Can't say enough great things about this company! I had received a few quotes for two trees that had some nasty fungus and were going to fall at any moment. I know ZERO about trees so this was all new to me. Called their office and spoke with Rae (hopefully I got that right haha!) who was the nicest person ever and walked me through the process. Within a day Polo was at my home assessing the situation. He explained about the fungus and agreed the two main offenders needed to be removed. His quote was amazing and under their competitors. Plus he noticed another tree that would present a problem sooner than later (due to branches hanging over the house, a slope issue and such) which he added onto the original quote and STILL their pricing destroyed the other company's quotes. Day of the job Rae sent me a text letting me know the team would arrive between 8-8:30 AM. They pulled up at 7:50 AM and were ready to rock! Spoke with them and Polo then went back to my home office as I was on the clock also. They had a bobcat, wood chipper, flat bed carry truck, a small walk behind skid steer and a 6-7 person team. To get to the back of my house they did have to drive the equipment around the side, remove my post driven chain link fence and a gate. They placed plywood down for the route the bobcat would use. I attached before and after pictures and honestly you could not tell anyone at all let alone heavy equipment was anywhere on our property. The property manager of a home located adjacent to my house hired this company to do work including removal of two trees that were "trashing" MY deck with their overhanging branches and falling debris. We worked together to plan the trees' removal and I shared in a portion of the expense as their removal had a positive effect on my property although they were not "my" trees. These men communicated well regarding planning; did a careful and excellent job as contracted, and *cleaned up* better than expected. I was thrilled with the result on "my" piece of the project. I was SO thrilled that I have just re-hired them on my own for trimming other existing trees on my personal property. They ("Polo") responds to texts/calls promptly, schedules efficiently, and follows through beautifully. We are very happy with the work done by 3-G Trees for us. Michael is very professional and a great communicator. Theirs was the best quote we received. They worked with the power company to protect the overhead power lines for us. The team showed up on time on the date scheduled and worked very hard until the work was completed all in one day. We were impressed that the team of 7 workers were very skilled in removing large trees without damaging nearby structures. They worked fast in tandem with a variety of tools and equipment. I had a great experience with Polo and 3-G trees. I got quotes from multiple companies to get multiple trees and stumps taken out around my home. 3-G trees stood out not only because of a great price, but because Polo was honest and upfront about the estimate. I was in need of some juniper trees removed from my home. I called polo and we discussed what I needed...he was the third person I contacted to get an estimate for this BIG job. I was surprised how low he was compared to the other two companies. He gave estimate on Saturday, the total job done Tuesday. We had about 4-5 problem trees in our back yard that needed to be handled ASAP but my wife and I were hesitant to start the search for a tree service because of all of the horror stories we've heard in the past regarding price, professionalism, clean up etc... I have a decent amount of personal and business with tree services and these guys are excellent. The owner, Polo, came out and walked the property with me. We agreed on work to be done and price. He called me a day in advance to set work day and was there with full crew fifteen minutes early. Verified work to be done and they got right to it. They went above and beyond and took very good care of the property. The climber/cutter is a real pro. Cleanup crew cleaned as they worked. When they left you could barely tell they had been there. They did an amazing job! This is the second time I am using this company. Polo is absolutely a pro, not only he is knowledgable, reasonable about price, but also he will give you his professional option. I am very happy with 3-G Trees! They came today and took down two trees, cut dead braches off of a third tree, and removed several limbs that were touching the roof. Miguel and his men arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up all the debris they created before they left. They were polite and professional. And the cost was extremely reasonable! I called Polo and told him I am preparing my house to sell. The overgrowth of trees and dead limbs were distracting from the appearance. He came the next afternoon precisely on time, made very reasonable recommendations, gave me a quote and the job was done the next day. The team showed up to my house on 10/9 to remove 2 trees. The front yard had a large wide spreading branch tree and 60 ft tall Pine tree in the backyard. They were able to remove both trees, shave down the stomps, and wood chip all trucks and branches within 4 hours. That was faster than I thought based on the size of the trees. This company removed a large maple tree, limbs from a neighbor's tall pine tree and ground seven stumps. Polo, the owner, and his crew were very prompt, professional and congenial. Polo and his men are very professional. He quoted me a good price to have mulitple tress around my home trimmed. We set up a time frame between 8/8:30 am for them to come and do the job, they were there at 7:45am!!!. It took them about 4hrs, they were there for a job and thats what they did. Polo and his crew are very professional. I have a hard time getting calls back from people these days, but not with Polo. His crew was properly trained and insured.
