Be aware that Publix etiquette is no longer professional at Customer Service. The management staff are very rude and unprofessional. Basic returns with a receipt are difficult. A black manager treated me like I had stolen a product I was returning and she was having to give me her money. The Publix Promise does not seem to be honored anymore. If Publix still values return customers, please educate the staff on friendliness, professionalism and how to handle customers with valid returns. At other Publix locations, I've had the same unprofessional experience. I will no longer shop at any Publix. Kroger and Lidl provide exceptional customer service. Shelves are always scarce on Water aisle & others. Usually are out of high demand items. Deli lady short black wide, is usually rude. Most of the Indians in the store are a holes except Produce department. Customer service lady Indian thinks she's Publix's Queen. Cashier Indian Low key racist. Store in general has some bad fruits & picky towards who they'll be nice too. Needs Self Checkout is definitely needed. Black cashier talks about other people. read more

No matter what you do, you'll spend an entire lunch break waiting in line. Order a day ahead? You're still in line waiting because they won't make it. Go In line, you're in there an hour. No matter what you do their food area takes an hour. read more

why do you have the option to place an order in the deli and gives you a time for pickup and everytime you get there they haven't even worked on your order and still get an attitude, this keeps happening and not sure why we keep coming back. There are three public stores always in about 2 miles of my home. This one is the worst of the three when you go to a store like a Publix or a Kroger. You expect at least for the basics that they would carry the same thing. An amazing discovery!! Fresh pizza dough in the deli section. Two kinds. One is the dough in a ball and the other is prerolled. It's so good!!! Publix is great quality food. Customer service rocks. Want to feel like royalty. Ask them to help you out to the car. They're happy to. You can reorder sandwiches via their app and pick them up. I really like this Publix location, in comparison to other locations, because the employees here are extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the small talk they initiate at the checkout. And I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two in the checkout line. The store is clean and tidy, brightly lit and welcoming. I often go here for the baked and deli goods. They rotate the things they bake; I grab the lemon poppy seed muffins whenever they have them. Not a bad supermarket. Their sandwich bar is pretty great for the price. Their produce is normally pretty good and their baked goods aren't bad either. Sometimes I'll buy some of their breads to make panades or stuffing for thanksgiving. Their selection is an eclectic mix of things you'd find at Whole Foods and things you'd find at less premium grocery stores. For that reason, they're quite convenient. That being said, sometimes their vegetables and fruits aren't amazing and their meat and fish is light years behind Whole Foods. They're much more affordably priced though. read more

I might be working near this Publix soon, which will be a great convenience. This particular location also accepts coupons from Kroger, Ingles, and Whole Foods, which should save me money if I bother to get their coupons. If. One 'seriously, who does that?' moment, though: I asked the sub-wallah to add sandwich dressing (it's a vinaigrette with dried herbs in it), and she unscrewed the flip-top lid before carefully pouring the oil off the top of the jar into my sandwich, leaving the rest of the dressing settled at the bottom. I shop at this Publix all the time so I feel I can offer a fair review. The customer service is great. If there is a problem they try their best to make it right. It is pretty expensive to shop here. It seems the prices increase pretty steadily. The price seems to go up and stay for the next few times I shop and then it increases again. An item I paid $3.69 for went up to $4.99 overnight. The next time it was back to $3.69 and most recently is $5.49! That gets annoying. I try to buy the BOGO items if I can. One nice thing is if you only want one of the BOGO item you can get the one item for half price. This Publix does not have a good selection of organic meat. I wish they did. They have no organic beef and the butcher said they just didn't get any anymore and he didn't know why. I shop at this location strictly for convenience but would love to find a better price option. read more

Very displeased as this is not a common occurrence with Publix. Placed an online deli order for a sub. It was a very easy, simple order.... and it was wrong. I called the store after the fact and reached someone in the deli, she was very rude and just confirmed that she was not the lady who made the sandwich and told me she will tell them, and hung up.... hmm, tell who? I love this store - I don't even care about pricing which I am sure is competitive. Food is fresh - variety varied. The store has everything I need and is a quick drive from home. There is no way that I would ever go to Kroger when I have Publix as an option. It is a small store but essential to the needs of the surrounding community. And staff are wonderful. They are all lovely individuals who I know are really glad to see me when I shop. My worst fear is that something would happen and I would be forced to enter the door of Kroger. read more

Terrible customer service at the deli. The deli at this location is terrible. They are RUDE and incredibly slow. They move in slow motion. I waited 25 minutes for deli meat when there was only one customer ahead of me. Ridiculous. And the deli staff act like they would rather be anywhere else other than working there. This Publix as of today at 2:00pm today was quiet and organized. The employees were pleasant and I was assisted by Ann at the deli. EASY IN AND EASY OUT! This is a nice little Publix because it is the perfect size and allows you to get in and out quite easily. We normally just got to Krogers but I did not want to even think about going there on a busy Saturday. Just getting through the parking lot can be crazy. These days, convenience is everything and that is exactly why we stopped at Publix instead. We were looking for fresh corn but did not find it in abundance. The had it packaged and they had a limited amount in bulk but what they didn't have, is the large receptacle that allows you to shuck your corn prior to purchase. The fact that did not have this available was clearly an indication that they do not want you doing this in the store. Deal breaker! I have to be able to inspect my corn prior to purchase. We did get a great deal on some Clementines though and I was excited because I have not been able to find any delicious oranges in a very long today. These were being sampled in the produce department so the timing was perfect. I am slowing starting to see Publix in whole new way because their prepared food options are great, (fresh, varied, well prepared). When I am on vacation and can't find a decent place to eat or get veggies, I know that I can head to Publix where they have great salads, sandwiches (premade), soups and hot foods. The foods on the hot food bar looked fresh and good to go. Customer service was fast and efficient today. read more

Publix is my go to grocery store, not only because it's less than 5 minutes away, but also because the quality of food there is incredible. I particularly like the Publix bakery, but everything else is very delicious too. I never worry about getting Publix brand produce or groceries because quality is important to them. Not only that, but the employees are very helpful and always smiling. Some things are a little pricey here, but I think it's worth it. read more

I went in to order a Birthday cake and was rudely rushed by Ashleigh. She was initially helping someone at first and when she was finished, she was walking to get back behind the counter without any hesitation to help me. My boyfriend had to call her over to get some assistance when she clearly saw us at the cake book for a good 7-8 minutes. I then explained the kind of cake I wanted and had questions about the design. Before I could get my questions out, she told me "I don't know if your cake will be like that due to her coming from another Publix store". I told her I ordered from here before and wanted to show her a picture so I can help her better understand. Uninterested in seeing my picture (her antsy body language and her deep sighing)she turned around to the man, that just walked up to the bakery counter, and said "I'll be with you in a minute."- and yes, there was a skin color difference. Trying to ignore her behavior, I asked Ashleigh for a cake form so I can fill out but before I could even finish my sentence, she rushed off behind the counter, came back with the form and rushed asking me what I wanted. When writing my name she said "Huh, interesting." due to me spelling it differently. I cancelled my order b/c I refuse to pay for anything I am unhappy with. Great place to shop and work. I worked here when I was a teenager. They treated me well and ive been with the company ever since. I plan to stay until I finish college.
