She called me sweetie and within 2 minutes felt like it was her job to give me her "shpeal" as she put it about bring my CT scan and that I needed to do that and not always does their system work or can they log into Wellstar. I was trying to explain to her that it was an old CT scan and then she stated "Well then we don't need that and it doesn't matter" after cracking her knuckles and berating me. She was snappy and rude. My husband even was shocked at how she was speaking to me. I told her I would speak to my Dr about these matters at which time she just looked at me like I was being rude. She didn't realize at all that I have been in the medical field for 30 plus years and would never speak to a patient this way. She continued to talk to me like she was my Dr! at which time I again said, I will speak to my Dr about these things. Then she kind of laughed and walked out of the room with a huff. I did mention this to my very wonderful Dr. who was very professional and listened. I will stay a patient. Even when checking me out the MA came in, rolled her tongue over her teeth, cracked her neck with a head roll, and proceeded to ask me (thank God) yes or no questions about getting an MRI. Thank God I'm very well versed in all of this procedure so it was short. She really needs a class on speaking to patients that are in pain and new to the facility. And, she is NOT a Dr. she has no right to be acting this way at all as a medical assistant

My father had Dr. Grimm as his doctor, and I had an appointment with him as well. Very knowledgeable, and his top priority was making sure I knew next steps, and what to expect.

I went to Ga Bone & Joint in January of 2023 with a pain in my shoulder that started in December…read more2022. After X-Rays and an MRI I found out that I had two bone spurs on my left Acromion bone. A steroid injection from Dr. Wall cured me (for 48 hrs). Dr. Wall said that he wanted to go into my shoulder and clean up the spurs and to look around. He found that i had several issues and small slap tear which he repaired. Today I am 8 days post opp and feel 100% better thanks to Dr. Wall and his team. Today at my post op visit I hugged his neck and thanked him for helping me, I am hurting no more. I also met Jessica Lay (NP-C) she had the best bed side manners I have ever seen from anyone in the medical field, she took the time to explain everything to me and answered ALL my questions, I tip my hat to her :) The entire staff was great, the place is always lite, bright and clean.... They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.
