My terrarium. They sell these glass bowls, plants, and cute little animals you can place inside. See my bunny???

I LOVE working in my yard and gardening. One of my FAVORITE places to shop is Pike Nurseries, Milton! They have an amazing selection of gorgeous plants! I've always had great success with the plants, shrubs, and trees I've purchased from this store. But even better than the selection of plants - are the employees here! AMAZING! They have listened to my many questions, and they always have such helpful/wonderful suggestions! They've have helped me with indoor plants and terrariums for my home. They've also helped me landscape the outside of my home. Danielle, the store manager, has been especially helpful in helping me choose the correct plants for my flower beds. So this has been my favorite gardening store for a while, but recently I've been even more impressed (during the pandemic). Pike Milton has remained open - but they've taken appropriate measures to ensure the safety for their employees and customer. As a customer with a couple of autoimmune disorders, I GREATLY appreciate their thoughtfulness and genuine care for others. Thank you Pike Milton for loving and serving others so well! They have provided curbside pick-up for weeks now. And these services have been so appreciated by me and other customers I spoke with while waiting for my plants to be brought out to me. They encouraged/promoted social distancing and had the check-out process set-up wonderfully. Recently, they've opened their doors for customers to come in and shop. And again - I can't tell you how much I appreciate Pike Milton's efforts to allow customers to shop while staying safe and well. I felt so comfortable and safe shopping in this store. And words can't express how much I genuinely appreciate it! If you love gardening and playing in the dirt - do yourself a favor and check out this amazing store.

The most fanciest Pike I've ever walked into! Their houseplant selection is endless and it is beautiful! Requiring masks to be worn. Don't have one? They provide one! Definitely recommend.

We always get a live tree for Christmas. We like how the inside of our house smells like pine. That aroma helps to get us in the Christmas and holiday spirit. We hate going through the effort of getting a tree and then almost immediately the needles start falling off. We've tried other places but now we mostly get our Christmas trees from Pike Nurseries. We find that they look the freshest at purchase and last the longest. And it's a nursery so they should know plants right? All of their Christmas trees are kept under a covered area so they're not wet if you go on a rainy day and also not baking under the Georgia sun. They have a great assortment of trees. The Fraser Fir is probably what most folks think of when they think of a Christmas tree. But they have other types of trees which is nice. They even sell flocked Christmas trees which are mostly Fraser firs that have been treated with some white stuff to make it look like snow has completely coated the tree. We've never had a flocked tree and my wife wanted one so this year we got one. The good news with the flocked trees is that they're preserved so that you don't have to water them. And we still have a slight pine smell from the tree which is great. Best of both worlds!

Their staff is very courteous and helpful. Plants and flowers typically look perfect for your yard.

Tropical Roses provided all the flowers for my Sister's 50th Wedding Anniversary on January 17th…read more They shipped hundreds of peach stock, peach , terracotta and toffee Roses to Alabama from Georgia. When the shipment arrived they were in pristine condition. Even though several bunches were missing which was extremely disappointing they IMMEDIATELY addressed the issue and resolved it. All my floral centerpieces turned out exquisitely. My sister , her husband ,family and all their guest were truly truly impressed with the centerpieces. Thanks Soooo Very Much for adding to my family's Joyful Occasion.

Very disappointed with my experience at Tropical Roses. I placed my order over a month in advance,…read moreyet I was told at pickup that 3 of the flowers I ordered were unavailable. If they already knew they would not have them in stock, that should have been communicated ahead of time instead of waiting until the last minute and substituting flowers without notice. Substitutions do not always work when clients already have a specific vision and expectations. The rose quality was also unacceptable. Many looked old, fully bloomed, and not fresh enough to be considered sellable. As a wholesaler, quality control should be taken more seriously, especially during major holidays when florists and small businesses depend on reliable product quality for their own customers. I understand their policies state there are no refunds and that substitutions may be made depending on availability. This review is not about trying to get a refund or "solve" the issue after the fact. It is about accountability. Selling poor-quality flowers for the sake of making a quick sale is completely unacceptable, especially when other businesses and paying clients are depending on that product. I understand I may not place the biggest orders, but the experience made me feel like smaller customers are not prioritized the same way as larger buyers. I have been in this business for 3 years now to know what good products look like. Unfortunately, this negatively affected my business and my clients. I will not be shopping here again, and I would not recommend them during high-volume holidays if you rely on consistency and quality for your business.
