Well my invoice has no barcode. Wouldn't use order number to look up needed a barcode. This was ordered on line and the only receipt I ever got was the order confirmation with delivery date, not accurate but did arrive 3 days later it's the holiday season so not a problem. Nothing but items ordered in package so no other receipt. All the clerk did was repeat need a bar code to scan. So guess my granddaughter is stuck with outfit that doesn't fit. read more

All the stars are for Christie!! She was so helpful, nice and went above and beyond to get us what we needed for the right price. The store appeared to be clean, fairly organized and well run. A little disappointed with selection there's a lot of snacks, makeup and weird clothes but other sections had a lot of bare spots. Maybe things have moved more online but it's sad to have to hunt for what you need by going to multiple stores. read more

Tonight I went through self Check out. Clearly scanned all items in my cart. One of the items was a heavy duty shelf thing for the garage on clearance. The brand was bright room. I didnt pay attention to the brand or actually anything. I just grabbed it from the clearance and thought perfect something I can organize with! Upon exiting after paying, Joey with Target Security attempts to tell me I didn't pay for the item. I pulled the cart over to the side. And got my receipt. Told him to check the cameras multiple times and see it was clearly scanned. He told Me to go to the office with him, it would only take 5 mins he was quick. I said no I will wait here and you can go check the cameras. I also showed him all the items totaled 9 items and there were 9 items on the receipt. He insisted it didn't matter because that item was not on the receipt. Indicating I didn't ring the item but it wasn't on me if the clearance sticker didn't say the same thing on the receipt. He refused to listen and wouldn't go check the cameras or ask anyone to. I told him I was leaving grabbed my receipt and walked to my car. He threatened to call the cops and issue a warrant. I said for what! I clearly rang the item up! Go ask the self check out cashier. His machine shows him everything. And if I didn't scan the item where is the 9th item. The only double item on the receipt was the $5 popsicles. I left the store and he kept the item that I PAID FOR!!! And insisted he was calling the police! I'm so sick and tired of the corporate stores giving the "asset police" the authority to humiliate and basically demean you even through you offer to wait will they go review the transaction and cameras to ensure I scanned the item!!! read more

4/14/22 - 5:40pm I have been a Target devotee for 25 years. Love the stores and the products they offer. While recently in Roswell, I stopped by this store to get a sewing kit to mend my son's jeans. I asked the young lady who was wiping down carts at the entrance if she knew where sewing kits might be. She said she knew exactly where they were and walked me to the aisle. With Target being a gigantic store, I would have probably roamed around for hours if not for the help of this young lady. I'm sad that I didn't get her name to give her a big Yelp shout-out. She suggested denim patches for the rip in jeans and they worked perfectly. It looks like this store may have been renovated recently - certainly in the last 4 years since we lived close by. The store was laid out well and everything was well stocked. I was surprised at how well stocked the shoe department was. My local store's shoe area always looks empty. They have a full Ulta store inside the store and a great selection of housewares and decor. Restrooms were clean, check out lines were quick and all in all, it was a great little shopping trip! read more

For year's I've stopped at this Target before or after work and it is all that you expect from Target. I believe that this store has been represented in a false light in a one-star Yelp review because the store was sold out of disinfecting wipes during a pandemic. The yelper saw online that wipes were in stock but learned upon arrival that the wipes had in fact sold out. In this review he boasts about yelling "F*** you" to employees until they checked the back room for more. Below are my opinions. 1: We are in a pandemic. Stores are navigating unfamiliar, unusual circumstances. Every store has extended it's sections of cleaning products but they can still only do so much. 2: We are in a pandemic. Cleaning products are selling out within an hour of ANY store opening. This would have been the scenario had this person gone to Walmart, Kroger, Publix, CVS, or any store that people know is likely to sell disinfectant. 3: WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC. While businesses can take a guess at what panicked people will do next, they cannot control it. They can buy MORE product, but they have to leave room in the budget for the thousands of other products the store needs. 4: Technology isn't as reliable as humans in this case. Technology glitches. Or maybe the system hadn't updated or COULDN'T update for whatever reason. Or any number of other possibilities. The employees, however, are able to keep up with stock in real time. Employees know before the system does that these items have all been put on shelves and sold. 5: Why would a company hide their most high demand items instead of making them highly visible and easily accessible. Stores have employees keeping a closer eye on these products and restocking those specific items AS they leave the shelves. If you're thinking stores wouldn't pay extra people to do this, you're right. This is already someone's job. That person is just giving more attention to these items than they usually would. 6: Customers are standing outside the door before opening BECAUSE we all know these products will be gone in minutes. It only makes sense that we all adjust our shopping and our expectations accordingly. 7: My greatest annoyance with this review, which actually consists of several offenses, is the entitled temper tantrum. Instead of accepting their mistake of not planning ahead, and accepting that OF COURSE they are sold out of what are currently the WORLD'S highest demand items, this adult decided to scream and curse; at those at the bottom of the totem pole nonetheless. These are not robots or greedy corporations being publicly demeaned and humiliated. These are living, feeling people who, like the rest of us, are here because they need to put food on the table; not because they like you. Someone will argue that this is what these employees signed up for, or that Target employees should simply comply because of their competitive pay rates. No one signs up to coddle grownup toddlers or to be treated like a doormat, for things they have no control over, while they're likely already doing what they can. No rate of pay should mean sacrificing respect. The reviewer felt he wasn't being taken seriously. Everyone is taking four million deaths seriously. These stores know not to set themselves up to be mobbed and vandalized, then publicly scolded for holding out on disinfectant. He attached a screenshot of the wipes listed as in-stock. I don't think anyone would question this part even without a screenshot. Given the current state of the world, I do believe that anyone else who saw this would have been skeptical and gone to the store with hopes but not expectations. This is a small and expected error. That review is the product of displaced anger from someone too entitled to admit that he made a series of decisions that disregard the fire surrounding him that's consuming all that was once normal, then expected people who don't even get full-time hours anymore to fix it. in my opinion, of course. read more

