Last night was first time shopping this location for Shipt. I wasn't familiar with the store, but found the section for the item I was looking for. Unfortunately, the item I was looking for wasn't present on the aisle. It was an Xbox special controller. Dwayne came around the corner at the perfect time and asked if I needed any assistance finding something. I was so happy because this is exactly what I needed lol. He scanned the item in his system and was able to grab the item from the back. This makes for such an easier shop and the customer is always happy when the my get their intended item. This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section. I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target. read more

It can be a hit or miss if they are willing to help you find merchandise in the back. --Food/Products-- Seasonal items. Products can vary depending on the season. I have always been a fan of target. It is just a different experience shopping in a target then in the other super store. This target is set up a bit weird... no double entrance, the store seems smaller then I am used to but over all it is the same good experience. One thing I have notice is they staff some cashiers! I've shopped at this Target for almost two years and have never had a moment that had me pause until today. I'm still rating my experience a 4 because I believe this is an isolated event and really enjoy shopping here. It's clean, well stocked, nice layout, and usually friendly service. However, this is my second time interacting with Natalia in customer service and she is not a pleasant individual and should probably be behind the scenes away from customers. I'm sorry but a Target gift card is not the same as a credit back to my debit card. The young lady couldn't understand why I wanted the refund placed on the method used to make the purchase, my debit card and not a gift card. I was very frustrated by the interaction and thankful she called her manager to assist with my request. Still don't understand why acted like I was being difficult. read more

I love shopping in most of the Target around the metro area. They have great customer service with neat and clean stores. This location is no exception. It's located near the North Point Mall area where the Petsmart, Babies R Us, Dicks Sporting Goods, Regale Cinema and Bed Bath & Beyond are located. I think the location is super convenient because if you're by the mall shopping then you can hit Target to get house hold items or basic groceries. (You can also go on up to Old Milton Parkway into The Avalon. There is a Whole Foods there. I enjoy Target's clean floors and wide aisles. The shelves are stocked with a variety of fairly good quality items that are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly but seldom initiate first contact to ask if they can be of assistance or help you find anything. They will gladly assist if asked. On my visit on this day, I was purchasing toys and gifts for the Marines Toys For Tots program. This is one of my most loved charities and it's spearheaded by my favorite branch of service, the United States Marine Corps! It seems that Targets' customers like the Marines' toy drive too! Since lines were very long I allowed a lady to go ahead of me since she only had a couple of items. She was very thankful and expressed concern for my time. I told her I wasn't in a hurry and was just getting toys for the Toys For Toys program. She immediately reach for and grabbed the largest toy and ask the cashier to put it on her bill!!! How wonderful was that!!! This IS the most wonderful time of the year! Thank you for your gift! Thank you Target for having great merchandise. read more

I LOVE this Target. The staff is very attentive and always helpful finding things with my CartWheel App! A huge shoutout to my cashier to new employee Brian. He was very personable and knowledgeable. When I had problems getting a coupon into my CartWheel he was more than happy to help me! You can't train good attitude! Most Targets take pride in how they present themselves inside and out. For some reason this Target always seems a little lax on the outside maintenance. There is always trash in the parking lot and shopping carts everywhere and all over the parking lot. I know some of this has to do with the shoppers being trifling and too lazy to put their shopping carts in the stalls and throwing their trash on the ground, but Target needs to do a better job with the upkeep. I will say the staff is always nice and helpful inside, but the outside looks like a Walmart parking lot. Lastly this Target never has a great selection of items. I can always go to any Target and find exactly what I'm looking for, this Target not so much. The selection is usually pretty poor. read more

I like going to target and especially searching for their yellow tag clearance. Its always a pleasure to shop here since its peaceful and not utterly crowded. You get everything if you visit the super center but the regular Target does not have a huge fresh produce section which is alright sonce you still do get the basics. They bave a great collection of toys section amd always something on clearance too. The bakery has yummy cakes and I like it more then many of the bakeries around. Again the bakery is only available at the super target and not regular target . Over all i prefer coming here since my kids are smalland easier to browse here. And their carts are also pretty smooth to maneuver. read more

This target was recently remodeled and looks great, but they have a very limited selection! I'm so disappointed. I wanted to buy hot chocolate but all they have is hot chocolate k-cups! Seriously, you don't carry normal hot chocolate that everyone can make? Also wanted to find some $5 movies like other targets have but this target only has new releases on DVD. Guess they upgraded the store to only include the newest and latest products. So if that's what you're looking for then this target is for you, if not you might want to go to the Milton target or Walmart. read more

This location is located in the perfect place to allow someone in a hurry (which I generally am when I stop by this store) to grab needed essentials, whatever they may be. I have grabbed everything from soft drinks to supplies for my fur baby, they sell a little bit of everything. My only concern is that the place always looks like it needs someone to run around with a broom and a dust pan and sweep the floors. The customer service is generally pleasant, I've not been forced to wait in any long lines or anything like that. It's convenient and the prices are fair. read more

