Friendly Well Stocked Store Needless to say, when you travel, you always forget something and have to go out and get it regardless of how well you plan. In this case, it was batteries to go with the Grandkids toys push my wife though she was coming down with a cold so she wanted to get something to ward it off. This Walgreens is close to my Son's house in Marietta so very convient to everything. Walked in and the young lady in the Santa hat showed me where the batteries were. I picked out a couple packs of AA and turned around and she was gone. Found her with my wife helping her. She was a fun person and made shopping for boring everyday items fun. Everystore should have people like this who are through, helpful and at the same time, make you feel good while shopping. Come to think about it, I'm going to go back and change my rating to a 5 because of this person. read more

Pharmacy staff have been consistently rude since the pandemic. I understand being short staffed, everyone is these days including my company but that doesn't make it acceptable to be flat out unhelpful and rude. The other day I waited on hold two different times for 20 and 30 minutes before I was hung up on (they picked up the receiver, I could hear background conversation, and the the line went dead). Highly uninformative. Stood at the photo center for about 15 minutes with nobody behind the counter and the call button was completely missing. Nobody came over, several other staff members walked by without batting an eye until I asked the cashier by the door who told me the staff at the photo center were on lunch break. Would have been nice to know either by a sign or staff saying something before having to ask and wait a while. I come in later and ask if the staff are back since the photo center was still empty and the lights were off in the area despite the website staying they were open. The "so" called manager Julie was berating a young black employee the entire time I was in line waiting to checkout, he actually seemed to be doing a good job but Julie was constantly speaking to him as if he didn't understand or wasn't doing a good job -almost like she had a prejudice. When I got to the cash register to pay for my order she NEVER looked at me, and proceeded to ring everything up looking at the employee speaking to him aggressively.. she then began to try to chastise him about not understanding what was being said on a incoming phone call.. and simulataneously slapped my hand into my receipt.. Still never looking up once at my face .. It was disrespectful and like I wasn't even there.. except I was bc she put the receipt in my hand. So at this point I'm appalled at the level of sheer and utter disrespect and disregard for my presence as a paying customer, and I said "Thank you" she continued to keep her head turned so I said again, "I said Thank You! Louder to see if she would acknowledge my presence, finally she looked up.. and still refused to open her mouth to respond verbally or show common courtesy- let alone human decency even.. Horrible customer service by someone who is supposed to be in management?? And she is allowed to train new younger employees??? Bad business Walgreens bc from what I saw in terms of customer service the young employee could've trained her on the basic social skills that she is lacking in order to effectively provide customer service. I used to have great customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy. I get all my elderly Mother's prescriptions filled here for the past 6 years. This morning however, was completely rude by pharmacist Dr. Charles and assistant (don't know his name). I went to get Mother's medicine and was told I'd have to wait an hour because they were giving COVID shots. I said okay, not a problem. I sat down and waited. One person showed up and was taken care of in just a few minutes. The lady even commented to me how fast that was. I continue to wait for Mom's prescription. It's just one to be refilled. 20 minutes go by and a second person showed up for a COVID shot. 40 minutes and only two people. So I get up and go to the counter, I didn't even get to say a word before the assistant hands me Mom's prescription. They had it ready and knew I was sitting there waiting but never called me up. I was furious and let them know it. I will find out who the assistant is and will be contacting upper management. read more

So I have been coming to to his Walgreens for years, since they built the thing, and all I have to say is that they are consistent. I get my prescriptions tend to be ready in a timely manner, their hours are convenient (even though they tend to have earlier hours than other Walgreens) and have pretty decent sales after whatever holiday is over on random merch. Their sales clerks are always friendly and at times have random coupons to help you save a few bucks on whatever, on my case it was conditioner. Either way, I'm a fan. read more

Having recently moved from Puerto Rico where Walgreens are extremely busy (seriously! They are one of the most important markets for them!) it is nice to go to a calm and empty Walgreens. The pharmacists have been woderful in making sure all of our prescriptions are now available here and have not fuzzed about my still local insurance. They dispatch orders very quickly too! Best of all, you can find some pretty quirky and blink and you will miss deal like some exercise tank topsfor $1 each or older movies for $3.99 (I have kids so this is a plus for me!) read more

I was staying not too far from this Walgreens in a hotel while visiting in Marietta. I looked up the nearest Walgreens and stumbled across this one so I came here! Walgreens definitely has their sh*t together. I pick up my prescription here every month, and I have it all automated through the website, so it's really easy. I also upload my photos through their website, and they are ready to pick up in a few hours. You could also get them sent to you, but I'm sure i'm too impatient for that. read more

The weirdest staff i have ever met. I don't usually buy this pill but the older lady selling it was so rude and made me feel very comfortable. First off, they keep their plan B birth control in the cosmetics sections locked in with the perfume and they don't have the generic brand in store and give you attitude for asking. Ok this place really sucks and to be quite frank whoever gave this place a high ranking is a total and complete moron! Not only did 3 out of the 4 suppose " pharmacy technicians" did not know what in the HELL I was talking about, the 4th one even told me that none of them would have known except for her and the pharmacist. Here's a word to the wise, when it's your fault, quit blaming everyone else..JUST APOLOGIZE! So, yes this idiocy must would have been amusing to everyone else who has been to this specific location but as for people who have 2 or more brain cells left to actually put to good use, it was less than humorous. I went over their expecting at the very least some courteous professionals but what I got were some idiots who couldn't even greet you with a smile. So, I am assuming that people have lowered their standards in everything now eh' days since I see a bunch of suppose 5 stars. Which were probably posted by the idiots who work at Walgreens. So, YAYYYY for the idiots who know how to press some buttons at a Drive Thru pharmacy. This Walgreens photo center is the WORST! Over the years I have given them many chances to redeem themselves and they always fail. Everytime I order photos and have to pick them up, it's always something....machines are down, they didn't receive my order. They sent me to another location 10 miles away one time (on Xmas Eve) because they couldn't print my order. One time they exposed my film which had my kids first trip to the zoo on it. To make up for this they gave me a handwritten coupon for 5 free print orders. Everytime I went in to redeem it, there was a new manager and I had to explain the situation over and over and over. Very frustrating. Don't use this location for prints, you will be disappointed. read more