This is the lowest rating I've given a Target store. I used to visit this location frequently when I lived in Alpharetta, but since I began Yelping, I was reminded I hadn't written a review on my most recent visit. Make sure you make your calls and texts before entering the store... no service whatsoever!! It's 2017 y'all..... get with the program. That's really my main complaint... how am I supposed to check if what I pick up is acceptable for dinner, etc? The way other Targets should be. Here are the top 5 reasons why this is the best Target within 20 miles radius 1. Ease of access. They are located halfway between Woodstock and Roswell on hwy 92. If you live in Roswell they would be a 5 miles trek. If you live in Woodstock it would be a 8 miles trek. You can't beat it. 2. one stop shop. Besides having a Starbucks inside. They have the following in the same shopping center: Panera Brea Chick Fit A Dick Blick TJ Maxx Sally's Famous Shoes Japanese sushi place whose name I forgot The Fresh Market Hallmark Emission Inspection place You can't beat it. 3. The store is neat and organized. In the retail environment it can get pretty hetic since we know the public can be one big gigantic blob. So the fact that these guys keep on top of things is saying something. 4. they have clean restrooms. Need I say more. 5. Always friendly staff. I've been here shopping 15 minutes before they close and the staff is still friendly and upbeat. Kudos to them for good customer service. I've been shopping at this Target off and on ever since I moved to the Atlanta area. It has been newly renovated. Cell phone service is spotty to non existent inside. There's a Starbucks here (critical info, y'all). But where Target has really shined in my eyes lately is Drive Up. It has literally been a live saver in #pandemic2020. I've done it over a dozen times & only had one small issue. I actually went into the store again and decided drive up was way better than wandering the aisles. This is my new target and I am super pleased. Not going to lie I miss my super target in Milton which has a greater selection of food and etc. but this location, even without being a super target, has such a nice selection of food and pantry staples. Love the Starbucks inside - duh. Tons of self-checkout kiosks, too. This target is always clean and still seems sparkly new. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Admittedly, I use the drive-up more than I shop inside, but both work so well and we can generally get everything we need in one go. Not sure what is up with the 3 stars here! This is a Super Target store. There's a nearly full-sized grocery store plus a full-sized Target all in one building. On the West Coast, we don't have that much land space and have to pay the price, but this place is ginormous and has just about everything you could hope for. They open at 8 am (on the dot) on a Saturday morning, and even though they're busy facing shelves or restocking, the staff there was willing to drop whatever they were doing to help me. I get it, I was one of only maybe three people there that "early," but they were willing to go to the moon and back for me. Moving into a new place, I needed almost everything, and actually, by the time I got to the grocery side of the store, I didn't even have room in my cart for half of my list and I had to go back later. When I went up to the check-out lanes, the floor manager-type worker came over and helped me unload my massive cart. She was willing to do anything to help me, and was worried about what my arrival back home would mean with all of this stuff. No one cares this much at a Target, I swear, but it was so nice to just have someone there who was watching out for me, not to even mention everything that I needed at a reasonable price. I went to this Target store today because their website said that they had disinfectant wipes, but there were none on the shelf. None of the employees were willing to go to the back of the store and double check the backroom. Instead of going to get some more from the backroom, they ALL insisted that they HAD to be out, even though their own website clearly stated that they had some in stock SOMEWHERE. The first employee that I asked for help from insisted that I had to get here FIRST THING in the morning. I literally had to yell, "F--- YOU" at 2 employees just to get them to do SOMETHING and to take me seriously and even then I intentionally walked out on them because I knew they weren't going to do anything about it. I took a screenshot of the website to prove that this store really was supposed to have disinfectant wipes in stock at this location. My point is the employees were rude and REFUSED to help. I always have the most unpleasant shopping experience here. You'll have better luck shopping ANYWHERE else. The shelves are always empty, and there are tons of employees just sitting around talking in front of the registers meanwhile there are only 1-2 open. I like going to target and especially searching for their yellow tag clearance. Its always a pleasure to shop here since its peaceful and not utterly crowded. You get everything if you visit the super center but the regular Target does not have a huge fresh produce section which is alright sonce you still do get the basics. They bave a great collection of toys section amd always something on clearance too. The bakery has yummy cakes and I like it more then many of the bakeries around. Again the bakery is only available at the super target and not regular target . Over all i prefer coming here since my kids are smalland easier to browse here. And their carts are also pretty smooth to maneuver. read more

