Jose's quote was affordable and the job done in a very timely manner! I highly recommend!

Jose and his team have been looking after our yard for over a year, and have always been consistently professional, knowledgable and respectful of our complex garden arrangement. They have provided excellent advice and have always ensured the health and success of our plants. I am constantly impressed by their commitment to the success of our garden, a refreshing difference from many yard services that don't have that individual touch. read more

Couldn't of found a better crew. I live in East Cobb and I happened to come across there ad while searching around. Had a few different crews give me quotes, they were definitely the best. I had been saving up to get 4 major trees taken down that were hanging over the house. Watching the crew work was an amazing experience. Thankful I came across them and couldn't of had a better experience. read more

JJ's Landscape and Tree Service - Tree - Tree Services Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

I had just moved to Atlanta and into a new house so we had a few yard things that need to get done including the trimming of trees and the building of a tiered raised garden. Given my type A personality, I also wanted it done well and as expeditious as possible. Through Yelp we found Jose and his company JJ's Landscape and Tree Service to give us a hand. It can be hard to find someone who you can rely upon and take their work seriously. Will they do a quality job? Will they care about what the customer thinks of their work? All these things were running through my head as I looked for a new person to help us landscape. So I called Jose and told him what I needed to do... tree work, build a raised garden, clean the yard of debris (that the seller left all over our yard) etc. No problem. Thinking that we would have to book 2-3 weeks in advance, I was caught of guard when Jose said, "You want this done tomorrow?" Sure enough, they came in the next day and took care of one job at a time. They helped me put in a beautiful tiered raised garden and then put in dirt into each tier. They then helped me prune back the tree limbs that were hovering over the house. As with any job like this, there is the possibility of limbs falling on things that were unintentional and they took care of these issues responsibly. They came back when they said they would and took care of everything. I will continue to use this company to take care of the grass since now my yard work is mostly complete. Jose has an awesome team of people working for him, they have great work ethic, and they truly care about their products and the people they work for. I will say that they are on the more expensive side, but remember that you are paying for quality work that is going to get done quickly. They are always on time and prompt and respectful of neighbors. They prefer check but will take credit cards as well (for a percent of the total cost). Next time you have a job you need them to complete, you cannot fail with this company! read more

Didn't seem to want the business...came out for a quote and after 72 hrs, nada. Not sure if our job was big enough but either way, we went with someone else who was more responsive read more

We had a 30ft limb fall in the night and was hanging over our fence. I reached out to JJ's around 10am and they came out, gave a very fair quote and started working immediately. 10/10 would recommend them. read more

JJ's Landscape is the best company we have ever used for our yard and outdoor related services. We have hired them on multiple occassions for grass installation, general maintenance of the yard, debris removal, power washing, gutter cleaning and even backyard leveling. There is no job we have ever needed in our home that they were not able to do, and they do everything in a very professional and thorough manner. Fair prices, excellent communication, always on time. I cannot say enough good things about José and his team. We used to call someone else for our services and they would never return our calls or would never be available when we needed the service. Jose has never disappointed us and he even recommended other options for the grass installation that ended up saving us money compared to other quotes we had received. Give them a call, you won't need to call any other service ever again!!! read more

If you're having trouble looking for someone to cut your tree and hesitant about who to call for an estimate. Call this father and son team. I had called them for a quote for my neighbor who will consider using them later . They were prompt to call me back and was the first one to set up an appointment with me . The son was very polite and communicates well . They gave me the best quote out of everyone. I would definately call them back for all my tree needs. read more

They came out and gave me an estimate, I accepted. They gave me a date when they would try to come out. They never did come out to cut down a tree. They stopped answering my emails. I went with someone else, who was cheaper. read more

They were awesome! Had a tree taken out and tons of trimming. Excellent work for excellent price.

This is the best tree removal company ever! This morning they removed 5 trees from my yard. The 6-man crew worked so efficiently and safely, each one anticipating the next thing needed. True professionals - it was beautiful to watch. I had utmost confidence in them within 10 minutes of their arrival. They carefully removed (and replaced when they were finished) objects in my neighbor's driveway to prevent any damage. They left my yard and driveway much neater than it was before they arrived. The cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Will have them back for more work! read more

I had two trees that needed removal in a small space. Jose worked with my schedule to set an appointment. He was on time and quickly got the job done. He cleaned up when he was done. I even had a special request for him to save a large piece of the trunk to use a table. He took his time and cut as straight as possible to give me the exact piece I wanted and flat so I could use it. It was nice of him to pay attention to my special request. I highly recommend JJ and will call him again if needed. read more

They provided an estimate. Afterwards, they did not respond to my additional questions about the work. They ignored my phone calls and did not respond to my text messages. read more

I called for a quote and they were quick to respond. Not only was I given a very fair price, they arrived on time and quickly started work. They cut down two huge trees in my back yard in great timing and even gave me advice on how I can stop the growth of the invasive plans from my neighbor's yard. I will most definitely use them again! read more

Tree down in my yard after heavy rain this morning. Blocking my driveway. Couldn't get out. Called JJ's landscape- he answered on the second ring. Was at my home in 20 minutes. Tree gone in 30. Would use him again in a heartbeat. read more

J. Js landscape offers a excellent service. They have been taking care of our lawn for almost 3 years. I found these guys on Craigslist while trying to preparing my house for sale. I wish I had taken before and after pictures (only took video for some reason) of their work. They did a really great job at a very reasonable price! The yard looks beautiful. If you need landscaping work, definitely give them a call. read more

I called for someone to come over for an estimate and they never came, ignored my messages.

JJ did a great job remodeling our lawn and backyard last June. They also successfully transplanted a Japanese maple tree from our backyard to front yard. Father was knowledgeable and responsible, and the son was a hardworker and communicated well. They also took extra measure to help out or give advise on pre-existing drainage problem. Highly recommended. read more

I called these guys before, they were a little pricey but cleaned up my yard for a graduation party. Called again and scheduled for them to come out for an estimate. Never showed up or respond to text or return phone calls. I called twice and sent a text message. No response. I'm a business owner and I would never schedule something and not show or answer calls. read more

Very thorough. Always on time. Reasonable prices. Jose is an expert at his craft and it shows in his work. I highly recommend him and his team. You won't ever switch again. read more

I had them come and do some work for me in July at a home I rent out in Brookhaven. I was intending to have them come 2x a month afterwards and got busy and didn't commit to their offer for regular services. Over the last few months I have called 3x, texted and send an email through their web site and haven't received a call back. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Great service and fair pricing. So glad these gentlemen could clean up my yard in an hour!

Have been using these guys services for the last 6 months and super happy with their work as well as their communication. As am homeowner who lives out of state part of the time, communication and timeliness of services can be as important as the actual lawn care itself. Like I said, super pleased. read more
