We had a Mixed Experience: Exceptional Plants and Installation, but Design Disappointment and…read moreDelivery Issues. Look at the design and then look at the end results. Wendy Barnes, the designer, basically just put the plants in a semicircle with no regard to the actual size of the plants. On the positive side, he was impressed with the exceptional condition of the plants purchased, which outshone those from other nurseries in the Atlanta area. These plants were not only healthy and vibrant but also free from any rootbinding issues, even in the fall. The installation process, handled by a third-party vendor, was praiseworthy. The team efficiently completed the job in a single day, however, after looking at the plan they should have contacted either the customer or the designer to say are you sure about this. On the flip side, the disappointment stemmed from the design service provided by Wendy Barnes. The rendering she sent depicted how the plants would look five years down the road, but unfortunately, the actual design fell short of expectations, proving unsatisfactory and unappealing. This has necessitated additional spending to somewhat improve the landscape. I appreciate the owner's efforts to resolve this by offering to sell us more plants and personally delivering them the Friday after Thanksgiving. As we were aiming to get the house on the market by December 1, and though we typically handle this ourselves, time constraints led us to seek assistance from ServeScape. Despite this setback, my partner remains open to using ServeScape and possibly the landscape installer again. However, I strongly urge a more accurate representation of plants in future designs. Another notable concern was the placement of the delivered plants, with over 30+ placed directly on the pathway to the house, causing an obstruction.

I had an awful experience despite making every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. I placed two…read moreseparate plant orders using the same information both times, yet I still received the wrong plants. To make matters worse, the customer service I received while trying to fix the problem was extremely poor.

They are helpful and provide great customer service. The cleaning products are well chosen and offer great variety. They have a number of silver cleaners and specialty products for appliances. They have garbage disposal cleaner that comes with a money back guarantee, which worked when nothing else came close. If you have an appliance, ACE has an effective product to clean it! There is a fun selection of keys, and you don't have to wait long to get one cut. I've never had to bring one back to get redone. This a a great neighborhood store, and they are wonderfully helpful if you take things in to be fixed! Love this store!

See At Home Décor at 1887 Willow Trail Parkway Northwest in Norcross Georgia…read more I visited this store today after being away for more than three years. I have been recovering from illness so this outing was meant to be a comforting return to a familiar place. I wanted to browse stretch my legs and enjoy myself. The store looked great and the cashier along with a very kind clerk helped me with my selections and explained a sale misunderstanding. They were professional and pleasant. The issue was the behavior of the floor staff. As I shopped I noticed employees repeatedly watching me. One young worker was extremely obvious. She peeked around corners followed my movements and stared at me in a way that felt more like surveillance than customer service. I have lived long enough to know the difference between normal store awareness and being singled out. When I reached the checkout she came and stood directly in front of me staring as if she was evaluating me. She interrupted the clerk helping me with a comment about her phone while never breaking eye contact. Then she and the others walked away. In that moment I felt violated. Not uncomfortable not mistaken but violated. Whoever trained these employees needs to take them back into training because this behavior was intrusive unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I completed my purchase but the experience ruined what should have been a peaceful outing. I will not be returning. Some places change and unfortunately this one has changed for the worse.
