The first team literally left all the logs and stumps and stopped working. The second didn't even do stump grinding. This company however, does all three, and efficiently. We dealt with Amir and his guys came bright and early (on time) and they finished taking down 13 trees in exceptional time and they came back next day to haul all the logs away. We took down about 13 trees on three properties, most were dead from the inside and/or dangerous. Stump grinding was done third day and they did all of it very fast as well. They even took out the stumps from my previous hire and THEN we asked them for a small extra fee to move all the tree mulch to my upper level retainer wall with a sinkhole. Not only did they do it all for us, but they also spreaded all the mulch to cover the entire space. They also transported the rest of the mulch to our nearby office for us. They are my go-to tree company now for all my future projects!

This company does not respect the Consumer Review Fairness Act and engages in punitive behavior in an effort to curate 'good' reviews.

They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide. They were all prompt with being there on time which they get credit for because I appreciate that. One contractor came in at $6000 another contractor at $5000 and one more at $8500. The funny thing is, they were quoting me anywhere between six and eight Trees. The guy that quoted me on six, I pointed out two others and said what about those and he had never even noticed them. Ryan comes out shows me that there are 12 trees that really need to come down and explain why then he pointed out that my oak tree needed two branches removed in order for the oak tree to remain healthy. They would just take care of that while they were up on the lift. Also, one of the biggest trees in the front yard he said they would grind the stump down after cutting the tree so that my yard would remain looking nice. All this for $6000!!!!!!!!!! Ryan was prompt. His crew was respectful and very polite. What also impressed me was the open line of communication with Ryan. After the big snowstorm in March 2026, they were out there working while the warm weather was melting the snow pretty quickly - Ryan actually video called me to show me how saturated the yard was and explained why they would need to quit working. I appreciated them, not damaging the yard and having the courtesy to call and explain everything to me. The following weekend his men where out there, raking up sticks and then used a very powerful blower to add the finishing touches to my yard and patios.
