I had such a wonderful experience at the Ingles bakery today. I came in hoping to get one of the large cookies fully covered in icing, but they had just sold the last one. I brought a cookie with writing on it to the counter and asked if it could be completely iced instead. The first lady kindly explained she was about to clock out and no one else usually handled that, but another team member immediately stepped in and offered to help if she could just be shown which icing to use. Not only did they both take the time to fulfill my request, they went above and beyond by decorating the cookie with a July 4th theme. Their teamwork and willingness to help truly made my day and my husband was thrilled with his fully iced cookie. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this store. The customer service is always outstanding, and today was another perfect example of how much they care about their customers. Thank you so much for making our holiday treat extra special. read more

So my daughter and her boyfriend today September 6th at around 3pm went to Ingles. My daughter went to self check out, our number to our card was not working so she decided to sign up for her own card. So, she pressed the call light for help. She watched while the manager, self check out attendant and another cashier help everyone else but my daughter. Her call light was flashing. She stood there for 3 to 4 minutes before yelling "can someone help me!" Once helped the cashier had an attitude. We're people of color! We're from the Caribbean. Racism. Blatant racism. Why help every white person but the only "black" ppl at self check out you ignore. I will never shop there again. Because once I called the manager to report the situation she gave me all these excuses! Then said the call light doesn't mean they needed help! Well that bs! So yeah my hard earned money will not be spent there. Warning: Black ppl there's a war! And it's against us! Speak up for yourselves and if needed defend yourselves. read more

I've started shopping more at the Ingles in Peachtree Corners. It is a wonderful store, neat and clean, shelves well stocked and helpful staff. However, the staff at Customer Service are not that friendly professional or helpful. They are unwelcoming, inattentive and dismissive. If you ask for assistance with an item, the response is a no or yes if they have it stocked and they will not ask if they can help you locate it. The Customer service staff need basic training on how to provide customer service to customers. They seem to be deficient in this area. I believe the staff could be better trained to ensure a welcoming environment. I enjoy shopping at this store, and I hope to see improvements in employee friendliness. An newly trained employee at Customer Service is an employee named Julian. He is friendly, helpful, willing to help locate items and always professional. He needs to work more in Customer Service. He is an asset to this store. read more

I went into the store, looking for orange juice to go with my morning breakfast/snack. I see orange juice that looks like it might be pretty good, so I decide that I would purchase it. I get to the register and the price rings up about four dollars more than expected. I tell the attendant and take him to where the item is. When we get back there, he discovers someone put the item in the wrong place. He points out to me the two different prices in the respective ounces per price. Although he knew someone had put the item in the wrong spot, he did not offer to give me the item at the lower price. I placed the item back on the shelf and left the store. Needless to say, I will not be returning there, nor will I be referring any more people to that location. This is just another reason for me to continue shopping at Publix! Oh! As I walked away, I turned around and saw him moving the items over to the sticker, with the correct price! read more

This store is oretty nice! Layout was well done, they have a very clean, organized deli section that is very well stocked too. Very friendly staff! It too 2 seconds to provide my cell & name to become a member & save $$, my favorite pastime!! Wine selection was great, and they sell CHEAPER than my Kroger. I get CK Mondavi as my normal every day wine. Kriger is 2/$11. Ingles had a sale for $4.50 each. A LOT of other wines were also marked way down. Caught them on a great day, I'd say. If I wasn't in a big rush I would have snapped pick. I will be back if I am ever going in that direction again. read more

Hits the three main points, selection, price and kind customer service. I had a wonderful experience and expecting ingles to be my grocery store from now on. I was also happy to see the employment of the special needs. Overall great experience, definitely better than other selections near by. read more

Ingles is not a cheap store! Yet!!!!! They do have hidden gems. Ladies stop by after work and pick up the 1.00 half and sometimes whole bbq chicken. Heat that up with some corn on the cob and some cole slaw, bam!!!! Dinner! I personally heat the chicken but add my own seasonings or sweet baby rays bbq sauce! I bought two whole chickens for under 3.00! They probably were rotten but oh well! The salad bar is expensive but sometimes a single girl can pickup a quick salad with olives and pasta. Just watch the scale it is pricey! It's clean! Always empty! Probably will shut down eventually! They really need to become competitive with the prices! read more

Management is superior. He is always extremely kind and seemingly appears to make it a point to greet each customer wherever they are. While not doing those sort of managerial duties he can always be seen stocking and fronting right alongside his employees. This store is always immaculate in cleanliness. I only wish it was like some of the very large Ingles. read more

Prices are weird this store confuses the hell out of me. I'm a kroger girl always have been and while I do visit other markets this one just doesn't make sense. Prices are higher on most items, the clerks are just short of demanding an Ingles card and don't know where items are or if they are carried ? Deli meats are flat and over salted. read more

