I combed through reviews & Reddit posts trying to make sure I found the most amazing alterations spot & Hanan's bridal came HIGHLY recommended. I can't enough say enough bad things about my experience here - Appointments or your time doesn't matter to them, they are not professional whatsoever. It didn't matter what I "requested" - only mattered what she said. There's construction criticism & then there's just plain rude & that is this business 100%. Almost took my business elsewhere, but she assured me I would be taken care of. I should've trusted my gut - After 3 weeks of her "supposed to be doing the alterations," I showed up again for my appointment to pick up my dress, only to find out she just started altering it about 15 minutes before my appointment (not to mention, I took off half a day of work to drive here to make the appointment time & just to get told she needs "more time to do the alterations" - my wedding is in a week SO no / it has to be done today). She brought my dress out of her office in a crumbled pile like laundry. I also got home today to find ink stains all over my silk dress. Everything about this place was rushed, not thorough, & not what I asked for either. I really highly recommend finding another alterations spot, because I trusted this one with my $3k gown & they absolutely butchered it. Just another entitled indian owner that doesn't do good business or takes care of customers. I left the appointment today in tears after my dress was not what I expected. When we returned the following week to purchase the dress, they couldn't find it and offered no apologies. The manager didn't even come from the back to address the problem.
