Chapman's Tree Services Inc did excellent work. The crew arrived on time; competent, courteous, and professional. They get the work done in the allotted time and clean up all the debris after completing the work. I've used them in the past. Always top quality work. I will use them in the future. There service sucks! A large pile of wood chips were left behind for me to dispose of. This should have been added to the estimate. Vic read more

Great service and crew were very professional! They cleaned up everything afterwards as well. Would recommend!

I have used Chapman's Tree several times over the last 15 years. They always do a thorough job at a very reasonable price. I have used them for tree removal, limbing, and pruning. I just recently had two trees removed via crane. I was very impressed and satisfied with the results. Highly recommended! read more

I've used Chapman a few times for very big tree removal projects. They are very efficient. The only thing remaining after removal is the stump. Otherwise you'd never know they were on the property. read more

Recently used Chapman Tree Services for the removal of 15 trees (4 smaller trees, 11 large trees). We could not have had a better experience. I've used a number of companies to have trees removed in the past and these guys are TRULY top notch. Every member of the five man crew was extremely professional and courteous. They needed to speak with a neighbor about placing an outrigger for their crane on the edge of the neighbor's property. Linc (?) was extremely respectful in approaching the neighbor to ensure the neighbor was okay with their request. Probably easier to bullet point the rest. * Crew was extremely efficient - no standing around / fooling around over a long day * MOST important - no collateral damage to my property during the work * Clean up was excellent - better than expected / much better than a number of the other companies I've used * From quote to execution the Chapman folks were open to requests and were great about answering questions and ensuring that we understood exactly how the process would take place. Speaking from experience, having trees removed is not an enjoyable experience but the guys at Chapman made it as painless as possible and did a fantastic job from quote to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Chapman's Tree Service If you are looking for true professionals this is the crew you want. Chapman's Tree Service arrived on site with impressive state of the art equipment and a team of exceptional people that clearly knew their business. The skills they exhibited were exquisite and highly impressive. While I have seen many a tree cut down (I had four removed) I have never witnessed a job that I would call a literal work of the Performing Art of Tree Cutting. Watching them work was AMAZING. The job was impeccable and I highly recommend them! read more

Chapman's Tree Service trucks parked on a narrow road in front of my house for 2 days when their customer is not even located on our street but 2 blocks away. All trucks and cars trying to get around their trucks are driving in my lawn and tearing it up because they can barely get by. I've called 2 times to ask for the equipment trucks to be moved to the area where they are working. No action. I've taken photos and want my lawn fixed. I've been courteous and patient and now I'm calling you out. read more

We used Chapman years ago and have referred them to many friends. They're honest, professional, and reliable.

We had twelve 40-50 ft. trees removed which were very close to our pool and needed a fair amount of expertise to do this without any damage. Todd (owner) met with us and explained how they would extract the trees. The workers were very efficient and careful and the equipment used was modern and well maintained. They were done in 3 hours! Very pleased from start to finish!! read more

I can not say enough about how much I appreciated the prompt and professional response from Chapman Tree Service in April 2016. After receiving quotes from a few other tree companies, Chapman's price was fair and lower. They were able to remove a tree that fell on my home with ease and ensured that my front yard was left spectacular. Exceptional customer service and amazing job! Thank you so much. read more

Chapman's will give you wood chips. I asked one night and they were delivered the next day. 'Delivered.' Not just dumped. Unloaded where I asked being careful not to harm first year planting nearby. I was very impressed. Thank you CTS!! read more

Chapman is a great tree service. They are very professional, prompt, and communicate well.

After checking with 3 other services I met Todd. His organization and crews are the best ever!! They arrived on time and completed the job plus extra's very quickly. The superintendent and the crew were smart and worked as a team. They were friendly and explained the entire process to me while I watched. They were careful with surrounding vegetation and did an amazing clean up when finished. Excellent Job!!! read more

Recently, Chapman's Tree Service cut and removed 2 dead dogwoods and ground the stumps. Promptly, Todd came to our property and gave us an estimate. I needed the trees taken down quickly because we are going to plant new trees. The work was done in a very timely fashion. The crew was very friendly and very efficient. All involved were very professional. Kudos for a job well done! read more

Chapman's Tree Service recently removed a very large tree at our office building. Not only were they professional and efficient in their removal of the tree, it became quite a show for our friends and neighbors passing by. They left the landscaping looking as though they'd never been there. These are the people you call when you want it done right and not just by any old person with a chainsaw. We would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

After agreeing to their estimate we made an appointment to have the work done. They didn't show up or even call. When we called to see if they were coming we were told they would have to reschedule. So we did. And it happened again. Hire someone else if you actually want to get the work done. read more

These guys were fantastic. We had a dead tree that was leaning towards power lines and wanted someone out there ASAP. I called and spoke with the receptionist who was very professional and amazingly helpful. She squeezed us in on the books so they could get someone out to take a look. The owner called me same day and said he could come by on his way home. He was very no nonsense and told us the cost and what would be involved. He told us if we went with someone else than that was fine. He managed our expectations very well and said he may not be able to get someone out the next day but he would try. He called me the next day and said that he was sending the crew over there soon. Once the crew was there they were very professional and quick. They didn't leave a mess. The overseer even stopped by the house to say hi and thank you for the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! read more

Chapman Tree Service pruned a three story high tree for me to remove branches from my roof yesterday and did a great job. They gave a quick and easy free estimate beforehand, worked my job in in a timely manner, cut the tree to where it still looks good (not mangled like I've seen other services do), and their clean up was even better than I expected. A completely positive experience! Highly recommend. read more

Impeccable! Showed up on sched. Fee same as estimate. Speedy work and excellent clean up. I'd use them again

We couldn't be happier with the service that Chapman tree service provided us! They arrived at exactly the time that they were scheduled for and went right to work. Not only did they remove the trees and trimmed branches on others they also did a great clean up job as well. The staff was very friendly and we would certainly recommend them! read more

Great service and value. Had several large trees removed close to the house. The 5 man crew were fast and experienced. They finished before noon. Kept the job site clean and left it clean. They charged $2000.00 less than the other quote. I would recommend Chapman's to anyone. read more

I highly recommend Chapman Tree service! I live in the Roswell area & have had many tree companies in the past 16 years. I will never use anyone else now that I have found this stellar company! They are extremely professional & did an amazing job cleaning up after the job was complete. Their communication was great & you won't be disappointed!! I had Chapman take down a large Sweet Gum tree. It was a difficult position to take out a large tree. There is a busy street a few feet away, power lines and other utility wires on another side and other trees and bushes close as well. They were extremely careful not to damage my other trees and bushes and they avoided the wires and street with careful control of every limb. They were very thorough with the removal and clean-up of all debris. I highly recommend them for any tree removal service you might need. read more

I have dealt with Chapman's Tree Service twice over the last few years, and now I don't call anybody else, even for estimates. Todd Chapman is very good to work with, and the prices that he charges are more than reasonable, especially compared with other tree services I've talked to in the past. Todd's crew that did the work at my house both times, including today, really knows what they are doing. They are nice and easy to deal with. They are very proficient and work together like clockwork, which means that they get the job done pretty quickly (which doesn't really matter to me - I just care about the job being done well - but I was very surprised at how fast they got finished today). They work safely and have regard for property. The equipment they use allows them not to have to use spikes to go up trees, which means trees don't get scarred. And the stump grinding guy that Todd sends out is good, too. They all seem to go the extra mile, and they clean up after their work well. Another plus was that I didn't have to pay until after the work was done. I definitely recommend Chapman's. read more
