I usually come here to get the Walgreens brand of popcorn. I don't understand why all of their store don't carry the butter popcorn. But oh well, it gives me an excuse to go through the square and hit up the pokestops, lol. The store is neat and organized and the cashiers are usually courteous. They have a decent candy selection so you can't go wrong there.... I mean it's just your typical drugstore, so wander in walk around and pick up stuff you do and don't need. Other than that, there's usually plenty of spaces to park. It's right behind the train tracks so there's a good chance you'll get caught by the train. Also traffic in the square sucks during peak times so try not to get in an accident...

Over the hour I waited, they serviced over 20 walk ups for prescriptions including 2 that sounded like they would cough their lungs onto the counter. Obviously, the Pharmacist has no regard for people's time, they won't see me again.

It's 'just a pet' - but it's still a violation (and rude) to shout out me from the pharmacist desk all the way over to the drive thru and ask me to shout confidential information back over to you. In this case, it was my pet, but even when I asked her if I wanted to come inside the store, she snapped 'No.' Didn't get the pharmacist name. Long hair, Indian I think, or possibly Latino. She also argued with me that that they couldn't get medicine. Then argued with me - said pet name wasn't in system. I patiently and kindly explained that another CVS had ordered the Rx without an issue 30 days ago. She begrudgingly said she would try to order it. Rx arrived the very next business day. My pickup visit, Oct 29 was a complete 180. When I came to pick it up, the first associate I encountered was rude. Didn't get her name, but she was Caucasian with long dark gray hair, looks like actress Mayim Bialik. I said hello and I asked her how she was doing. Apologized for coming in so close to closing time and she didn't even acknowledge my greeting. Just asked me for my name and DOB. I gave her my dog's info. The wrong GoodRx code had been put on the medication, cost was nearly $70 instead of $24. She told me to go see her - gesturing to the other window / other associate and that I MIGHT be able to get her to rerun it before closing (in 5 minutes). Refused to explain to the other associate what was going on. Now, for the good part: The other associate was SUPER kind. Didn't get her name - African woman with hair in twists. She took her time to remove all the incorrect BINs and applied the correct one. Expressed sympathy for what my little senior dog was going through. Was pleasant and patient even though it was closing time. The pharmacist on duty (young African American woman with long braids) was working on a bunch of Rx's but still took the time to smile, greet me and tell me to have a good evening when I completed my transaction with the other associate. In fact both of them wished me a good evening and told me that they hoped my dog felt better. I would give both of them maximum 10 stars, but the gray haired associate and pharmacist from the drop off day deserve zero stars - so I settled on 7 stars. CVS should train the pharmacists on HIPAA and coach the rude pharmacist and that one rude associate on how to be empathetic. Nearly all the people coming to the pharmacy are doing so because they have some sort of illness (or their loved ones do). How about showing a little grace? Especially if the customer is trying to be kind and patient.

I might have been a bit more tolerant if I wasn't so cranky and tired after a long day at work (so keep that in mind). Btw, you can get away with not wearing your mask even though the sign on the door says "Face Coverings Required" and all that while the message "everyone is required to wear a mask inside the store" is heard every few minutes through the speakers. I've seen a few people casually walking in with no masks.

In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry.

Friendly Well Stocked Store…read more Needless to say, when you travel, you always forget something and have to go out and get it regardless of how well you plan. In this case, it was batteries to go with the Grandkids toys push my wife though she was coming down with a cold so she wanted to get something to ward it off. This Walgreens is close to my Son's house in Marietta so very convient to everything. Walked in and the young lady in the Santa hat showed me where the batteries were. I picked out a couple packs of AA and turned around and she was gone. Found her with my wife helping her. She was a fun person and made shopping for boring everyday items fun. Everystore should have people like this who are through, helpful and at the same time, make you feel good while shopping. Come to think about it, I'm going to go back and change my rating to a 5 because of this person.

I decided to get a flu shot since the urgent care I was at previously didn't have any. While picking up I was reminded of the new urgent care / minute clinic, which was perfect timing since I needed to get a kiddo looked at after 12hrs of a 104 fever on Saturday. We met with Elaine, she was patient while taking my daughter's vitals and was so thorough. Elaine opted to do a strep test before calling in the NP on Zoom. The strep test was extremely positive and an amoxicillin script was called in. Super convenient all around.

I stopped in for passport photos ($16.99, also noted on website) for my kiddos. This was my first…read moretime stopping at this location. Plenty of parking and they even have self-checkout at the register. I was able to find one associate working and she was a delight! Her name was Brittany and she was so sweet, very patient with my two kiddos and overall such a great help with their passport photos. While assisting us, she was also assisting other customers at the self-checkout, register, order pick-ups, and another customer who needed passport photos. I was wondering if she was the only person working but she did it all! With a smile! I would've felt so overwhelmed so Brittany definitely had a great handle on everything. She assisted me at the register and offered a savings program to me. I don't typically shop at CVS but now I will definitely swing by this location since we had such a great experience and customer service!
