that don't overwhelm but give off a heavenly scent, poster-cards, little decorative plaques, My favorite said "If I die in Wal-mart, please drag my body to Neiman Marcus"). The bedding: QUALITY!. It doesn't matter where you purchase your bedding or what designer is identified. All that matters is how it FEELS, I prefer natural fabrics, soft to the touch, must have weight and should just feel plush. If touching it makes me feel good, then it's a go. The fabrics were simply beautiful. The jewelry selection was ideal for someone who likes it simple and sweet. (They carry what I like to refer to as lady pieces). Earrings, bracelet, necklaces that tend to run on the conservative side yet can be styled in various ways. I love this store…read more There were so many unique and interesting items. I could see having a great time gifts shopping and possibly finding a treat for me. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. If there were a location where we live, I would definitely be shopping here. Happy shopping!

The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. I am so incredibly disappointed.
