My dress is very intricate, it has 5 separate layers of fabric, beading, lace, appliqué, boning, you name it. I was incredibly nervous about finding a seamstress that would be able to make the needed alterations in 4 months, while keeping the integrity of the dress, and making sure it fit perfectly. I found Hanans through various reviews on Google, Yelp, and my favorite place to get the real reviews, Reddit. People love this woman. And I 1000% know why and couldn't agree more. I'd go to battle for this woman. I think I had around 11 appointments with her total? Which is absurd. She was able to work around my travel-heavy job, addressed every little concern or question I had, and gave me the most perfect dress that I could have ever hoped for. I could not be happier with the end result, we ended up going down quite a few sizes or so from the original and it still looks like the dress I bought, just one that's been custom fitted to me. She is well worth every single penny. GO TO HANANS.

All of the dresses here seemed to be very affordable (I tried on lots of dresses, all under $1500) and I was able to find one on sale for an amazing price. They looked just as nice as dresses that were going for $2K+ at other stores! McCall was super helpful in assisting with getting the dresses on and off as well - I went solo shopping so it was nice to have her in my corner. I really appreciate Carrie's for delivering quality service without breaking the bank. Some other bridal shops wanted to charge an appointment fee just to come and try on dresses. I highly recommend coming to Carrie's!

All three experiences were stellar! ALL staff members were overwhelming nice, exceptionally accommodating, and patient. If you didn't mesh with your initial consultant, choose someone else for your second appointment. They have a ton of dresses and one appointment will not allow you enough time to get to even a quarter of them. Be open to try on any style dress. The one you think you love may take a backseat once you see yourself in something different. If you have wicked high expectations of drinking champagne in your suite of a dressing room then yes, go somewhere else. If you need your surroundings to be quiet and serene try Davids on a weekday as weekends, of course, are going to be busier. Don't bring your entire wedding party with you. Not only will they all be in the way of staff trying to accommodate, but they will also add to your own confusion of what YOU want. Ps. When we returned the following week to purchase the dress, they couldn't find it and offered no apologies. The manager didn't even come from the back to address the problem. The other issue was the dress couldn't be ordered. NEVER again will we visit this location and NO, I will not recommend this location at the Mall of Georgia to my family and friends. It was the lack of concern and the lack of customer service for me.