I have never been treated so poorly at a Target store as I was today at the location at 1135 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075. My seven-year-old son found a Pokemon Mega Construx set on the self in the toy section. It was the only one, so we used a store price checker to make sure we knew how much it was. The price checker displayed a price of $14.89. We took the toy to the self-checkout and it rang up $21.99. I informed the attendant, who scanned the toy with the Target app on his mobile device. It rang up $19.99. He then called an associate from toys on his radio, and was informed that there was no price tags in that section (where the toy was located) that read $14.89. The associate then said that they "didn't know" why the scanner would say a different price. The self-checkout attendant offered it to us at $19.99. I did not find this satisfactory, as the price indicated by the in-store price checker was still about $5.00 cheaper. I then asked if someone could walk back and scan the item as I had to confirm the price I was quoted by the machine. Another associate was called over. She also started out by telling me they could do $19.99. I had to request, yet again, to have someone walk to a price checker to confirm what I had seen. She agreed to do so, but advised me that the other item I was buying (an item on clearance that there was only one of in the store) had to stay up front, even though I hadn't paid for it. I was obviously upset and annoyed at the situation. I put the item where she requested and I said something to the effect of "it better be here when we get back". She (the associate) then snapped back at me and said for me not to use that tone with her and that if I wasn't going to show her respect, then we "could forget the whole transaction". Again, I was upset at the situation, but I never raised my voice, swore, or said anything negative about/toward her. I'm sure that I seemed upset, but that is completely understandable in this situation. My children (my seven-year-old and ten-year-old sons) agree that I did not raise my voice (they have told me when I have in the past). They even said she was talking to me like she was my mother. After being embarrassed by this associate in front of other Target customers and my children, we went back to the same price checker, where the toy displayed a price of $14.89. She escorted us to the front of the store, where she checked us out with the toy in question, and the item I left up front at her request. A request involving an incorrect price should never have become this escalated. During this interaction, I feel like I was accused of lying (about the price) and personally attacking a Target employee (by the associate who claimed I had a tone). This is completely unacceptable, especially when no one ever apologized about the incorrect price and the hoops I had to jump through to make sure my child wasn't being taken advantage of by bait-and-switch business practices. read more

I was completely out of computer ink. I went online and it said this store had 3 in stock. I went in, and lo and behold....no ink. I went back online while I'm at the store. It still shows 3 in stock. I looked around to see if maybe it was in the wrong shelf, but nope. No ink. I tried to find a salesperson but there was only one and he was with someone. My Dear Target, I miss the store that you were when you first burst onto the scene and in the later years when you were always abuzz with customers. Now, you just seem to be a shell of your former self. Today as I dropped in for a rare visit, I had the sinking feeling that you have just given up and given in to your competitors. This was apparent by how poorly stocked you were and just how quiet the store was in general, ( In a whisper), It was kinda creepy. Here is the problem as I experienced it today, you sale the same clothing/brands as Walmart but at a higher price. That is just not smart because I would rather stock up at Walmart than feel ripped off at Target. It simply doesn't make since when I am just looking for those everyday casual vacation tees or basic items. I would understand if I was looking for something really special and unique that had to be of a superior quality, but no, I am just going to be hiking and sweating. I also would appreciate your adopting higher standards for what you consider clearance prices. Taking a dollar off of an item just does not entice me to purchase said item but only irritates me because it is a form of false advertising, (in my opinion). For me a clearance item is an item that has been marked down significantly in order to assure that it sales fast, in order to make room for the new seasonal items. Today, we left your store empty-handed and "cleaned up" at Walmart thanks to their generously stocked items and unbeatable prices. Great housewares selection when you're needing something a bit more upscale than Wally World. Their grocery prices are also comparable also, so we're frequently in that department as well. Their electronics area isn't so hot, but I keep an eye on their clearance shelves and will occasionally snag a gem of a deal. read more

