This is your go to tree service company. We needed many trees cut down on our property in Cumming and did a lot of research before we chose My Treemen LLC to do the job. We had big dead pines, diseased trees, ivy covered trees, tall skinny pines, a big poplar and some cherry trees, so it was quite a variety. One very large dead pine was next to the fence and the pool so it required extra care. Chris and Cathy, owners of My Treemen, came out and assessed each tree and gave us an itemized quote that included removal and cleanup. We also had some holly hedges pruned. The price was very fair for the work (the best out of 4 estimates) they had to do and because it was a great price and the owners themselves came to meet us and check out the job we went with them. Their crew arrived on time and with all the equipment and tools necessary. They were all very friendly and just a nice bunch of guys who seemed to work very well together. I liked how safety consious they were. They were amazingly fast and actually, a lot of fun to watch. When they were finished everything had been cleaned up and blown away. Chris came by to do a walk through to make sure we were satisfied with everything and we sure were, it's like we got a new yard. It really opened things up and it looks much better. After our "go to" tree company went out of business we were faced with some tree work with no one to do the work. I started googling and searching the web for local tree companies. Chris and Cathy came out to provide a free estimate. Unlike the other companies that came, Chris and Cathy walked through the property with me and educated me on the health and best options for the tree work needed. They were kind, professional, and very nice. They came across as really caring and not just trying to sell business. After we agreed on a very reasonable price the work was scheduled the very next day, which was amazing. The team showed up first thing in the morning and as the crew was taking down the trees I was surprised to see Chris cleaning up some of my other trees and making them nice for no additional cost. He did that as a bonus without being asked. It was such a nice gesture and a true testament to how they care for their customers. The stump grinders arrived right after they were done cutting the trees down (usually I have had to wait days after). The stump grinders knocked them out and the entire property was cleaned up and debris removed. My stress is gone now that we have had the work done by a reputable, professional, and great company. Got several estimates from various Tree Removal companies within a week. I purposely chose companies that had 5 star and stellar reviews, especially when it came to customer service, communication. We ultimately went with My Treemen in Suwanee, GA. I was not disappointed. Cathy and Chris promptly came out to give an estimate. They communicated well, answered all of my questions, responding quickly to any text messages and or concerns that I had. Cathy stayed on the job to make sure it was complete. Sometimes it isn't about the cheaper price you get for a job you need done, and really it shouldn't be. Companies that do great work, come through with what they promise AND give great customer service should be rewarded. I have more trees that most likely need to be taken down, removed and or trimmed. When the hurricane swept through GA, the resulting winds downed a tree and it landed on my wife's car. I called numerous companies and no one was able to help us in a reasonable amount of time. We were being told it would take a few days before someone could help us. But once I called My Tree Men, they came out with an estimate and one of the owners himself personally came by to remove the tree.
