    Fresh pizza dough!!!

An amazing discovery!! Fresh pizza dough in the deli section. Two kinds. One is the dough in a ball and the other is prerolled. It's so good!!! Publix is great quality food. Customer service rocks. Want to feel like royalty. Ask them to help you out to the car. They're happy to. You can reorder sandwiches via their app and pick them up. I recommend asking about the daily special. $4.99 for a humongous sub. My wife and I split one. The mojo pork is bomb digidy!!!

I really like this Publix location, in comparison to other locations, because the employees here are extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the small talk they initiate at the checkout. And I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two in the checkout line. The store is clean and tidy, brightly lit and welcoming. I often go here for the baked and deli goods. They rotate the things they bake; I grab the lemon poppy seed muffins whenever they have them. These are tasty and have become a satisfying breakfast for me.

Bread. Very affordable and good for our Thanksgiving stuffing.

Not a bad supermarket. Their sandwich bar is pretty great for the price. Their produce is normally pretty good and their baked goods aren't bad either. Sometimes I'll buy some of their breads to make panades or stuffing for thanksgiving. Their selection is an eclectic mix of things you'd find at Whole Foods and things you'd find at less premium grocery stores. For that reason, they're quite convenient. That being said, sometimes their vegetables and fruits aren't amazing and their meat and fish is light years behind Whole Foods. They're much more affordably priced though.

Very displeased as this is not a common occurrence with Publix. Placed an online deli order for a sub. It was a very easy, simple order.... and it was wrong. I called the store after the fact and reached someone in the deli, she was very rude and just confirmed that she was not the lady who made the sandwich and told me she will tell them, and hung up.... hmm, tell who? To make matters worse, as if the bread issue wasn't annoying already, the loaf selected was so old it crumbled everywhere with each movement.... I mean, wow. 0/5 Publix.

Deli fresh chunky chicken salads. You can actually see the chicken along with the fruit and nuts.

Zero stars Stay far away from this pharmacy. They ask in…read morethe review what they could improve :close the pharmacy and start all over! Terrible customer service and incorrect information regarding contacting you. Pure mismanagement and total lack of caring. So in line with the degradation of a healthcare system. If you want to feel overlooked go to Walgreens pharmacy they are VERY good at it .

My favorite Walgreens stores in the area are probably still the ones off Jimmy Carter in Norcross…read morefor meds and the one off Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker for the random deals and general emptiness when I go in. I've never been to this one until last month, when my hubby needed a COVID test to return to work. We scheduled ahead of time online but were running super late as I had just got off work and was already fighting traffic - add an accident to that and we were really behind. I called before even leaving our apartment, letting them know the situation. I can't speak on the retail staff, but the pharmacy staff was really nice and said they would still take us when we got there with an ETA of about 10-15 minutes. When we arrived, unfortunately, we ended up stuck in the drive-thru line behind about ten cars or so. We decided to just wait it out and see if they would still take us. We would've just gone inside if it was for anything other than a COVID test. By the time we got up to the front, it had to have been about 5:30. So we were like 45 minutes late or so at this point, as opposed to the projected (already late) time of 5:00. The gentleman who greeted us at the drive-thru counter behind the glass was not going to accept us at first. Thankfully after explaining that we called ahead and were stuck behind an accident and stuck in the pharmacy line, he and his co-workers decided to still help us and process my hubby's test that evening. We were so thankful, considering they didn't have to. From there the rest went smoothly. My hubby self-administered the rapid molecular ID now test and got his results in less than an hour, very quickly (and thankfully, negative!) The results were emailed to us without issue, just like the other locations do. We have no complaints with this Walgreens as a test site and were very thankful for the compassionate staff that still got us in, so my hubby could get back to work. We would come here again for testing if need be and recommend it to you if you need one and are in the area. So far Walgreens as a whole has been my favorite business to COVID test with as the process is generally smooth and results are quick!

Today is the 26th, so I returned it for an exchange. Explain to me why the associate opened the brand-new replacement item in front of me after scanning my receipt and processing the exchange. I have never heard of anything like that before. When I asked why they were opening the new item, the associate stated that it was because it was an exchange and claimed it was "their policy." I know that is not standard everywhere. If a product is defective, and I purchased it legitimately with my receipt, I absolutely have the right to exchange or return it within the return window. The item wasn't even 48 hours old. Another employee then came out of the office while I was trying to understand why this was being done. The entire interaction felt rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. This is exactly why I prefer shopping at stores other than Walmart because there always seems to be unnecessary issues and confusion. This location on Pleasant Hill Road seriously needs improvement, not just with returns and exchanges, but with customer service overall. Half the time employees do not know where products are located when customers ask for help. Compare that to stores like Publix, where employees will actually walk customers to the aisle to help them find what they need. A customer should not have to deal with nonsense over a simple exchange for a defective product that was just purchased. It makes no sense and creates an unpleasant shopping experience.

For as far back as I can remember, it's "hit or miss" trying to buy a gallon of Fat Free Milk. Over the past 6 weeks there's been none in stock or only the 1/2 gallon size. Often times the FF Milk is in stock but hasn't been put on the shelf. Each time it's not on the shelf, I track down an associate and ask them to check the back of the freezer. Usually, there's no associate in the dairy section so I have to find one. Their sometimes annoyed because I'm taking them away from what their doing. I end up going to Kroger for FF Milk. It's amazing that somehow Kroger has figured out a system to always have gallon size FF Milk on the shelf.
