She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant

My father had Dr. Grimm as his doctor, and I had an appointment with him as well. Very knowledgeable, and his top priority was making sure I knew next steps, and what to expect.

They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

The doctors are rushed and have zero interest in the details of the situation, just what do YOU want done? Epidural, stimulator, surgery. YOU decide. ?!?! And then... THEY OVERBILL THRU 3rd PARTY BILLING! There are NO explanations of benefits, just a charge for NOTHING!! You have to go thru God & Congress to get them to refund it. I had been to this clinic on 3 different occasions for right side shoulder problems. Had two surgeries by another doctor there. He will never touch me again. Anyway, Dr. Brunette is supposedly highly renowned and recommended. But we have to figure it definitely has nothing to do with his personality, respect for patients while talking to them or being a doctor who allows time for questions. Instead of offering my wife any ideas for pain relief (and she will not take prescription painkillers because they knock her out), he just suggests she come back and see their "nerve specialist" Dr. Hubble. In 6 weeks!!! I had to hunt him down and ask him what my wife is supposed to do until then for pain. He then suggests she go two floors up and buy a brace. That's how much of a hurry and how in-compassionate this guy was. Done with him and done with Georgia Bone & Joint. Three strikes you're OUT.
