To be honest, a good leader surrounds himself with quality people, and the staff here at Woodstock Dermatology can't be beat, from the front office to the assistants! I have dodged many bullets because of this place. Skin cancer runs in my family and I don't play around with this. The care I have received here has been very thorough and I always leave here feeling confident that I am well cared for and safe from concern. Cannot recommend this dermatologist more!! Like family!!

Both times I have called to get my MRI scheduled/ handle insurance stuff she has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd be embarrassed if I talked to anyone the way she talked to me! This experience makes me want to get my MRI done else where. If Reed imaging wants to stay open and actually give patient a good experience, they need to get rid of Dorris and give the front staff some training in manners and professionalism.

I have to longing to my yelp account and write this again, be careful guys!!…read more This place is ripping people off!! They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

These guys are the best in Georgia for Retina problems. Dr. Jacobson is top-notch, without a doubt…read morethe best retina specialist in Georgia. Unless you are willing to go to Bascolm-Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Dr. Jacobson is your best bet. He PERSONALLY took the time to understand my entire medical history (rather than having some tech-schooled, slow-writing medical assistant who understands about half of what you are telling her and writes down even less). Even more importantly, Dr. Jacobson demonstrated the ability to think about how existing medical conditions may affect my eyes. After having lots of experiences with MDs of all types, I can honestly say that Dr. Jacobson is definitely a rare and dying breed. Not only does he have an exceptional attention to detail, really good communication skills, outstanding capabilities and the most current knowledge of retinal disease, treatment and care -- he also seems to be a genuinely nice guy. The other MDs in the practice seem equally skilled...I don't have as much first hand experience with them except to say that I had an after-hours emergency and had to page the on-call MD. My call was returned in less than 2 minutes! Dr. Rivalese also offered to see me in the office on Saturday AM. Impressive that they are so responsive to non-life threatening emergencies. Most other MDs would tell their patients to "go to the ER"...but the ER can't do much for eye problems except charge you $2k and tell you to "follow up with your doctor on Monday". Sure, having eye/retina problems is terrible! But knowing that there is competent, professional care is reassuring. Give Georgia Retina and Dr. Jacobson in particular a try...I think they have several locations: Decatur, Riverdale, Perimeter, etc.
