Called after a tree fell on my house in the evening. They arrived in less than 30 minutes, did an assessment and tarped around the trees that night to protect my house. Came back the next day with the crew. Super efficient. Very respectful and kind. I was obviously upset about the tree and Patricio was amazing. Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. They took those trees down and I recommended them to my neighbor and they taking care of some of his trees. I highly recommend them. read more

Reasonable quote. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Minor issues with communication about when things would be completed but happy overall. read more

We reached out to Patricio about removing pine trees in our property that we were concerned about falling in the storms we've had lately. He showed up on time for our consultation and was very professional. He took his time assessing and quoting the work for us and gave a very fair price. His team showed up in the time window they estimated and got the work done in several hours. They were incredibly professional, polite and respectful of property. They did damage two items but Patricio pointed them out in the walkthrough and took some money off to make it right which we appreciated. They did an amazing job cleaning up after - you'd never know we had trees taken down! If we need tree removal in the future we'll be using Lumberjacks again. read more

Patricio was great. Very responsive, evaluated what needed to be done when he got here and worked with my schedule and the weather to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Job ended up needing less than I originally expected and the trees came out looking exactly as I had hoped. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will be my go-to suggestion in the neighborhood Facebook group. read more

They did a good job the only downfall I wish they would have finish earlier than they did and would not have left such a big mess behind. Had to hire another company to clean all the mulch. But overall if I had to choose again I would chose them again. The price and the quality was overall good read more

Many thanks to Patricio for his assistance in removing our downed tree limb - our first choice in tree removal! A most kind gentleman as well read more

Return customer. Reasonable estimate, competitive pricing. This is my second time to have tree removal work done by the team(s). The original time was with Jason. On this occasion I worked with Patricio & Gus. On each occasion, the team worked very efficiently & safely together. They were respect of my property & that of my neighbors. After cutting, they performed an impressive haul-away, disposal AND clean-up (rakes & blowers). I *really* appreciated being able to pay electronically. That's a B-I-G plus for me! My only disappointment is that they don't do planting & landscaping read more

The Lumberjacks Cutting Trees team is simply phenomenal, super professional, and they completed all the work in just one afternoon. I highly recommend them if you want a great price for excellent service. My job involved cutting down more than 8 trees, and everything was done professionally. Thank you, Lumberjacks! read more

We are very pleased with this company. They responded to our request for an estimate very quickly and came out at the scheduled time. After receiving estimates from multiple other companies, we decided on Lumberjack. His price was reasonable and his schedule fit into our needs. The crew that came out were very professional and did a great job. At the completion of the job, there was no damage to any other plants or trees, all debris had been removed, and everything was cleaned up. We would highly recommend Lumberjacks Cutting Trees to anyone. Thank you. read more

Patricio came to our home and gave us a quote for trimming 3 trees and removing a small tree that started to grow in one of our flower beds. Said that he would have to quote me a rate for 2 hours since it wasn't a large job. We subsequently agreed and he sent a text letting me know they'd be able to do it the next day. Instead of sending a team, they sent 2 guys in a pickup truck 20 minutes before sundown. I told them not to bother, there's NO WAY they were going to finish. Guess they prefer the bigger jobs, but if that's the case, then be honest and don't quote the smaller ones! read more

We needed a very large pine tree removed but had trouble growing a response from a couple tree service companies we used in the past. We went to Yelp and found the closest top rated company to call. Called Lumberjack and it went to voicemail. Started dialing the next-up and got a return call from Lumberjack. He said he could stop by immediately to give me an estimate. 30 minutes later I got a competitive price and a commitment to be on site the next afternoon. They were on time and very polite. Left the yard cleaner than they found it. Even took a few branches off another tree for no charge. I highly recommend them. read more

My dad found these guys and they quoted us on 4 LARGE trees a front our home. A PRICE WE DEFINITELY COULDN'T BEAT ANYWHERE ELSE. We scheduled them quickly and within a few days, they were climbing these massive trees and QUICKLY getting the job done. They cut down, chipped, removal of debris, and stump ground FOUR TREES in TWO DAYS! This team came well staffed and prepared with tons of equipment and trucks to quickly remove the debris as soon as it was down and chopped up. They were quick, efficient, polite, and left our front yard clean. Definitely recommend this company for any of your tree removal services. read more

Justin at Lumberjacks Cutting Trees was responsive, professional, and informative when working with him to obtain a quote to trim back some trees at my new home. Im sometimes hesitant to seek out professionals to get work done, for fear of being taken advantage of. When I met Justin in Person, I felt at ease and had a good vibe from him. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, how it would be completed, and the timeframe in which it would be complete. Once I agreed and accepted Lumberjacks services, they scheduled me immediately and got to work right on time. When I met the team at my home, they were very nice, patient, and respectful when explaining what has been done, as well as recommending I keep an eye on a problematic tree. I recommend Lumberjacks to any homeowner needing tree service. They even chop up the limbs and clean up after the work is complete. I'm very happy and I'm at ease with the safety of my property now that I've enlisted their services. Thank you Justin and your team for your services and overall excellent customer service. I appreciate you all. read more

They were super responsive. Good communication and most importantly follow up. It's nice to work with a company that's as good on the back end as the front! We had estimates that were all over the place but fortunately we've been through this before and after comparing apples to apples their pricing was very reasonable and didn't change midstream like we've heard about other tree people from friends. read more

I will say the service they provided were spot on as well as the value of what they charged me, but they could definitely have better communication skills when it comes to notifying the customer. read more

Had 4 dead trees in my back yard. The crew showed up on-time, and got to work immediately. Even though some of the final stump grinding was scheduled for the next day, he actually showed up same day and got it all completed. Patricio and his crew did an excellent job on our tree removal service. They finished in a very timely manner and provided a great value for the service. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area check out Lumberjacks. read more

We got a little nervous with a hurricane coming towards us and we found a dead tree in our back pasture. They were responsive, wanted to ensure we got the most value for our money, and gave us options without trying to force us into a larger service. We had three different companies that wanted to charge us their minimum just to drop the tree. In two cases their minimum had increased since the day before. Lumberjacks came with a full crew that was friendly, worked quickly, focused on safety, and communicated well. These are the companies that should and will stay in business. read more
