The estimator arrived on time, but the only thing he exceeded at is playing games and high pressure selling. Advice to the new owner of the company: Don't insult the intelligence of your potential customers by attempted to use the "This price is only good for today," ploy. I left a voicemail about getting a quote to cut and remove two(2) 120' tall trees next to my house and to cut four (4) smaller trees that were growing too close to the other side of my house and get a call back in 15 minutes from the owner, Romero. He asked if he could come out that same day to give me a quote which he did. I accepted the quote and his team showed up the very next day to start the job. It took them another few hours the following day to finish the job. They cleaned up their debris both days and did everything as expected. They have a really good group of workers. Their trucks are in very good condition and well maintained which demonstrates the pride they take with their reputation. Romero and his crew were fantastic. We contracted with them to remove a fallen tree and to do some cleanup on the property we bought back in December. The previous owners had used the far back of the property by the creek as a dumping area for all kinds of things - from fallen limbs and yard waste to old kitchen sinks (really!). We had a bit of a scheduling mixup to start, but once we got our wires uncrossed, everything was perfect. The crew took a lot of care with the lawn to make sure that the machinery they took to the back of the property didn't tear anything up. Then they quickly and efficiently removed a huge tree that had fallen across the creek and all the piles of deadfall and yard waste. It was actually quite interesting to watch the work with the little bobcat - the driver just zipped around the existing trees and around the yard, picking up piles as the rest of the crew chainsawed and gathered things up. Romero made sure to walk the property with me after they'd completed everything to make sure they completed the job. He also pointed out some other tree issues we needed to keep an eye on which I greatly appreciated. We will likely have them come out again next spring to clean up some other parts of the property and do some tree trimming. Highly recommend this company for any work you need done! read more

Romero and the team were great. Initally they requested to have the power line dropped to make the removal much easier and safer. Unfortunately the day of work, GA Power could not drop the line. The team came out to see if it would be possible to remove the tree anyway. They did, but had to bring two crews who worked tirelessly to remove the tree moving around the power lines. They just finished clearing our 1 acre forest we have behind our house, they were incredible. We had huge stick piles everywhere. They bought in this little tractor with a huge clamp on it. Picked the piles up and shredded them in the cul de sac . Very entertaining and highly efficient. Cleaned everything up perfect. Also called other Tree services and they were way to expensive. If I ever need more tree services I will dial them up for sure ps we had layer sod about two months ago and were worried they would flatten it, they totally stayed off of it. So great. read more

Very professional and they definitely exceeded my expectation. I had 9 trees over 40 ft tall that needed trimming. Romero came over to our house, we discussed what I wanted done and along with his input and recommendations we decided on exactly what they were going to do, the day the work was to be completed and the price of the job. I had received several other quotes and picked Exceed Tree Care and glad I did. The day the work was performed the crew was right on time, they used a laser pointer to identify which limbs were to be removed. I asked if they would leave me some wood for my fire pit and without question they cut the pieces to a perfect length and filled up my wood pile. They cleaned up after themselves, picking up all the little branches and shredded them, raked the area as needed and blew off the driveway. Wow! What a fantastic experience! Needed 7 oaks and one sugar maple to have the canopy brought up and dead wooded as well as another tree (maple?) cut down due to rot and growing over the house. The quote was extremely competitive! This company cut and removed over 10 pine, oak and poplar trees in an outstanding manner. They gave us a reasonable estimate in writing and provided us with their insurance and workers compensation papers, arrived on time at the agreed starting day and worked until the job was completed. They had the required workers and equipment. They worked safely and communicated effectively while cutting the trees. After they cut the trees, they used a custom bobcat to pickup the logs and load them onto a truck. They chipped all the branches and loaded the chips onto a second truck. Their name is so fitting - as they truly exceeded our expectations. We had to take down 5 trees, and Exceed Tree Care came on time, set up a strategy, and executed their task with such dexterity, we had neighbors, as wells as contractors who were working on other things in our home, standing outside gaping at their amazing work. Our smallest tree was down in less than 10 minutes. We had three extra tall trees that were very close to our house...but their experience truly shined as they adeptly took down each limb swiftly and accurately, making sure no damage was made to the property. Each tree stump was ground down, and all of the smaller limbs and branches were put through their chipper on site. At our request, they took the larger trees and cut them up into large logs to use as campfire tables and chairs, and the remainder of the large trees were cut into smaller logs to use as firewood. They stacked all this neatly in a corner of our driveway. It doesn't stop there! They took the time to clean our property when they were done. They blew all the leaves off our driveway and front lawn - we couldn't find a single stray leaf after they left! Were they expensive? NO! They were actually one of the most competitive in terms of pricing, and we asked around a lot before deciding on Exceed Tree Care. We have already started telling our friends about them.
