About a year ago, my (now) fiance and I found this lovely Vietnamese jewelry store while we were looking for a diamond to place in my fiance's family heirloom setting. It's very bright and well organized, with a fantastic selection of Jade and gold jewelry. We ended up making a deal with Sean Pham, who was pleasant and knowledgeable. There was another employee there that we spoke to first who was a bit rude-- saying things like, "Oh, what you REALLY want is a pear-shaped diamond. Trust me." (Umm...no. I really *don't* want a pear shaped diamond!) and making a few snide remarks about my fiance's mother accompanying us. We were about to walk out and go elsewhere when Sean stepped in and really helped us out. We told him the sort of diamond we were looking for (a rather rare Asscher shape at a specific price point) and he said that they had one in their warehouse and it would be available in a week. The only problem was... we were only in town for a visit, and we were leaving town for Missouri the very next day. Sean made sure the diamond was in the store within an hour, along with several similar ones for comparison. Once we had decided on the perfect stone, he brought me into the back where their expert jewelers sized the ring on the spot, fitted the new diamond into the ring while I watched, polished it, and it was ready to go! They even accepted trade (at a really good rate) for the smaller diamond that had been in the ring previously. That same evening, we walked out of the store with an awesome engagement ring...at a great price! Their policies are great too: free cleaning and sizing for life, any upgrade is kosher, even if it's just $1 more than the old stone. Most jewelers have a policy that the upgrade has to be double the price of the original stone. We'll be going back there on our next visit for a (free) cleaning. The location of the store is safe and surrounded by restaurants and many other stores. I would highly suggest talk to Sean Pham who is very well mannered and extremely knowledgeable. I work six days a week and wouldn't get off by the time they close. The best part was there was always communication via text. Sean would update me in diamonds that would come in that fit my budget. The setting is a standard 18k where most place it's 14k. My fiancée goes there once a month to clean her ring. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My wife since the day I met her has always loved sapphire rings, but the catch is her finger is a size 4. So everything has to be custom made to really fit her tiny fingers right. I talked with Sean about making me two custom Sapphire eternity bands and he said "We can make it!" I went to a few different Jewelry stores to see if the could also make it, all of them said they could but for a price that was double or even triple what I was charge. Buyers and Sellers Beware. If you are planning to sell your gold here, please make sure you know what you have. ie. what karat it is, the weight. I took some gold to see how much they would give me. My gold is clearly stamped 18 k gold. They took it to the back to test my gold and told me it is only 14 K, so I would be given less if i decided to sell it on the spot. They do not let you see their results of the acid gold test. It's all based on honor, trust. You have no choice but to take their word for it? I don't know if they will let you see the gold test results. I didn't ask. I really urge you to have your gaurd up when dealing with any of these Vietnamese jewelry store. I'm really glad I went with my gut and decided to hold on to my jewelry to try to take it to a more credible jewelry store. Good luck. read more

Beware***Horrible horrible experience. They only care about ripping off people's money. I bought a setting and diamond ring and wanted customize for the setting. The diamond for what color cut and clarity I wanted they didn't have. They said they will order from the mine. But wait as soon as you put a down payment and changed your mind they will take 50%. Also you should not customize anything here as they will not guarantee their work. No refund on customization says it all. Many other places shops or online stores will give you refund or exchanges on any jewelry you buy from customized or not. They will not. You have to eat it if you aren't happy. They make or seem like they are helping you but they are not. They are the highest cost jewelry in GA. Do not go there. This was my first experience and will be my last. People save up money to buy jewelry that they want to be happy with. They all need to make it right. Everyone deserves to be happy with their purchase. You shouldn't be faulted for your purchase. Please spend and choose your jewelry somewhere else that is interested of helping you. There are many other places that guaranteed customer satisfaction. read more

Correct I did forget, but I'm sure if you end up getting a call after 4 weeks later and telling me that it's ready who wouldn't. Your job is to remind your customer and update them on the date of when it would be finish. Unless your intention was for me to forget about it and keep my deposit. One advice to you when dealing with a customer and this goes out to any potential customer in the future, is to not promise them a date and not complete it on that date. Also giving the fact that you didn't call and have the nerve to say that you tried and clearly you didn't. I have proven that in front of your workers. Not a single care for your customers urgency. And you would lie to the edge just to make your business sound good when it's not. Also I can guarantee you that any other jewelry shop around the area could do what you did in a week and keep there words. No one would believe it took you a month to do. read more
