Girls dream about their weddings all their lives! We walked in and the girl barely welcomed us, she was dressed in jeans and a black t-shirt with some rock band. It immediately put me in the wrong mood! REally, you can't dress up to present dresses that are in the $500 to $1,000 range. Two days later i went to have my tires changed and the front people were dressed in black pants and a black shirt. What's wrong with this? i was so glad we did not buy from Affordable Bridal as i did not want to purchase from someone who does not have the respect to get up in the morning and dress appropriately in respect to the future bride for what should be a beautiful event in the wedding process. They also had two children that were jumping up and down and running around and making noises! This created a terrible memory. read more

If you are a bride that is on a budget, simply does not care about big brand names, or wants a more intimate / not crowded dress try on with your bridesmaids - this is the perfect place for you. There are a couple things to know before showing up at affordable bridal-- You HAVE to make an appointment. Dresses are shipped in weekly. There will always be different dresses. You can not look at their inventory online- but you can see some of their new styles on Instagram and TikTok. Ask about their dress policies! They are amazing! Ask about their alteration department, great prices! I would recommend getting an idea of what style you want before you arrive here as they do have MANY options and it is easy to get overwhelmed as a first time bride. Examples: A-line, princess, etc. white, beige, yellow. This will help you from getting overwhelmed at the options, and the staff better assist you in clipping dresses to try on. The experience: You arrive, check in, and they give you clips. You clip around 10 dresses to start. An associate brings them to the fitting room, and helps clip you into the dress for an after alterations feel. You can step out on the block where the dress will be fluffed, and a mirror held behind you so you can see the back. You can then go back and clip more dresses once previous options are returned to the floor. The staff is friendly and do not make you feel pressured to purchase anything-- which I greatly appreciated. The floor is CLEAN! There was some glitter on the floor as expected but you do not accumulate dust bunnies while trying on your dresses. I am highly satisfied and impressed with affordable bridal. Thank you! read more

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a gown at Affordable Bridal. Everyone was kind and helpful but Connie, the alterations expert, is their shining star! Not only did she do an amazing job with the alterations she shared invaluable information about all things "bridal". She showed the bride how to properly lift her dress while walking upstairs and how to adjust cleavage! She told me what "tools" to bring such as a crochet hook for fastening the buttons on the back. She even gave us advice on how to handle a sticky situation with family members!! She was a tremendous help to us and I am grateful for her guidance!! read more

This was the second bridal shop I visited and I was definitely under-whelmed. We were greeted by a woman at the front desk and told Brittany would be helping us. after waiting a few minutes we were paired with Lauren instead. She did not welcome us or introduce herself. We were told that the dresses are separated by sizes and that we could browse on our own. She offered no help in making selections nor offered any suggestions. She did not pull any dresses for me. My wedding party had to pull additional dresses. She didn't ask any questions regarding my wedding or my dress preferences. And she pretty much asked me to hurry up since the next appointment was coming in. It was definitely not the dress shopping experience I expected. Only giving 2 stars because some of the other staff were helpful. read more

Being that this was the first store I went into to take a look at wedding gowns, it was very much so "meh". There was a decent selection of dresses on the floor, and the girl helped me seem as if she was new. I didn't realize how poor the treatment was here until I made it to the next bridal shop. I had little help in actually finding dresses, was just kind of "let go" in the store. Also I had to ask for shoes to be brought to me. Again the person helping me wasn't rude, she just wasn't exactly helpful either, and a bit aloof. On the plus side, if you are budget minded there are a decent amount of very nice dresses that were within the under 2k range. read more

Bought my wedding dress from Affordable Bridal. The staff is amazing, helpful and informative. Their selection was huge and you get the same great vibe as any other bridal boutique - nothing "cheap" feeling about it. My dress was beautiful, affordable and came in on time. When I first tried it on, I thought we had ordered the wrong size. When I called the shop, they said to just come in and try it on in store. Of course, when I got there it fit perfectly. The dress was just stiff since it was brand new and had never been worn. Crisis handled with nothing but smiles. I have nothing negative to say about Affordable Bridal. read more

The size of dress they suggested I ordered seemed quite incorrect; I went against their advice and ordered three sizes smaller than recommended. After the dress arrived it was still too large. At least one member of their staff cannot measure correctly and they suggested the wrong size bridesmaid gown for my daughter. She's stuck with a gown that is at least a size too big. Their answer was that she "signed a paper" to order that size but she relied of their "expertise" for suggesting the correct size. Now she's stuck with a dress that is much too big and will cost almost the cost of the dress to get it altered! So glad we ended up buying my daughter's wedding dress from someone else. It was the same dress she picked out at Affordable but was cheaper. read more

She helped me in and out of my dresses, hung up the ones I just got out of and actually asked what I was looking for and pulled several other dresses I tried on. I had an appointment on 09/14/13 for myself and my bridesmaids. We went to another bridal salon prior to the visit that had excellent service, so by the time I got to Affordable Bridal, I had certain expectations and they failed miserably. When we first walked in, they did not greet my bridal party, and I had to walk over to the desk to say I had an appointment. The representative they assigned me to pointed me over to the bridal dresses and told me to pick them out and she will hang them up for me. Then I reached my limit of dresses and walked over to the dressing room. I was highly disgusted when the representative told me to put on the dresses by myself!! I was ready to walk out then! This is the kind of service I get at the Gap, not a bridal salon where I am about to spend a few thousand dollars. The rep did not offer to help me until I called over one of the bridesmaids to help me. She also did not know how to clip me into the dress, especially the breast area, especially considering I was looking at strapless dresses. I know this is possible based on what the other salon did for me. I ended up finding a gorgeous dress at Affordable, but decided to go back to the salon that provided top notch service and give them my hard earned money only to find out the representative gave me a bogus style number. I was so happy when I went to the other salon that they had a very similar dress with a better train and a better price. The other salon even remembered us when we returned, even the fact that we were missing one person because she had to go to work. If I could give a zero rating I would. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I like many other brides want to help our bridesmaids save money on the dress as much as possible at first I thought I was doing the right thing.. but I wasnt.. Not only is the staff rude and think they are always right, but will not fix any problems that they say they will. Three out of Four of my bridesmaid dresses came back not fitting.. which the lady swore up and down that the measurements are accurate.. well she told the girls they were supposed to be alot bigger on them when they got them.. Not only were they the perfect fit on the lower region but they all stopped wrong in the same exact place.. After a long talk they decided it would be best that they take all of them out. When one of my bridesmaids called the lady told her they they should have fit that my girls have gained weight.. (not only is that the rudest thing I have ever heard.. but.. its funny when she was measured at the store wearing a size 14 jean and now she is a size 12.) so I would like to say I hope you never get another client and close because A. you are worthless and B. yall are the rudest individuals i have ever met! read more
