I went in to see Dr. Adeyi for my annual physical, and my visit exceeded expectations. Parking was ample and convenient. The facility is modern, clean, and looks beautiful. The front desk staff was kind and attentive (they even brought me cold water!). I was taken to the back by Nurse Florrie, who is just the sweetest woman. She was friendly, kept the mood light, and listened actively while I took her down the long, twisty road of my medical history. She, along with the front desk staff set the tone for my visit, and helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Adeyi was everything I hoped she would be, and more. Her reputation preceeded her, but even still, she exceeded my expectations. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate. I am usually very nervous in doctors' offices, due to some trauma from previous experiences. With Dr. Adeyi and Florrie, I never once felt uncomfortable. I felt that Dr. Adeyi really aimed to collaborate with me on my care, balancing her expertise with my preferences and lived experiences. Finally, I have a place that I can call home for my healthcare, with providers I can trust. I look forward to feeling like the best version of myself, as I feel like I have found the people that can help me do that!

Surgery is known for being over whelming and daunting...especially when managing all of the paperwork, processes etc. But Dr. Rodes' secret weapon is Carla Montgomery. I cannot say enough kind things about her. She is very patient and kind and extremely informative when managing upcoming surgeries. Her sweet demeanor and gentle voice keeps you calm and reassures you that everything will be okay in midst of the jitters and fears that typically come before an operation. She will hold your hand through the entire process and answer and any all questions you might have. She is ALWAYS available by phone and very quick to resolve any unforeseen issues. I've never been so prepared for a surgery in my life. If all of NHOI's staff were like Carla, the world would be a much better place! I highly recommend NHOI for anyone with Orthopedic issues and I recommend Carla Montgomery even more!

They will call you if they've had cancellations and try to reschedule your appointment, which can be nice. The Con's: Good luck waiting under an hour to be seen and that's just the main waiting room, once they bring you back to the exam rooms you will wait 15-30 mins to see the Doctor. They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. It would be VERY NICE to see some good changes in the near future. IN THE MEANTIME, I won't be going back to the ROC!

There are multiple locations throughout the surrounding Atlanta area making it convenient to make an appointment not too far from home. My wife injured her back while we were on vacation out of state, & after a visit to a local hospital via ambulance, the emergency room did virtually nothing other than assign her to a room & periodically look in on her...not even an X-ray of her spine to see if anything was out of place! After over 3-hours laying on the bed they prescribed some pain pills to pick up & showed us the door. Once we got back from a long and painful car ride we contacted the Holly Springs office & were able to be seen by Dr. Evans the next day! The first thing he did was, you guessed it, AN X-RAY! After determining a course of action he went to work making a series of adjustments & massage treatment that immediately had her standing straighter & walking more like normal, with a lot less pain!! The staff could not have been more pleasant, friendly & professional as well, so if you're ever in need of chiropractic help look no further than Georgia Chiropractic & Massage!
