Cathy came out immediately to give a quote which was more than competitive. She is so friendly and knowledgeable she knew right away why the tree had died and what we should watch for in the future. The team came out the next day and they are amazing to watch. They carefully took the tree down, hand carried out the trunk sections and branches and cleaned the area. When they were finished everything looked like before, minus the tree. I highly recommend Mytreemen because they are professional, very knowledgeable and fast but also because they're wonderful to deal with. Cumming, GA 30041

I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.

They responded quickly and when they came out the next day they confirmed they would be able to cut the tree. We asked for some additional work of trimming some trees that had branches looming over our house on the other side and they were able to get it done as well. Their pricing seems very fair in comparison to what other companies would charge. For one very tall oak tree to be cut, we paid $1200. Alex and his crew, they worked with another company called Alpine Tree Service, were able to safely cut, remove and do some trimming for us. Along with blowing away saw dust upon completion of the work. I'd highly recommend them and use them again. The owner Amir was very attentive and provided us a detailed assessment of the work needed along with a fair bid. The crew worked very hard and performed the task needed within a reasonable time and in a very clean way. Upon the project completion, we found our beloved front yard tree to be overly trimmed. This was likely due to a miscommunication on my part. At any rate, I alerted the owner who was at a different site at the time. He immediately showed up and examined the issue reported. He apologized and explained what may have happened due to a misunderstanding of our request. Without any insisting on my part, he went ahead and took over 20% off our total balance. Unlike other companies who do offer satisfaction discounts but then shortchange the customer in the work done, Amir and his crew worked tirelessly for several more hours, trimming every single tree all around the house. Not only will I be using their service again in the future, I will not hesitate to highly recommend their service for any tree cutting and trimming project, big or small.
