We were greeted by a friendly sales associate telling us all the sales going on and offered to help if we needed anything. We then drove up from midtown Atlanta because of this information, only to now be told that the item hasn't been in stock for weeks. I love wasting my time and gas money for nothing. And what's worse is, in the past we have always gotten good service. What a disappointment all around. Edited to add that one--and only one--employee seemed legitimately sympathetic to our situation and helped us find something for our troubles.
