Today I had terrible service because there was one associate named Kelsey following me around the store, which I didnt appreciate at all. I havent stolen anything in my life and I dont intend to start now. She was very dismissive of me when I asked her about my free coupon about what scent she would recommend. However for those people behind me she recommended something to them. I dont know whether it was because of the color of my skin, how old I liked ( by the way I am 39) even though Im 4'5" and look like a kid, but I hated the treatment I got today. This was one of my favorite Bath and Body Works, but after the treatment I got today, I wont be coming here again. There was one employee that was very nice and not dismissive of me though and recommended something to me. Its not nice to assume about people. The store was organized and cleaned, but the customer service was horrible. I should have not made a purchase but decided to anyway. It was about 5 associates on the sales floor only 3 customers including myself. It appeared some of the associates were huddled having a meeting. I was not greeted when I entered, and no one approached to see if I needed help or even a basket for my candles that I was holding. When I was exiting the store it was an associate standing in their drive aisle processing shipment, but did not step to the side so I could get by her. It was very rude and unprofessional of her to act if that what she was doing was more important than me the "Customer" The leaders of this store really need to step in and Train their people!!! 10/21 read more

A Bath & Body Works gift card is usually part of my Christmas and/or birthday presents and normally doesn't last this long, but I held it for several months in anticipation of their sale. When the products hit 50% and 75% off, I stock up. This location seems to offer a different mix of products than other B&BW spots. There's an entire wall of candles, one small segment of a wall for men's products and no room sprays at all (that I saw). There are only a few of the gift packs B&BW is known for and their True Blue Spa section is also tiny. However, if you're looking for shower gels, lotions, soaps or body sprays, this location has enough variety to please anyone. The service is courteous and prompt but note that they're located in a large strip shopping center in Milton - there's a huge parking lot for the shopping center so there's no shortage of parking but watch out for the other cars as you walk from yours. Drivers FLY through here with absolutely no regard for the stop signs or pedestrian cross walks. read more

The convenience of pulling up right at the door rather than forging my way through crowds of people at the mall is why I visit this location when I need my Bath and Body fix. Most of the time, there are just a few customers in the store, so I have plenty of room to look around and see what's new. I never feel rushed and the staff is always very helpful if I have any questions. This week they had a 75% off sale of some products and I was able to stock up on a bunch of lotion, soaps and wallflowers. I always buy the after holiday wallflower plugins because they are so cheap. I got several for less than a total of $10. These are usually not so pretty, but I use them in outlets that are generally hard to see. I'm always going to be a fan of this store as long as it saves me a trip to the mall! read more

Terrible service.... The associate greeted and helped other customers except me. It wasn't even busy... She would just stare at my one year old daughter as if she were going to break something. Of course she broke nothing because I always take care of her mainly so she doesn't get hurt. Strange because every other location I've been to is outstanding service. read more

Between the almost daily emails and the big sales they have i dont know how i have a paycheck left after going in the store sometimes! This is one of my weakness stores, I love the hand sanitizers, and the soaps, we use them for bathroom soaps, and keep one in the kitchen, and i work in a stinky office, so i have 2 or 3 of the wall plug ins going too. I usually go to the store about once a month unless i get a free shipping code, and the staff is always super friendly, theres one lady that always shows me the new scents they have in, which of course usually means i have to buy a couple of them :) between the quality products and pleasant staff. Im a fan :) One thing to be cautious about.. i don't know if anyone else has run into this.. but with the wall flowers, i plugged on into the outlet under a window and when i went to replace it found that it had eaten the paint off the windowsill. It wasnt touching, but i guess close enough proximity to melt off the pain :( read more

Sale today. They keep good hours and rarely seem busy which helps with a leisurely shop. I have products that I love but they change them often. A member of staff was able to help me find something very similar to a product that was discontinued. Plus was that I didn't even ask her to do so. Great service. read more
