I'm just finishing up my treatments but from the beginning it's been a very pleasant experience and good customer service is important to me. The facility is clean, well decorated and feels like you're walking into a business that cares about their patients, staff and reputation. Dr. Park was very kind and put me at ease during my procedures. Everyone was extremely nice, caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm just finishing up my treatment with the sclerotherapy sessions with Laura who is very thorough. It's like when you get a pedicure, this is the fun part like getting your nails painted. This is where I finally get to see the results of my legs looking and feeling great. I have a few more sessions to get to my final result. I'm excited to wear shorts next year. I have been struggling with painful and unsightly legs for years!!! My mom referred me to VeinInnovations and I'm SO glad she did. She had a great experience and so have I...not only have I loved my results so far, but I LOVE the staff. Sophie has been so great working around my crazy schedule, enabling me to get in when I can. Both Drs. (Park) have great bedside manners which is important to me, aside from results, which they delivered! Laura has been great with me and my kids during the visits! I was a little skeptical going to Vein Innovations because of the heavy advertising that is done on the radio. My insurance company only covered Vein Innovations, so it was where I had to go for treatment if I wanted the coverage. I do have to say, that I had a really great experience at this location. Most of my treatments and consultations were with Dr. David Park, but did have one procedure done with Dr. Alex Park as well. Both of the procedures (I had a total of two different procedures, but a total of five treatments) were clearly explained and both doctors walked through each procedure as treatment was occuring. They walked me through the process of each procedure as they were being done to ensure that my comfort level was maintained. The entire staff has been wonderful as well. They welcome you into the office with warm smiles and great personalities. They are very professional with their job responsibilities and you can really tell that they enjoy the work that they do! I couldn't be happier with the experience that I had at this Vein Innovations location! read more

I went to Veininnovations for a free ultrasound and was told I needed my saphenous veins removed which would require many appointments, all of which, I was assured, was covered by my insurance.(the cost appx 10k+) Since I didn't have varicose veins, just spider veins, I was suspicious about their diagnosis. I had also read bad reviews of this particular vein clinic along with surprisingly rave reviews. I went for a second opinion and am I glad! My saphenous veins were healthy--more problems would have occurred with their unnecessary removal--scary. I have since had my spider treated by a vascular surgeon for less $500. Like many other reviewers have reported, I later received a bill for Vein Innovation's "free" ultrasound. read more
