A fall, in 2018, which re-injured my neck and shoulders) further stiffened this area so that I look downward and have difficulty reading the dials on my oven and microwave oven. As my daughter has been taking therapy for her back, with overall improvement, and has nothing but praise for the therapists at Mars Hill PT Solutions, I asked my family physician for a reference. I have been receiving PT for about six weeks. Thus far, my therapy has only involved my neck, shoulders and arms. I know that I have additional strength in each area. I am experiencing less pain from elbow tendonitis. Over the years, I have had PT at many locations. Some locations were of little value to me. Both my daughter and I are extremely impressed by the knowledge, dedication work ethics of the therapists at this location.

After my initial visit, I noticed that the therapist, during subsequent services spent a total of 5 - 10 minutes of hands on treatment and the rest of the time was spent on exercising. I stopped going mid stream because, they were literally draining my insurance for things I could do at home. Four treatments totaled over one thousand dollars. What did I receive from this, I am not sure. But I am thankful that I had common sense to halt treatment. Clearly, this is a volume business.

Most previous PT clinics did not provide proper (personal attention) treatment for me but never hesitated to collect a great deal of money from the insurance company. However, after having cervical spine surgery (earlier this year), my doctor referred to the FYZICAL Marietta (Sprayberry) and Kennesaw, GA locations for physical therapy. WOW, where was Ryan Reid and his staff 15 years ago? This is the most professional PT staff I have encountered. They really care about each patient and cater their treatment to the needs of healing and quick rehabilitation. I do not mean just the first visit; I mean every time you walk through the door. Each aspect of the treatment is determined to what the body needs that day! The extent of my surgery will cause me to have PT for an estimated 10-12 months. However, Ryan is doing his best to make sure I am back to my old self sooner rather than later. His workouts and technique (for me at the clinic and home exercises) are working wonders. Ryan and his staff have helped coordinate PT treatments in both Florida and soon to be in Maryland (due to travel needs) as they want to see complete recovery and they care about their patients. I want to publicly thank Ryan and all the staff for their dedication to helping me through this process.
