Pitiful Care & Lies - What Did I Do to Deserve This?…read more I just have to say--the care I received at your office was absolutely pitiful. And let's be real, it had everything to do with discrimination. Whether it was my ankle monitor, my insurance status, or something else--y'all made a conscious decision to treat me like I was less than. Let's talk about Mr. Deep for a second. I asked him point-blank: "Do you think this has anything to do with a Baker's cyst? I've had them 3-4 times before, but it never spread into my calf." He looked me in the face and said, "No." Guess what? It was a Baker's cyst. So, either he didn't know what he was talking about, or he just didn't care. Meanwhile, I was in excruciating pain and just needed something--whether it was the meloxicam (which wasn't available until Monday morning) or ANYTHING to get some relief. Instead, I had to go to another doctor, who actually helped me by prescribing prednisone, which finally gave me some relief. And let's talk about the lies. Y'all told me Dr. Potts doesn't do knee replacements. If that's true, fix his online info because that's false advertising. You told me you called in my meloxicam, but guess what? You waited THREE DAYS to do it. Why? Now, you're trying to get rid of me after I've been seeing Dr. Potts for 2.5 years? What did I do to deserve this? I've had conversations with him about growing up around Jimmy Andrews, about vacationing and duck hunting with them. And now y'all want to treat me like I don't matter? And another thing--Mr. Deep had the nerve to pull up my X-rays and tell me my knee isn't quite "bone on bone," so I shouldn't be in this much pain. Excuse me?? He straight-up said their patients either just deal with the pain or get surgery. What kind of nonsense is that? Let me be very clear: I wasn't looking for pain meds. I don't even take them. I was in agony and could barely walk for a week. I saw y'all once, then my girlfriend insisted I get help, and THIS is what I got? At the very least, y'all could have had my meloxicam ready the same day when I spoke to the lady on Friday. But you couldn't even do that. This whole experience was shameful. Moye Colquitt

After a challenging Spinal Fusion Surgery, my husband's Neurosurgeon recommended he begin a course…read moreof physical therapy at the Alpharetta location of the Georgia Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center. At the start of therapy, he was unable to get in and out of bed without help. The surgery returned his mobility, but his flexibility and balance were compromised. The caring and competent folks at Georgia Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center worked diligently to restore his flexibility and his balance, most importantly returning his dignity by his now being able to navigate his day on his own. Cara, Will and Danielle worked patiently with him, providing targeted activities with an eye on each week's accomplishments so that he could adapt to every new exercise challenge. The PT Team were encouraging, respectful and helped him move from exercise to exercise recognizing the importance to him of his overseeing his own recovery. He said it wasn't just the exercises that were successful to restore his abilities. Rather, it was that he was treated with such dignity and respect which supported each week's accomplishments. Not only are Cara, Will and Danielle excellent at what they do. Miranda at the front desk also takes part in each patient's recovery by assisting each patient in creating a meaningful schedule aimed at a successful "Graduation Day" from Physical Therapy. Georgia Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center was instrumental in helping my husband return to independence and improved health. This team did a wonderful job for him and we hope you will have a similar result.

I have been having Physical Therapy at PT Solutions for just over five months with Alison Bishop…read moreand Taryn Cappadona as my therapists. They are both well-trained and friendly with all their patients! They always check your reflexes before beginning any exercises for the hour-long therapy! Putting pressure on your muscles & joints is one method of alleviating pain and very beneficial to me. I have been working on my balance by doing several different exercises, one of which is throwing a large ball against a trampoline (while balancing on one foot at a time). I also step over six hurdles forwards & sideways without knocking them down. This is always a challenge for me! I highly recommend these two therapists and hopefully will be released from PT Solutions sometime before the end of August, 2018.

After suffering a few weeks after a running injury, I finally decided to try to get some…read moreintervention to get better faster. I've heard great things about this place, but am somewhat torn in my review. And again, maybe my expectations were to basically be better by now. Who I am kidding? That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. The office is super nice, and offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small waters. I guess with the probable cost each patient generates, I can see why.
