Best tree service. Highly professional! Came out as said and communicated all along the way. Cleaned up beautifully

Impressed with how they were able to take HUGE trees down in tight spaces without damaging anything. We were able to get on their "on call" list and have the trees taken down a week sooner than expected! read more

Bam tree is a great company to work with, they are fast, professional and very thorough. On my property they removed seven massive Leyland Cyprus trees in about five hours. They ground the stumps the next day and cleaned the area up very well. One thing that sets Bam Tree apart from the others is that they have the right equipment and people. They showed up with a crew of five and a hands-on crew leader; it was like watching a pit-crew work. They brought along a logging truck with a grappling arm and the biggest chipper shredder I've ever seen. On top of them doing great work at a fair price, they are great folks to deal with. read more

reached out for service , got a day and time. waited the whole day ,window time was 3 hours , they never called or showed up... not reliable. Went with someone else. read more

Stay away from these people! They planted 15 trees of which 30% died, they replaced them with more faulty trees which also died then refused to discuss any further suggesting contact with their legal council! They are professionally negligent, their customer service is awful/non existent. There aren't enough negative words to describe my total frustration and disappointment with this company. In short therefore STAY FAR FAR AWAY from 770 Bam Tree. read more

I had a couple of dead trees that fell on my neighbors fence. She was using BAM tree to remove the trees, and recommended them for removal of additional dead trees that I had in my back yard. They came around the day that they were removing the fallen trees, gave me a good estimate for over a dozen trees, and were able to start the next day. That was this week, and the job is completed, with all the logs hauled away, and everything cleaned up. I'm impressed with their work, and that they're true to their word. They've got my endorsement. read more

I do not recommend this company for any work. Communicating with their staff is a nightmare and when you decide not to use them, they continue to call repeatedly. Every step of the way with them was unprofessional at best. Do not hire a company who says they will sue you for leaving unfavorable reviews. That should be a red flag to anyone. Look elsewhere and save yourself time and potential issues. read more

Let me tell you... EVERYONE needs a company like 770 Bam Tree and owner Robert Broadwater in their life!! My boyfriend and I live up in Springfield, TN (about 40 minutes north of Nashville). A couple weeks ago, we had a tornado come through, and we ended up having 16+ trees come down on our property. We were devastated. One of the trees fell directly on our house onto our front porch, and the others landed in our driveway, completely blocking entry and exit access for us. After calling a couple local companies, no one was willing to come out and look at it for at least a couple of weeks, and another company wanted to charge us $30k+ just to use a crane for removal of just the ONE tree on the house. I am pregnant and felt completely overwhelmed and worried for our safety. The front porch was beginning to make popping noises because of the weight of the tree, and I knew I had to get someone out to help us soon. I grew up in Cumming, GA and knew 770 Bam was a very reputable company. I called Robert up on Friday afternoon and told him my situation, and the very next day, Saturday, he was at our house analyzing the job with two other guys. Again... our house is 4.5 hour drive from Cumming, GA and they had no qualms about making the trip out here to help me out. On Sunday morning, he had a full team assembled to tackle the job. He had numerous trucks, chippers, a crane, and at least 12 guys onsite for us. It was a huge job for them, but they didn't skip a beat. If you need any sort of tree work done on your house, PLEASE do yourself a favor and call on 770 Bam. Their attention to detail and willingness to always put their customer's safety first and foremost is something that is hard to find these days. We are customers for life! :) read more

I had one very large tree, 105 feet high, and one medium sized tree removed, and other trees trimmed. It was originally thought that the large tree required a crane, but because of the way my property is situated that would not work. So we had to go without the crane. Bam Tree Service brought in their crew of six and they did a fantastic job. They laid plywood down so the Bobcat used to remove the large logs would not destroy my lawn and then cleaned up my property so it looked like they were never there. Except the trees were gone. They were very professional, from Susie at the office to Chris and the workers who did the job. I would highly recommend them. read more

