Whether the pharmacy staff, including Bing and all the ladies or Kelly in the photo section, all of my interactions have been great. Each and every time I showed up, they all greeted me and took an interest beyond what I might have expected from a large chain store. In fact, this store in particular, feels like "my hometown pharmacy". When my father passed away last year, the staff were more than kind and offered their condolences. It was so amazing to show up after my mom had appointments and new medications prescribed half an hour earlier and have them ready or if it was super busy, getting a call when they were ready. Genuinely grateful.

When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section…read more I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

Lost a disposable camera of mine, denied it was turned in, then denied the photos were returned…read more(they were returned 3/14 per corporate), then said there would be a delay for a holiday that happened a month after I turned the cameras in, then denied they could be re-printed. They stopped answering my calls, so I had to call corporate again who said they had sent my pictures 2 weeks after I sent them in but they never contacted me. So then they ordered a re-print and still, only one of the cameras were returned. I spoke with the manager and she did not care. Take your business to Walgreens.
