He took his time taking measures of the hand that needed surgery. Dr. Starr made us feel comfortable about the upcoming operation. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. During the follow-up visit after the surgery Rachel was helpful and explained to us how to exercise my husband's hand to help the healing process. We can highly recommend this facility. Great location close to Kennestone Hospital. Easy to park by the building.

I left my session today feeling completely dismissed. Rather than offering support or guidance, my…read moretherapist Sherrie Robert's essentially said there was nothing she could do to help me -- in a tone that felt very careless and unprofessional. When I tried explaining that I was referred here by my doctor/surgeon, she responded as if she didn't even understand that connection. Not here because I chose to but DOCTOR ORDERS. It was frustrating, especially since I came seeking help and followed medical instructions to be here. I expected compassion and expertise, but instead felt brushed off and unheard.

Most previous PT clinics did not provide proper (personal attention) treatment for me but never hesitated to collect a great deal of money from the insurance company. However, after having cervical spine surgery (earlier this year), my doctor referred to the FYZICAL Marietta (Sprayberry) and Kennesaw, GA locations for physical therapy. WOW, where was Ryan Reid and his staff 15 years ago? This is the most professional PT staff I have encountered. They really care about each patient and cater their treatment to the needs of healing and quick rehabilitation. I do not mean just the first visit; I mean every time you walk through the door. Each aspect of the treatment is determined to what the body needs that day! The extent of my surgery will cause me to have PT for an estimated 10-12 months. However, Ryan is doing his best to make sure I am back to my old self sooner rather than later. His workouts and technique (for me at the clinic and home exercises) are working wonders. Ryan and his staff have helped coordinate PT treatments in both Florida and soon to be in Maryland (due to travel needs) as they want to see complete recovery and they care about their patients. I want to publicly thank Ryan and all the staff for their dedication to helping me through this process.

They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.