I have never seen a Target so disorganized. Random items on every shelf. Opened packaging everywhere. Baskets and carts left in aisles with stuff in them. The aisles were blocked with items on the floor. It was a complete disaster. It took twice as long to shop because I had to hunt for everything. read more

I think I am biased towards this location since there is a Starbucks here. I like the foot traffic here too (only if I'm not in a rush). There's something about a busy store that gives it more appeal. lol. Like I mentioned, there is a Starbucks that's adjacent to the Target Cafe. This is a Super Target (?) since there is a fruits/veggies, deli, and frozen food sections. There is also a pharmacy here as well. Target Mobile is also in the area if you're wanting to browse their phones. Sometimes they offer better deals than your actual carrier. I've had my doubts about buying a cell phone from other places other than my carrier, but really, it will save you some money. Service here at the mobile section is okay--from personal experience. Back to Target ... Things are stocked plentiful here. I hardly see an empty space on the shelves. The departments here are less unkempt than the Target in my home town. The employees here seem to be more chipper and very willing to assist. read more

Love that this store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly, although you might have to track them down if you have an issue or question. I have never seen anyone just wandering around the store looking for folks that appear to need help (hint - hint Target Mgt). They are stocked with the same items as all Target's. The store is well lit with large / clear signs above each department which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Even though this Target is slightly tucked into the corner of the shopping center, it always fairly busy, with plenty of cars in the parking lot. It could be because I'm always here during the day, since this is the closest Target to my office. This Target has a much better stocked (in terms of number and variety) baby section, particularly compared to the Target on Holcomb Bridge. Perhaps it's because it's in the same shopping center as the Babies R Us and just down the road from the Buy Buy Baby. Despite the further drive and the more challenging access, this is the best Target in the area, imho. Bonus points: Santa works here. I have to go to this Target because it's the closest to my house and it is conveniently located next to so many stores I frequent. My preference is another Target that's 5 mins out farther than this one only because it's cleaner and easier to get around. It appears this Target is out of things, or things are not placed correctly, or organized differently in ways it doesn't always make sense for a Target. The bathrooms are older and smellier, and the cafeteria if it could be called that is hidden and basically non-existent. The outside is a struggle with the trash at times. I wish they took the time to re-do the store with a better lay-out. The staff has always been pleasant in my experience so no concerns there. read more

We stopped here as part of our massive baby furniture buying odyssey today. I was pretty tired by the time we got here so I was very happy to see that they had a Starbucks here...I got the Egg Nog Latte, it was pretty good. The person behind the counter was nice also. This Target had a little of everything and was clean and well organized. To be honest, we didn't do too much other than visit the Starbucks although this did seem like one of the nicer Target's I have been in. First time into this Target and I came in to get some allergy meds at the pharmacy. There was only one person in front of me in line and two people behind counter. I waited for about ten minutes before being helped. One of the pharmacists just sat behind a computer while the line got longer and longer... very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers..... won't be coming to this Target ever again... read more

Very annoyed about being followed around by the LP guy today. Funny thing is, I used to work LP for Target in Florida. I knew we were being profiled as we live in Bible Belt south and my husband and I are heavily tattooed. He followed us around, pretended to look at his phone but was clearly checking us out by the thumb drives. Yes, I was BUYING one for work. He followed us over to the Halloween section and was even more obvious. By that point another manager was also in the Halloween section and I loudly mentioned by this manager how annoying it was to be followed by LP for no reason. We then walked over by the food area and the stalking discontinued. I am not impressed about being treated like a criminal. I spend a TON of money at Target and am not a thief. I expect that this discontinue or further action will be taken. Proper training courses should be implemented about what cues to look for when following a potential shoplifter. This is in no way how your "guests" should be treated. read more

Super clean and easy to navigate. I enjoy browsing the racks of clothing because it is so organized. The employees are very polite and professional. Management clearly has this store together. My only gripe was with the Starbucks inside that was ran by target employees. My drink wasnt made properly and the batista was rude. Other than that I enjoy my visits here. read more

Clean target with plenty of inventory but the store managers make no effort to please the customers. They really don't care about earning repeat business. I guess they just assume they are in a busy enough location. I personally will just drive the extra distance to the Milton location or even Duluth. The employees are friendly but I don't think they are very knowledgeable about where things are or even what is in their section and I get the feeling there is maybe a lot of turnover. Such a frustrating experience. Occasionally one must hit Target. And unlike every other retail store that uses coupons to draw customers in to the actual store, Target requires the customer to do the work and scan each item in order to check if discount applies. THEN, with it all scanned, one STILL must stand in line to check out. What's the point? If you're forcing the customer to do the work and still rely on a human to check out, why bother? Especially when the discounts are so few and far between? Exercise in total futility. read more