They set a new standard for un-professionalism. No contact , no interest, plant dying trees and even the owner Chuck Broadwater shows limited intertest. Don't touch there guys with a 10 foot pole! read more

So far cutting down one tree and trimming 3 has turned into an almost 2 month ordeal. The whole thing is a complete and utter sh*t show where communication takes back a seat and multiple people involved add no value to the process. I cannot NOT RECOMMEND these people enough. Please take the time to view other tree services as how they are able to operate a viable/profitable business is way beyond the realm of imagination. This has to be one of the most incompetent service providers I've ever dealt with. They ripped a gutter pipe(still down as I write this) and left our fence down for almost a month before coming back out to fix it. You're better off hiring monkeys with chainsaws on meth than these "professionals". read more

I used BAM to take out a few huge sweet gum trees that are getting way to close to the house. I had no idea who to contact but my neighbor recommended them as he had used them before and their prices are the best. Obviously it isn't all price, I wanted quality. Well, I got it. Very professional people, did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up and my family and I feel much more safe. We will be using them again in the very near future for some more tress and trimming. Highly recommend them!! And, I am not easy to please :) read more

I have hired BAM TREE 3 different times and have always experienced top knotch service!! BAM has always been professional and upfront with me in regards to any extra clean up, repair to grass and has always gone above and beyond. Trust me, you will NOT have any problems with this company! They are upfront and clearly understand expectations. They are smart people and have always discussed various ways to safely remove my trees, clean up and prevent any unexpected damage. Love these guys. BAM IS THE BEST!!! ----Mark read more

Robert's crew came out today Apr 18, 2018 and took down a pine tree nearly 100 feet high and 2 feet in diameter at the base. The tree was only 2 feet from my neighbors fence and had several other trees underneath it. These guys are truly skilled . My neighbors and I stood in awe at how efficient and professionally they cut the tree down and brought the branches down thru the narrow space between our houses on a "zip line" without so much as a small branch touching our homes. I highly recommend their services and would definitely hire them again. Notably, they were the least expensive of the three estimates I got. Donald G. in Alpharetta, GA. read more

I had one HUGE 100-year old pecan tree that needed trimming as the branches were over my driveway and house and kept dropping pecans onto my car and into the house gutters causing them to clog & back up. And I had another large dead tree beside my that kept dropping limbs onto my house that the BAM crew totally took down to a small stub. They then proceeded to the back of the yard and trimmed up several more trees that were causing issues. All done efficiently and with the happiest attitudes! These guys were fantastic! It was a cold and rainy day and I kept asking for more and more to be done, but they just smiled and kept working. Everything was cleaned up and beautiful looking before they left. Thank You BAM for taking care of me! -Lauren read more

Pros: Reasonably priced, made short work of the tree that had to come down, did a good job cleaning up, and the stump grinder came out 2 days later. Cons: It was almost six weeks before they came out, compared to the 1 week referenced by the sales person. But in the end I was pretty well pleased. read more

Can't speak to the quality of their work because I couldn't get them to show up. Jon came out and gave me a quote in late January and said they had about a 2 week lead time. A week later I emailed him to to say I wanted to proceed with the full quoted job. Weeks went by and I finally got on their schedule in mid April. A few weeks later they pushed me back to the end of April. Finally get a week from my date and they called me to say they had to push me out until the end of May. I thanked them for wasting two months of my time and told them I would find someone else. By the way, I had a full day's work for a full crew. Not some tiny job that would take an hour. I will never call them again. read more

Worst tree company I have used in 30 years of homeownership. They insisted on coming the one day in the month I was not at home and did not complete the work as previously discussed. Now they are giving me the run around about completing the job. read more

I had them out today to remove and old dead pine in the back yard and 4 smaller trees in the front. I had two quotes from other companies in the past year that were incredibly high and 770 Bam gave me a great price. Everyone I dealt with from the office (Suzy), the estimate guy (Mike) and the crew were all fantastic to deal with. They were right on time, in and out in about an hour and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them! read more

