He said he would do his best to get out sooner, but he couldn't make any promises since there was so much rain and they were backed up, but then they wound up coming out the very next morning, which was a week earlier than our actual appointment. Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Dale, the owner. He directed me to a local contact Adam as they divide the ATL market into smaller areas for better service. Adam and I spoke briefly about 10 minutes later and he asked if he could come by the house that afternoon to take a look at the work I needed. He showed up on time and provided the quote within minutes. My needs were not urgent so we agreed they would work my project into their schedule in the next few days. The next day I received a text from Adam confirming they would come the next. They arrived the next day on time and made quick work of my project. They were in and out within an hour and took great measures to protect the surrounding landscape (bushes, landscape lighting, pavers, etc.).