This is a great neighborhood grocery. Anytime I need to quickly grab something, this is my spot of choice. I confess: I am the person who shops at three different groceries for different things. This is my stop for day to day, name-brand items. They also have a great produce department, including some chopped, prepped produce options. This is not my stop for international foods and prepared foods. I am glad Ingles is in my neighborhood and that it is such a convenient and quick place to stop when I need something. read more

Clean store They were open on Thanksgiving, not a plus for the employees but I guess good for me. They have deals if you get the Ingles savings card. Will visit again. read more

As a Florida boy raised only on Publix goods, it pains me to write this review because it forces me to confront the reality that the Ingles in Peachtree Corners is actually better than the nearby Publix. Three main reasons: 1. Bakery. Croissants are such a simple baked good and yet when I went one morning to buy some at Publix the lady pointed me two sad containers of brick-like bread. In contrast, the croissants and other baked goods at Ingles are plentiful, tasty, and well priced. 2. Store brand comparable items via the Lara Lynn label are not only on par with the name brand but they are actually better! I've found this true for their cheeses, milk, and cereals! I'm slowly working my courage up to try the ice creams. 3. Variety of offerings is greater at Ingles, from ethnic food to non-alcoholic beverages to beers. Hate to admit it but a happier stomach is not a bad consolation... read more

I am typically a Kroger shopper. But since having a baby, ingles is closer and more convenient. I must say I LOVE the staff. Torrey (may have spelled her name wrong) is a cashier and stops and talks to me and my daughter every time we're in there. Even took the time to tell me that I looked great after having a baby. (As new mom that's a big deal) The managers know my daughter by name. Any time I have my dog in the car, Bethany gives her treats. You can buy groceries anywhere, but this staff deserves a raise. Side note: my dad is an executive for a grocery store. I know personal experience is a lot. I just hope and someone (higher up) from ingles reads this to know their employees are phenomenal thanks for all y'all do! read more

I'm a Publix kinda girl, but I've been on a hunt for the super secret ingredient in my caramel cupcakes and nobody has it. My former source online stopped selling it and the only place I could find it was amazon, but the price was so high it would have killed my profit. The caramel cupcake was about to be removed from the menu. Then, on a whim, I decided to try one last place - Ingles. And oh my heavens! They had it! And it was only $2 (it's $7 on amazon!). It's not likely I will return to do any grocery shopping here, but I'm so pleased with them right now. Makes me want to give them a shot. read more

Great store and employees. They are coming back after experiencing shortages like all other stores. Now offering curbside pickup. Looks like everyone else appreciates the store and especially the employees who had to endure a lot over the past two years. It seems that Rachel B does t like everywhere she goes if you read all her reviews so disregard her review of Ingles. read more

As an employee told me last night during my shopping trip when I questioned if they had any more turkeys." Yeah in the back. We put them out in the morning so if you want the best selection come back in the morning" ummm rude and they lost an additional $100 plus in sales as a result. Ill head to publix tomorrow instead. read more

My father shopped at Ingles in Peachtree Corners on Wednesday, and I did my weekly shopping there today. My Dad who is elderly mentioned that when he shopped, a customer was walking all over the store not wearing a mask. It made him very anxious. I had the same experience today. They have a sign stating requirement to wear masks, but it is shoved next to grocery carts in a place that cannot be seen my most entering the store. I spoke to the manager about this, and he just stared at me like a deer in headlights with no response to my complaint. Goodbye from these two families to Ingles until after Covid is over. read more

Our local neighborhood grocery store, I was unfamiliar with Ingles when we first moved to Peachtree Corners. I must admit that I'm pretty impressed with this location. It has all the regular stuff a grocery should, with a wide varietydw of brands and options. Good deli, salad bar, chicken finger bar, and bulk food section. The bakery and butcher staffs are highly knowledgable and helpful. It's clear this location is committed to the community, as many of the cashiers/baggers are local high school kids. They are always respectful and efficient. read more

TAKE IT EASY ON THAT GLAZE PLEASE! Every time I pass this store, I always say that I am going to stop and check it out. Today I decided to stop and get a snack. When we walked in, we noticed that the store was very open and bright. Everything was clean and organized especially in the floral, produce and deli area. We approached the deli to see if chicken was available but it was not so we went over to see the donuts. I chose the sour cream and plain glazed twist donuts while my husband chose the traditional plain glazed donut. While I enjoyed the sour cream donut, the twist was saturated in glaze and had a weird taste, (as if it had been prepared in chicken oil). I decided not to eat this one. We both agreed that the donuts had too much glaze to the point of being frosted and overwhelming the donut. I would not choose these again. I have seen better food on the hot bar and I don't like that fact that they use canned veggies which are swimming in oily water. At 10:00 in the morning, they have these strange veggies on display but no chicken. Hmmmm! However, that awesome salad bar with fresh greens, veggies and meat, more than made up for the hot bar. It was definitely the star of the store! This Ingles also have a nice eat-in cafe for you to enjoy your deli purchase. read more