These guys were AWESOME!!! I had a 50 year old oak tree that was over 100 feet tall that needed removed. I had 4 tree companies give me quotes and how they would take the tree down. Cheapest is not always the best or fastest! The crew with a crane had the tree down and were gone in 1 hour and 40 minutes! With each section after cutting, the crane would bring down to the ground. As the crew cut and chipped, one guy had a back pack blower blowing the debris to the chipper. Clean as you go. I would highly recommend 700-BAM-Tree for any tree removal. read more

Run as fast as you can from BAM TREE!! They're terrible, never show up on time, leave a mess in your yard and then want to argue about what trees were suppose to be cut down, Will never recommend and will NOT ever use again. DON'T USE THEM, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! read more

James/Brandon and team just left after doing a great job and left everywhere clean. I did have a cheaper quote and several that were higher however Jon Bennett the sales manager who came out to see me answered all my questions an no pressure he just made me more comfortable a I feel he knew his business and I was right. Will use them for all my future tree work. Great job guys. read more

I used BAM several years ago and they did a good job---good price. I recently needed two trees removed and called them for an estimate. I called them twice---each time they said they would come out for an estimate--but never showed. Nothing worse than a service company saying they will do something then not following through. read more

Provided a great quote, but work was shoddy and had to use another company to fix what they broke.

We used BAM in the past and the experience was good. Not this time. We had a 3 large pines taken down. The huge logs are still in our yard, 5 days now and we have been told every day that they would be out to get them. But that is only if we call them. So job is still not completed. I am glad we did not pay them upfront!!! read more

They removed a tree of ours and ground the stump. It took 2 weeks to get them out due to weather but it was worth the wait. BAM was by far the cheapest option. I called 6 tree removal companies and BAM was cheaper by more than $100. That made me a little nervous but I'm glad I took a chance. I was not home when they came by due to work. I got home and there was no longer a tree. They didn't get to grind the same day due to weather but the stump was ground the next day. They cleaned up so well that my yard was better after than before. I highly recommend BAM. A least get a quote and you'll see they're the cheapest. They did an excellent job, the definition of 5 stars. read more

Bam provided the best customer experience I have ever had. I can easily say they treated us more like family than customers. We had a tree fall through our house and they had a great response time when we really needed it. From the initial call until the job was complete, they made us feel comfortable with the work that was being done. First class company in every sense. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

Great customer service over the phone with Jake. Professional and helpful with my questions. They sent someone out for a free consultation and quote. I was able to have the trees removed 3 days later. The crew was pretty much on time and knew what they were doing. They worked well together and orchestrated everything with no mistakes which was awesome as one of the trees was angled/looming towards our house. I was utilizing the felled trees for firewood but they put all the extra bits through the chipper and cleaned up after themselves as well as leaf blowing all around the work site. The crew were all pleasant and courteous and answered my questions easily. I would use this company again without hesitation. read more

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with BAM Trees from start to finish. We had a HUGE old oak tree behind our house that had to be removed with a crane plus nine other smaller trees removed and still more pruned. They gave us a very reasonable quote, came when they said they would and did the work efficiently and cleaned up after. Taylor was our contact and she is truly fantastic to work with!! I highly recommend. Taylor's cell is 770-845-5013. read more

Bam was there for us when a tornado came through our yard back in October 2014 and did an exceptional job with the cleanup of over 50 trees. They are very professional, dependable, and fairly priced. No money was asked for upfront until we were satisfied with the job. I just used them again last week to take down the last 3 remaining trees that recently died from damage from the tornado and the crew was awesome! The yard was spotless when they left and they did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend!!! read more

I have previously used and reviewed a different tree service on this site. However, in doing my diligence I had 770-BAM-TREE provide an estimate. Frazure followed up promptly came to my home provided an estimate and personally saw to the fact that everything was completed as we discussed. I cannot recommend Frazure and this company more highly. Excellent service, price and follow up. That is all you can ask for in my book. read more

