Not off to a good start. I was seen at an event at N. Fulton Hospital at the end of August. I got a…read morephone call in the first week of September trying to get me to book an appointment with Dr. Goodman since he was the doctor who saw me. I was out of town so I said I would call back. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

My only regret is that it took me so long to find them. After having the WORST experiences with Ideal Image(pain, no results, SO expensive), I had a lot of fear and not a lot of trust issues. *Please don't ever go to Ideal Image unless you hate yourself, you're a glutton for pain, and like to waste money.* I had SO many trusted friends recommend ASC, so I decided to give them a try. Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do. Every experience has been consistently amazing from the customer service, to keeping me comfortable, to amazing results. NOTHING has been painful. They have highly trained team members, advanced technology, and tools to make everything as painless as possible. I am always excited to try something new, but also value their honesty when they tell me I don't need a treatment. (I literally want to do everything I see them post about because their results are always amazing!) Their pretty view isn't too bad either. The office is conveniently located in East Cobb and easy to find. Parking is also accessible. I was greeted promptly and taken care of as soon as I arrived. I had a bit of a wait but once I was taken to the room I saw why. Dr. Louis offers TOP TIER service! She takes her time, listens, provides detailed information and answers ALL questions! I felt so well taken care of and am hopeful that the recommendations will resolve my issues.
