Called after a tree fell on my house in the evening. They arrived in less than 30 minutes, did an assessment and tarped around the trees that night to protect my house. Came back the next day with the crew. Super efficient. Very respectful and kind. I was obviously upset about the tree and Patricio was amazing. Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. Patricio came to our home and gave us a quote for trimming 3 trees and removing a small tree that started to grow in one of our flower beds. Said that he would have to quote me a rate for 2 hours since it wasn't a large job. We subsequently agreed and he sent a text letting me know they'd be able to do it the next day. Instead of sending a team, they sent 2 guys in a pickup truck 20 minutes before sundown. I told them not to bother, there's NO WAY they were going to finish.