This tree service was recommended to me through a neighbor. I have had nothing but horrible customer service from day 1. Bam was supposed to be out on a Thursday between 2 and 4 pm. At 5 pm I called the company to find out what was going on since no one had shown up or called. Online the office showed to be open until 6 pm but was closed at 5 pm when I left a message. I got a call back later that the crew wouldn't be showing up until the next day which they did. They took away all the branches, but left 3 trees to be picked up later that Friday or the next day. The next Tuesday I called and was told by Suzy that the crew said they were done and nothing was left to do. I explained that there were still 3 large trees left in our backyard that needed to be removed. She scheduled another crew to come out the next day for final tree removal. A crew showed up with equipment that was too large to get into our back yard so they couldn't remove the trees. The next day another crew showed up with smaller equipment that couldn't get the tree logs up our backyard hill. I was told by the guy ANOTHER crew would show up the next morning at 830 am (Friday) to manually remove the logs. When no one had shown up at 10 am, I called again only to be told that someone would be at our house first thing Saturday. It is now 9 days since the origional date and no one has shown up to finish their job. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this company !!! I can't believe the poor customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

With a good price I was promised to get a professional service. When I asked them to walk me through the process of their operation. The sales guys told me eight guys will come in to do the job which is cutting down three large size trees and haulaway. They will have plywood down over the grass, so that they won't damage my grass. They will have big wood chipper brought in that can swallow in big trees and after the job done they will clean up so good that it will seem like it never happens before. After rescheduling the first day they promised to show up, they showed up late following schedule time showed up late. Four guys showed up in a truck with no tools visible, no wood chipper, no plywood. After I asked the guy who was supervisor to walk me through the process of how they are going to do the job? He seemed to not understand the question. Then he told me after I father clarified what I meant that they were going to chop down the trees and leave the logs for somebody to be picked up the following day. I said I am sorry, you can reschedule me but everything has to be done in the same day. They left. Then I called the sales guy, he said those guys thought the price was too cheap. The whole thing was so unprofessional and waste of my three weeks of time that I waited for them when I took time off from my job for them to get the job done. It was so unfair. read more

I'm not a prolific review writer. I only take the time to give feedback on my experience's if truly exceptional or truly awful. In this situation I was absolutely thrilled with the service this company provided. I had a very large tree in a very tricky location (about 8' from the rear wall of my house. The tree was not accessible other than by crane. The tree had to be craned, piece by piece over my house. The crane was expertly situated on my driveway using appropriate pads so it wouldn't damage the asphalt. The tree was left in my front yard exactly one day and all debris was cleaned up. This is my second experience with Bam-tree. Their price was competitive, and the folks who work for the company are cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them. read more

BAM Tree is a horrible company. Was told by the sales rep that our project would be completed within the week after the estimate. We had to wait 4 weeks. When the removed one of our trees they took out a bush which they didn't give us a reduction in the price to replace the Bush. Miss Susie keeps calling for payment and the job is not completed. They still need to remove several logs which were marked by the sales rep. Still haven't seen anyone to remove the logs. Customer service is severely lacking and you will get a lot of attitude from the office staff. I would steer clear of this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. One star is being generous. read more

I like to shop local, so I thought I would give them a try. I had the work done at a rental property, so I had to wait in my car for the crew. When they started taking the tree down, I find out that they would not be removing the trunk the day they took the tree down - they have a log truck that does it on another date. I was not told that by the salesman, and I have used other local tree companies that do everything the same day. I also re-read the paperwork, but that wasn't stated there either. So now I have to schedule more time off to be there when the log truck shows up. Also one of the workers took his shirt off while onsite and another smoked when he was around the house. After they left, I had to pick up water bottles thrown on the ground. read more

I've used this company (I believe) three times now on my rental property in Georgia and have found them to be nothing but professional. The last time I used them, the weather delayed the removal of the tree, which was fine with me since I didn't want my yard torn up because the ground was too soft. When they're done, you'll never know there had been a tree there. read more
