It wasn't the cheapest option but they seemed most professional and competent, which was important as this job could have damaged our roof if not done correctly. Before they began cutting…read moreI asked them to produce their permit for the removal of the tree (Required by law in Atlanta). When they failed to produce the permit I informed them they and/or my neighbor would be subject to a fine and weren't allowed to remove the tree. They chose to begin cutting the tree anyway at my neighbors behest, while I was still standing underneath the tree, so you can add reckless endangerment to the list of things they elected to do incorrectly. Awhile later I got to watch as they were escorted away by police after significant damage to the tree. In short, these folks are absolute clowns, don't know the legality of removing a tree near/on a property line, nor do they understand the permitting required for the area they service. I used this company as a referral from a friend. They were promptly on time and finished the work…read morequickly. Jason was hell bent on coming out to remove the trees immediately after a day of rain. I informed him my concerns were my drain pipes in the ground. He assured me they would be safe. Well, they crushed every one of them and grossly tore up my yard with the bobcat. They also broke a lot of my yard art and left a lot of debris on my deck and in my back yard which really wasn'ta problem, I just wish they had told me so. When I contacted them about the drain pipes being crushed, they agreed to fix them. It's been three weeks now and I keep getting the run around. My suggestion, if they do work for you, get it in writing. They do good work but they don't keep their word. I referred around $12,000 worth of work to them after my job was finished. Based on honesty I will never refer another client to them. I was told Jason was supposed to stay on the job site until they were finished. He got them started and left the premise. No one left behind spoke English as I could see. Your word is your bond and this company's words mean nothing. Once you pay them in full, they ride off into the sunset and you never hear from them again. VERY BAD BUSINESS. GET A CONTRACT IN WRITING BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
