Arbor Force Tree Services has earned my respect, appreciation, and future business for the timely and phenomenal work they did to trim/prune trees around my home and keep me in compliance with the requirements of my homeowner's insurance policy. A representative was able to come assess my needs, give me a fair quote for service costs, and schedule a follow-up appointment with me on the same day of my initial inquiry. I was able to schedule to have the needed tree services completed within one week, and was assured the work could be accomplished within 2-3 hours, taking all necessary precautions to avoid any damage to my lawn, roof of my home, etc. No machinery would cross my yard space. All tree limbs woukd be carefully cut and hand-carried away to a chipper parked curbside. On the day of service, Arbor Force was able to arrive early and finish the tree services within two hours, as had been stated. The workers were very professional and sought my input/opinion throughout the process. I had about 8 trees in my back yard that I needed to have removed, and the stumps ground. Arroyo provided the service, in a very timely manner, 1 day for the tree removal as a matter of fact. They came back a couple days later to ground the stumps just as they promised, and competed the job. They gave me a super price for the job!! They did minimal damage to my grass, and they were extremely kind and very professional in all that they did.They had all of the state of the art equipment for the work, and they even took care of some other small items that were not included in the work, such as the removal and grinding of an old dog house that had been in my yard for a few years. I recommended them to my neighbor and they removed a tree in his yard as well!! I would recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use them again for any of my tree services. After seeing over 300 5 star reviews on Kudzu, I felt comfortable hiring Arbor Force of our project. We had a large Holly tree on the corner of the house which was not taller than the roof and 20' across we needed to have removed. We also had 15 years' of limbs and brush we wanted ground into mulch. The team was amazing. I watched them take out several trees from our neighbor's yard before they tackled our project. They were fast, efficient, and very safe. They cleaned up more than I expected after the job, leaving no mess or trace of their work behind. They mulched the entire debris pile and Holly tree into one neat pile where I wanted it. I was also amazed how affordable the job was. Since this was a smaller job requiring a large shredder (and Holly trees hurt), I was expecting to pay 50-100% more than they charged. We have used ArborForce Tree service several times over the past several years. We have always been pleased with the results of their service whether it is removing a 90 foot tree or getting rid of small trees. The crews sent have always been very professional. They go over the planned service to make sure it is what is needed. They also are very thorough in cleaning up after the trees are cut down. They work well together to get the job done. On one occasion they had to take down part of a fence and gate to be able to remove the tree logs. After they finished they put the fence back together as it was before the service was performed. A very large (90 ft) pine tree died in our backyard. I called Arbor Force for a free estimate. They came out, assessed the situation, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions AND gave me a very reasonable price. Luckily they had a crew in the area who could do the work the same day. The crew showed up on time and took great care when taking down the dead tree. They were careful not to damage any of the surrounding trees and took made sure to protect my lawn and property. I was especially pleased with the clean up work they did including removing a large branch that had fallen months earlier. It was such a relief to have that tree down as storms blew in the next day. We had several trees removed, including three scary 100+ foot pines very close to the house in the back yard in a somewhat precarious spot. Karel estimated the job at a day and a half; the guys finished the work completely in a day (stump grinding came later). The climber was fascinating to watch. It was clear that each of them was exhibiting the greatest caution and safety measures, which is so important. I had at least three different people contact me to see if I was pleased with the job during and after the service. They are so easy to work with, and the entire operation is truly professional. Arroyo Tree Services did an outstanding job!! Starting with the estimate provided to us. We were told it may be month or more before they could get to us unless something opened up. About a week later they called and asked if they could come the next day!! We had 7 trees removed from around our yard. All of the workers were very polite and did everything they could to protect our property and our neighbors properties. They laid down plywood so they wouldn't tear up the lawn with the bobcat. They moved a greenhouse in the back yard and skillfully avoided our dog kennel when taking down a large tree in the backyard. We highly recommend ArborForce Tree Service of Lawrenceville. We had to have six very large trees removed from near our house. ArborForce came in with the lowest of three bids. They then did the job when scheduled. They arrived on time with a uniformed crew. They explained in detail what they were going to do and how they would do it. They carefully cut down the six trees avoiding any damage to the house, neighbors fence and other vegetation. This involved carefully cutting out the tops of trees overhanging the house. Arbor Force came to my house with less than24 hrs. notice and removed 5 huge Leyland Cypresses before a "winter event" hit Gwinnett County last week. Had used them 4 times previously and they exceeded my expectations all 4 times. And they did again this time. The crews are professional and very thorough and leave the yard just like it was before the job (less the trees). Will use them again without hesitation. Would recommend them to anybody. I have referred them many times to neighbors, friends and relatives. They don't "dent" the yard because use plywood all the way around to the backyard. I recently used this Tree Service and, was blown away by there costumer service department. When Cesar came too give me an estimate (free), he was very professional and took his job serious. We went over the company insurance certificate before discussing the job, I was impressed! The estimate complete ,I'm satisfied. This is the best tree service in town. I got a referral from a friend and had 4 pine trees taken down in my back yard in May. They did such a wonderful job, I hired them in May to prune the trees 2 feet back all along the side of my house. The trees line my entire yard on that side. They also pruned my tree in front of my house to keep it off the house and raised it from the ground. There were 2 very small trees in the back yard I had them take down as well. They pick up all debris and you would never know that they were there except for the trees looking so much cleaner. read more

I needed to remove a very large tall tree that was very close to my house. Not only was the estimate fair but the service was outstanding. The crew was timely and couteous. All clean up including log removal was done the same day. Everyone was clean cut, hard working, and all debris was cleaned up so well that the only reminder of the job was the sawdust on the ground. I hired arborforce on the recommendation from a friend. This was the second time I used them. They took care of everything, they had to coordinate with Georgia Power to drop the power lines because it was a massive canopy that covered the whole front yard. I was not home during the time of service, but by the time I returned, the entire tree was gone, and there was absolutely no debris left on the yard! Oh, and they gave me the best price.
