Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. The first team literally left all the logs and stumps and stopped working. The second didn't even do stump grinding. This company however, does all three, and efficiently. We dealt with Amir and his guys came bright and early (on time) and they finished taking down 13 trees in exceptional time and they came back next day to haul all the logs away. We took down about 13 trees on three properties, most were dead from the inside and/or dangerous. Stump grinding was done third day and they did all of it very fast as well. They even took out the stumps from my previous hire and THEN we asked them for a small extra fee to move all the tree mulch to my upper level retainer wall with a sinkhole. Not only did they do it all for us, but they also spreaded all the mulch to cover the entire space. They also transported the rest of the mulch to our nearby office for us. They are my go-to tree company now for all my future projects!