This is my go to grocery store... now this is no publix... but its convenient, cheap, and for your everyday items, why waste so much money when you can get good deals here... I wish it was still 24 hrs, I miss those nights when I would be cooking and remember oh i forgot something drive down a mile from my place and come and get whatever I forgot at 2 or 3 in the morning! Overall, its a grocery store, and maybe it doesnt have the best quality stuff for its own "ingles' brand.. but it carries everything else a normal grocery does... so just get the branded stuff!!! read more

I have been a loyal customer to the Nocross Ingles for many years. Today I decide not to go to this particular store until they replace the rude manager. He seems new. Cause I have good impression about the old managers. There was a sign " ButterBall Turkey weekly special for $1.18 per Pound (Avg 12/14 pounds)" So I bought one. Cashier charged me $1.49 per pound. When I asked them to correct the price, they said that I need to buy a bigger one (at least 12 lb). I told the manager that the sign didn't say that the special price is only for the larger turkey. It just told us that those turkey 's average weight is 12/14 lb. He should correct the sign and put the smaller turkey to different area and not to confuse customers. He immediately yelled to me" Do you want to return the turkey? Do you want to return the turkey?" "Yes, I do!" I am sure someone else sells Turkey!!! Dec 1st, 2010 read more

After shopping here for almost a year, I got frustrated with how empty the shelves were all the time. Maybe it's because I only shop at night after eating dinner, but when else do they expect someone who works during the day to shop? If you don't believe me, just go on a weeknight an hour before closing and look at the sandwich bread aisle. Or the orange juice. Two things I buy often, and they're routinely out of the particular brand/variety I want. read more

On April 25, 2017 I went into the Hogansville, GA Ingles to purchase strawberries. The sign in front of the strawberries read 2 for $5. These were one pound packages. When I went to check out; Ingles refused to sell me the strawberries at the marked price since I didn't have an Ingles Card. I was informed by the on duty manager that she would be fired if she sold them to me for the advertised price without having an Ingles Card and that I had to pay $4.00 per package. I informed her that I had no desire for an Ingles Card and that I just wanted to purchase the strawberries at the advertised price which matched the same cost as the other stores are charging. Currently in my area (LaGrange, GA) Publix has the same berries for $2.50 a package or 2 pkgs for $5.00. The Lagrange Farmers Market is selling the exact same berries for $2.00 per package or 2 for $4.00 and Wal-Mart is selling the exact same sized package from the exact same farm for 2 pkg for $4.98. So, the margins on the product don't vary for three other retailers, but yet Ingles was trying to get roughly $1.50 more per package above their advertised price since I didn't have an Ingles Card. The on duty Manager then called the General Manager, who promptly told her not to sell the strawberries at the advertised cost without me having an Ingles Card and that I would have to pay the higher unadvertised cost if I didn't have or get an Ingles card. I explained that I had no desire for an Ingles Card. I just wanted to purchase the strawberries at the in store advertised price, which matched the other local store prices. Bottom line Ingles refused to sell me the strawberries at the in store advertised price, so I went to Wal-Mart and purchased the 2 pkgs for $4.98. In essence, Ingles valued the $3.00 extra dollars they could gouge out of me more than me being a repeat non-Ingles Card carrying customer. I had typically stopped by the Hogansville, GA Ingles store somewhere between 24-36 times a year and let's say spent a conservative $20 each time, spending somewhere between $500 to $700 dollars a year. I know that the financial loss to Ingles caused by me not spending this small amount money anymore at the Hogansville, Ingles won't be felt by the corporate office, but at least the other grocers in my area will make a little more due to Ingles business ethos. read more

Ok, so I do enjoy shopping at Ingles every now and then. But, their prices are definitely higher than most grocery stores. So, I am usually prepared to spend a little more money. This particular store is usually very clean and organized. However, they need to teach the cashiers to be more friendly. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile or at least a simple "hello". I walked up to a cashier (a young kid-probably 15-16 years old) and I was the one that spoke, and said "hello". You would think I was speaking German, the way he looked at me.....he checked out my items told me the total and handed me the bag, no "thank you" or kiss my butt...etc. You don't have to have a conversation with me, but at least greet me and/or say thank you. I am not sure if I will return to this store again. read more

I love the store. Yes, it's big and spawling - it sells everything. Any questions I've had have always been answered in friendly manner. I find the staff especially nice and neighborly. They donated goods for my daughter's school event with a very 'good neighbor' attitude. I shop Publix, but have found this Ingles a pleasure to have in the neighborhood - excellent value option, anything you need, fab butcher. First stop for my holiday dinner shopping. read more
