However, I'm also saddened at many of the closed off storefronts due to businesses leaving. Lots of parking is available all around the mall. A food court with spacious areas with lots of tables allows customers to find a place to eat without too much crowding, and there is a carousel nearby. It's easy to navigate this mall, and I like it because it has a nice layout that has only two levels that makes it easier for most people to remember where they are and not think, "Where am I" or "Where did I park my car?" North Point Mall was opened in 1993, and renovated in 2003. Since then, most of the mall has been maintained well.

I showed him my email order and he started looking for them. While he looked I walked around and of course I picked up some things lol. He'd find me and let me know he was still looking and asked another person to help on the search. That's great customer service. I looked at his name tag but it just said Manager. He said his name was Justin.After searching the store he informed me they didn't have any on clearance or anywhere hiding out. :) Justin even called another store for me. Someone else checked me out and I didn't realize until I'd left that he only gave me the 40% discount, not the 50% I was supposed to get. When I returned to the store Justin was up front and greeted me with a smile and said, "welcome back!" I mean I was wearing a lime green fitness outfit so I wasn't hard to miss or forget lol. A line was forming and I asked him to look over the receipt to make sure I wasn't missing something before I got in line. He said there was a mistake and informed a different staff person at the register now how to handle the transaction. We need more people in customer forward positions providing the great customer service Justin gave me. Thank you to Justin and the young woman, petite African American woman, who helped him search for the pants during my initial visit, and to the 2nd cashier who had to refund all my items and re-rind them. She was pleasant and helpful. A kudos to Old Navy overall. I was unaware they gave 10% discount to military. Thanks for giving back to our military!

The card number gets printed on the receipt and is only protected by a 4 digit CID that could easily be brute force cracked (only 10,000 combinations). Sometimes there are only 2 digits for the PIN. One person had $3500 stolen from them. Macy's needs to talk to corporate and put a stop to this. This is ridiculous.
