I reached out to Arborforce on a few occasions. One of them was a non emergency which they came out to provide a free estimate within a few days and another was an emergency which they came out the same day to look at my tree to give me an expert opinion from an arborist. They emailed me the very competitive estimates, I approved them online, they sent me a confirmation email, and then they let me know the scheduled date of the tree work. The tree specialist arrived in trucks with logos, had proper PPE, spoke English & Spanish, took proper care of my property, did exactly what was quoted, and then removed all the branches and cleaned up before they left my property. We had Arborforce take down 1 tree and trim the tops of 2 very tall, large trees. All were in a tight space with only access by foot, no vehicles. They produced a good plan, did what they had promised at a reasonable price and successfully controlled falling tree and limbs from hurting the house or other trees and plantings. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable. They have several crews who have been available whenever we need them. I especially appreciate the detailed estimate they provide, giving options for different services (cut limbs into firewood, haul away all of the tree, etc.). Arbor force is simply the best. We had 2 very large trees come down on our property and due to limitations of the the property line, we could not get large equipment into the back yard for the job. I had several quotes and most just looked at the size of the trees said it would need to be a manual job and provided really expensive quotes. They spent maybe 10 minutes assessing the job. I had one say they wouldn't even take the job. Cesar from Arbor Force showed up and it was a very different experience. He walked all over the property: climbing over and under the fallen trees and walk through wooded area behind the house for 20 min looking for a better solution. He suggested accessing our property via a neighbor's property behind us by driving a bobcat down a very steep, heavily wooded incline to remove the trees in large chunks. He said we could save thousands of dollars because the labor/time would be significantly less. They coordinated everything with the neighbor to ensure they were comfortable and that their property would be left in the same condition as it started. Arbor Force was professional, on-time and cleaned up the property when they were done. They took the time to care, provided a better solution and were fairly priced for a job of this size and scope. Waste of time and unprofessional. Dealing with Arbor Force tree services has been infuriating! Don't bother with this company. Let me give you a breakdown of my nightmare experience with Arbor Force. 9/29/2021- got a quote 10/14/2021- I called to schedule the work to be done...(never heard back) 10/26/2010- I called again to schedule the work to be done 10/26/2021- I called for a 2nd time that day to schedule the work to be done 10/27/2021- Received a call back and was able to schedule the work (11/1/2021, first thing in AM around 8am) 10/27/2021- got another call from Arbor Force needing to reschedule the time for the work (11/1/2021, late afternoon around 2:45pm) 11/1/2021- Day of scheduled service, got a call at 12:30pm (2 hours before our appointment) saying the wouldn't be able to make it and would need to reschedule I told them no need to reschedule, I would find someone else. I'm generally a very flexible person, things come up, it happens. But Arbor Force took it to a whole other level. I don't know HOW they had good reviews online because this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Extremely disappointing. The men worked so hard!!! They went above and beyond as far as cutting every branch, making sure they didn't damage anything and the clean up as well!! We had our trees done three years ago and we knew we needed a new company to come out cause the last one was not so great. These guys are amazing! Also the office staff calls ahead when they are on the way, and everyone was on time from the quote to the work. We thought the quote was reasonable when we first got it, but now after seeing all the hard work, care and clean up they did, I feel the price was exceptional! I hope these guys get paid well by ArborForce because men that work this hard and take this much care in a job are not so easy to find. The tree removal was OK, BUT.....customer satisfaction doesn't exist!! During the removal they wounded another tree that wasn't to be removed. They kept saying it needed to be sealed, but that didn't help the bare area where the bark was all scraped off. Shortly there was SAWDUST appearing on the bare trunk...their arborist said there were borers getting into the inside and eating the sap. Needless to say the tree needs to be taken down. Ceasar is the owner and has been told about the situation and has done nothing to take care of it. I have repeatedly called and get no response from him at all. His "100% satisfaction " is just something he says and could care less about actually performing. This situation has been going on since July!!! IT is a very large and tall tulip poplar that is about 10 feet from my house. I am very worried that it could fall on my house with me in it. I am 80 years old and don't need this uncalled for anxiety! They should be responsible for such a serious problem. I will never use them again. They have done similar damage to others I know and do nothing about it. I live in Lilburn, GA not CA! read more

I really can not give them any rating because I did not hire them. I was not comfortable with them. Karel told me my tree had root disease which it did not. He also quoted me an extremely high price and told me I would not find anyone cheaper. I found two other companies that would take the tree down for half his quote, and they both had the same amount of insurance. My tree is down and I am happy with the company who removed it. My beloved 100+ year old oak was dying and had become a danger to people, pets and property. Heartbreaking as it was, it had to come down. I got quotes from five well-rated companies. After meeting with Cesar, however, I felt confident that Arroyo would provide not only the best price but the best quality work. My confidence proved valid, and then some. The crew was frankly amazing to watch. I was astonished at how quickly, neatly, and carefully they were able to take down such a huge tree. The job took less than a full day, and they cleaned up the site before they left. This was on a Friday. On Saturday, the larger logs that couldn't be chipped the day before were picked up and removed, and the area swept. Then, on Sunday afternoon, another worker arrived to grind the stump; he raked out the chips neatly as well. Cesar was knowledgeable, pleasant and punctual. From start to finish, these guys are professional. They know what they're doing. We had 12 to 15 downed trees that needed to be cleared with a bobcat and removed from my mothers property from a pine beetle infestation. We also needed additional trees removed that were dangerous and close to my moms home. Cesar communicated well and gave us copies of his insurance and explained exactly what he would be able to do. I have neglected some bushes in my back yard for many years now. Before calling Arroyo Tree services, I paid someone previously to trim them back but they gave up midway through the job and disappeared with my money. I continued to put this job off until my wife and I had enough and I finally called Arroyo Tree Services. I wasn't home at the time Ceasar came out the first time, but my wife told me he was polite, professional and arrived on time. Ceasar gave a clear estimate on the work to be done and I accepted the proposal a couple of weeks later. I finally met Ceaser a couple of days later and as my wife stated he is indeed professional and polite. His crew showed up on time and completed the job completely before leaving. Ceasar always had time for my questions during the work and kept me informed throughout the entire job. I was so impressed with their work and professionalism, I called them back the very next week to prune a tree that was growing over my roof and once again they did a fantastic job with no problems whatsoever.
