I had an excellent experience with Chipper Tree Service from start to finish. Nathan, the owner,…read moreresponded promptly and made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. His communication, attention to detail, and professionalism set the tone right away. Their quote to cut down and remove a few dead trees was reasonable and much lower than several other companies I contacted, yet the quality of service was top tier. The crew was professional, efficient, and handled the removal of multiple dead trees without any difficulty. They also cleaned up the area far beyond my expectations. I will absolutely call them again for future work and strongly encourage others to use their services. A truly outstanding experience.

We were scheduled for a later day and they called us one day and asked if they could start sooner. A full team came out and worked on our yard. Most of the transformation was completed within the day. They did have to return the next morning to drop off more rocks. After the "final" walk through, Corey advised he was not satisfied with some areas and scheduled a day to return. He pointed out areas we had not noticed were not to perfection. He came back out and fixed the aesthetics he was not happy with. We were thrilled because our backyard did not flood! Our dogs have been able to use the backyard even after it rains. Thus far the rain has not flooded our yard and we look forward to torrential rain in our future. What a relief to not have to worry about flooding! Thank you for your professionalism! We love our backyard and can't wait to work with EMS again to lay out concrete to extend our driveway!
