I saw Hannah(Physician Assistant) at their Canton office, three times. I waited to leave this…read morereview, until I could see another dermatologist, and have my condition confirmed. I had been misdiagnosed by another dermatologist with scabies for 16 months before seeing Hannah. She told me on the first visit that it looked fungal. On the second visit, she took a hair sample, at my request, because I knew something was itching in my head. She had also prescribed different shampoo's for fungal infection on my scalp. She did NOT test my hair sample which could've been done in the office, and offered no apology, or reason for failing to do so. On my third visit, she told me that I needed to see a counselor, and suggested a counselor. I had sores all over my body. My back, feet, legs, arms, and hair. Imagine being told that nothing is wrong with you, and you need to see a counselor, after going through all this. I decided to check her background. She did her understudy in Psychology, and had been with Cleaver since 2023. Fungal infections are common, and if they go untreated, it will spread everywhere, like mine had. I called the office manager, and she suggested I see one of their MD's who was more experienced in fungal infections. She also defended her when I ask did they often refer patients to counseling. This practice is a joke. I'm assuming they do a lot of cosmetic procedures. I have been seen by another dermatologist who has confirmed my fungal infection, and now has me on an oral anti fungal, which Hannah refused to give me. I don't know about all their providers, but Hannah has very little experience with real skin conditions. She also lacks communication with her patients. I would highly suggest if you have any type of skin condition, that you don't see Hannah. I have never had any provider treat me like I was crazy, and suggest counseling. Most especially when my body was covered in scabs, and open wounds. Terrible experience!! Don't go here unless you want to be misdiagnosed, and told to go to counseling!!

I have had an issue now for a year, where cysts pop up all over my body and Amy couldn't figure it out, the PA Macy wouldn't refill my script after swabbing it, and sending in Amoxocillin since it was indeed bacterial, and today the infection has spread all over. I have moved between states, and she could've easily refilled it and I wouldn't be covered in cysts right now. The phone systems have gotten worse, and worse, and worse. I used to be able to get an appointment same day, someone on the phone within 2-3 rings RINGS (NOT BUTTON PRESSES AND HOLD TIMES). They really need to just ditch that stupid phone system, it's trash and keeps the customer from ever getting any help or anybody on the line. THANK YOU GOODMAN. Shockingly Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Total Waste of Time…read more I wish I could give zero stars. My appointment here was an absolute joke from start to finish. Most of my visit was spent filling out information on a tablet and waiting. When I finally got into a room, nearly the entire interaction was with an assistant who didn't address the issue I came in for. Dr. Chismar eventually came in, glanced at my skin from about six feet away for maybe a minute, said there was "no way to know" what my condition was or what caused it, and then abruptly left for a supposed phone call. She never returned. Instead, the assistant came back with several prescriptions -- none of which were explained to me. Trying to get any clarification was pointless. I was shuffled to the front desk and told to pay $349 with insurance, even though I had been quoted $130-$215 for self‑pay. When I said I preferred to self‑pay, I was told it was "illegal" not to use my insurance -- which is absolutely false. After I called them out, they backtracked on the "illegal" claim but still refused to let me self‑pay, saying it was "policy." Their policy is deceptive, unethical, and predatory. I left with no diagnosis, no answers, no plan, and a much lighter wallet. My entire day off was wasted. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
