Whether the pharmacy staff, including Bing and all the ladies or Kelly in the photo section, all of my interactions have been great. Each and every time I showed up, they all greeted me and took an interest beyond what I might have expected from a large chain store. In fact, this store in particular, feels like "my hometown pharmacy". When my father passed away last year, the staff were more than kind and offered their condolences. It was so amazing to show up after my mom had appointments and new medications prescribed half an hour earlier and have them ready or if it was super busy, getting a call when they were ready. Genuinely grateful.

I went to the CVS pharmacy, looking for a quick consultation before choosing something over the counter. I went ahead and stood under where it said "consultations". On the right of me it said drop off and on the left of me it said pick up. Nobody said anything to me for about five minutes. Finally, one of the pharmacists came up to me and asked me for my phone number and I said "me?" She asked me if I was picking up and I said no. She turned to the other pharmacist to tell her something but didn't say anything else to me, and returned back to her station. They announced on the speaker that somebody's prescription was ready for pick up and after helping them, they did not address me, once again. After about two more minutes, I went ahead and asked if there was anybody available to consult with me. The lady was very rude and said that she asked me if I was picking up a prescription and to stand in line where it says drop off. I held my tongue and patiently waited in the drop off line. Once I got to the front, the lady there was very helpful. She told me what to get, I purchased it and came home. When opening the container, I found that the seal was broken. So I can't even take what I bought and am forced to return it when I have the time. After reading some of these reviews, I now see why they have such a low rating. When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

Dwayne came around the corner at the perfect time and asked if I needed any assistance finding something. I was so happy because this is exactly what I needed lol. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

They stopped answering my calls, so I had to call corporate again who said they had sent my pictures 2 weeks after I sent them in but they never contacted me.
