On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! They were reasonable, but most importantly they listened to what we needed, offered a professional opinion, provided a detailed estimate, and we received great customer service. They took care to protect our yard as much as they could. I would use then again. Some of the others we contacted were arrogant, too pricey, or couldn't provide a detailed estimate. Unfortunately the high heat and dry weather stressed this tree enough to attract Ambrosia beetles. They had infested the tree. It was only a matter of weeks before it completely died.