This is a very clean, easily accessible, well managed, Super Target that features full grocery and pharmacy on the right in addition to the traditional warehouse goods. It's really a model for how other locations could work. Always enough checkout people, always have what I need, and convenient parking with plenty to spare. read more

Christian CJ rocks! I checked online for Santa sequin hats and confirmed the store had lots available. However, I showed up and there were five people stocking all the holiday items but I saw no hats. CJ immediately ask if he could help and went to the storage to look for the hats as I needed a large number. He warned me that it may take a while to find them. Nice! He founds lots of boxes that may have had the hats, but I didn't want to force him to take the time to go through the boxes. I will go back after all the stuff was put out. I am a huge fan of fancy restaurants inside of gas stations but this is an exception. I was very disappointed when the waiter asked me to leave for setting up a table and chairs in the aisle. Not to mention there was no cell service. I would have rather gone to Ihop wearing nothing but a turban than walk across this godforsaken wasteland that is target. Target is a great place to shop and always surprises me with the items they have that I can't always find anywhere else. They have some higher prices at times, but when you look on cartwheel and use target mobile coupons you usually can get decent deals. I love shopping here and have encountered friendly service from the employees. The clothes section is one of my favorites, but has let me down a few times and usually makes up for it on the next trip. I do wish the show section was more organized and did not have all the clutter so it isn't as much of a hassle to find things, but other than that I really enjoy shopping here. read more

The biggest of big boxes. North Fulton must demand it. If you absolutely have to do one-stop on, oh, pillow cases, finishing nails, and cream cheese -- it'll do. But a tremendously huge space. Good luck finding anything quickly. And the grocery side is sketchy, particularly the produce. If you like popsicle meals -- go nuts. That is the wheelhouse. That and softdrinks and prepared mixes. This is one of those 'super' stores that has a grocery included. The place has always been clean and well-lit. Prices are average for this kind of store. The employees are generally polite although no more than necessary. The selection in the grocery is decent. Not as large as a dedicated grocery but there's plenty of variety. My wife and I visit this place quite often for groceries and odds and ends. It's always clean, well kept and stocked. The selections in the grocery section are usually as good as most grocery retailers. I always seem to find random stuff in here that I need even when I'm only running in for a few items. Coffee beans, iPhone charger, stupid hat, deodorant, and tiki torch oil all on one visit! Not too bad. The only downside to the place is the shopping center can be a pain in the butt to navigate and the minivan militia usually has the parking lot overrun with rug rats and strollers. Dear Target, If your hours are 8AM - 10PM, please provide customers, whose work hours dictate shopping a few hours before closing, with the same customer service and cleanliness you would those who shop during the day! It's is a very unpleasant experience for shoppers when employees are too busy with "closing" duties to be of any assistance. Sadly, the problem is not a lack of employees, as they can be found with carts of merchandise to stock, emptying trash cans, cleaning checkout lanes and restocking bags, collecting (setting up?) cash drawers, returning returns to their place, gathering shopping carts, bagging for other cashiers so you can't unload in their lane, etc. I discovered on my most recent visit, maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms also ends several hours before closing. (See pictures of every stall.) I reported the filthy conditions (no paper towels, urine on toilet seats and floor, spots of fecal matter on the inside and outside of toilet bowls, toilet paper strewn all about) to a manager. She politely responded, "Oh, the person who does bathrooms was probably busy restocking bags," --as if it was to be expected. (She is young; I hope she learns.) Lastly, God forbid, you wait until the last 15 minutes to check out. The punishment for that outlandish decision could be a "let-me-humble-you" glare of disdain or complete silence from your cashier, an animated directive to proceed to the self-check area, and/or being forced to use the exit furthest from where you parked because "the entrance" is locked. (Silly me... to think all these years, I never knew the returns counter side of paired entry AND exit doors was "the entrance.") I humbly suggest: If customer service technically ends between 8:30 and 9:45PM, that you request corporate to change your store hours so they reflect the more realistic "were closed to making this a pleasant shopping experience" time of 8:30. Attention cheap makeup junkies: this Target now carries E.l.f. makeup! I've been buying their $1 eyelash curlers online for years now, as well as their perfectly tinted moisturizing lip glosses (also only $1), and now they're available at Target. The selection isn't huge, but they had all my essentials for a buck, so I'm not going to complain. I can't wait to check out their make-up brushes for $3 and under too. read more
