Customer service. The staff of this location was very unhelpful. They refused to help me look for a medical item that was needed when all the other stores were closed and this store said that they might have it in stock. The staff member refused to check in the back for the item. I understand it might not be protocol, but the courtesy would've been nice. Typical Walgreens experience happening here. If you aren't familiar, the primary focus is pharmacy/medication and cosmetics. In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry. read more

Walgreens is about as cookie cutter as I have ever experienced. One store looks just like the next on the inside with aisles of personal care, cosmetics, over-the-counter medications, greeting cards, candies and seasonal items. Plus a full service pharmacy. This one is just like all of the others and so it rates an A-OK. There is a Redbox outside. read more

This Walgreen's amongst other locations are fantastic. The store is always clean and very well organized. The store clerks are always willing to help you find whatever you my be searching for. There quick about getting you in and out, without having to wait in some long exhausting line while waiting for the next customer to figure out whether or not their going to use cash, credit or a dang check (I HATE THAT!!!) They need a whole new staff, the people they got are lazy and useless. My mother booked a Covid test appointment online and when time came for her appointment they acted like they didn't know anything about it or what she was talking about in a rude manner and tone then told her all appointments were canceled despite her having a confirmation email from them, we call another location near by they were confused as to why that was said and why they did what they did. This store needs new management and employees because a job like that should be taken seriously. read more

Worst experience EVER! First time at this location. I was doing some late night shopping for cosmetics at 1am and I guess I took too long browsing the cosmetics aisle, the manager had discreetly called Cobb County Police. 4 police officers had entered the store and asked me to walk to the front of the store. They then asked me if I had stolen items in my purse? I replied No, but demanded me to empty out my purse in front of other customers. After not finding any stolen merchandise in my purse, the manager had offered me a $20 Walgreens gift certificate for my inconvenience experience. Seriously, why in the hell would I want a gift certificate to come back to a place that made me feel like a criminal. Tips: Don't shop there at late hours nor carry a purse. read more

As mentioned before, it is a chain and meets the expectations with friendly staff. They had a couple issues of not being properly supplied (I. E. Out of butter) during convention that was in town but it certainly meets expectations and unexpected demand happens to everyone. Overall well organized, bright, and clean. read more

This store is terrible. You can never just get in and get out. The lines are always super long. I mean like 10 people every time I go. There is always just one person working or there's people that tend to be difficult buyers who have issues after Today I will no longer go inside this store and buy anything. It's really a waste of time. I pick up a rx regularly which ironically there is never issues with the pharmacy department. read more

Looks like this is my local pharmacy. For years I've been spoiled by the 24 hour availability provided at the North Ave location in SoNo. To some, the neighborhood might be considered "transitional." I'm not sure about all that, but they definitely had a problem with people asking for money. I always admired the staff there because of the shit show they constantly deal with at the pharmacy counter. While they were nice, it wasn't until coming to the Cobb Pkwy. location in Cumberland that I experienced true attention to detail. One of my prescriptions was ready and the other was waiting for doctor approval. Normally I'd have to discover that fact myself. Here they proactively alerted me and I appreciated it. The store is open 24 hours, but the pharmacy is not. Let's hope I don't have any insomnia related Ambien emergencies while living in Vinings because it was a relief to know I could scoot down to North Ave from my condo in Midtown if the situation ever came up. read more

I have always had a great experience at this Walgreens but this time was even better! I ordered a picture at a different store in a floating frame(which they said they had online) and I show up two days later to pick it up and they didn't have it. Therefore I reordered it at this store. The manager called me to let me know it would be ready the next day. He sent his employee to another store to pick up the frame and had it ready for me when I went to pick it up! That is what I call customer service!!! AMAZING Service!!!! This Walgreens is wonderful and you can tell it is because they have a great management team. The employees are pleasant, positive and always so quick to ask if they can help you find something. The Store Manager Marcia is always present and she is clearly the one that sets the tone for the positive energy of this store. The photo department is well run and the Walgreens app makes it easy to print photos immediately from my phone and Facebook. The pharmacy is also well run with a positive, professional staff. There are two employees that deserve special mention because they greet each customer as if the store was their families business. Whitmis and Jayshree are often working the front and my children look forward to seeing them. We love this store! read more

I wasn't in the store for long, but I was very pleased with my visit AND the quality (AND price) of my photos! I was hesitant to order prints from Walgreens because of mixed reviews, so I tried Wolf's photo printing service first, but was NOT happy with the results (one of our photos looked like my fiance had been sprayed with water). If it wasn't for the nice cashier than I would give this place 1 star. The pharmacy customer service is a joke!! The pharmacy assistant/cashier was so rude to my sister who just got out of the hospital. Basically telling her to come back tomorrow, they close in :15 because it takes :15 to fill the prescription?? Wait, what?? Do the math! Right! Ok, so what's the problem again? Oooooooh so really what you mean is you tryna close early and who cares about the customers, ok we get it. Please just do ya' job, period! She really needs some customer service classes. And the sarcastic "could care less" store manager didn't make it any better because she lied and said the rude employees name was Bonnie when her name tag clearly said it Tecia or Tarica or whatever, (guess she thought we didn't see it) she quickly flipped it over so that we couldn't read it after she heard us discussing her rude behavior. If you weren't rude what'cha hiding your name tag for? Sadly, if the manager covers for a rude coworker than the whole store ain't worth my time. Feeling under the weather, like death was knocking at my door -- I gave up on my OTC medicine cabinet and decided to seek some relief from a higher power, the "take care clinic" at Walgreens. I waited about 20 minutes, not bad for just walking in. Check in on the computer was a cinch. The doc/nurse was sweet as a button and explained things thoroughly. All in all I was pleased with my visit. Clean and most of all I got my antibiotics and I am on the road to recovery!! read more

We like to walk to this Walgreens whenever we get the chance. It's clean and has been well stocked when we have gone. They have entire sections dedicated to clearance items. There are also 2 Redbox machines outside. Overall just a very solid store. read more

The pharmacist was so rude! I have a son 103 fever. The told me 30 minutes on the medicine at 8pm on a Saturday. I sat in the parking lot and waited with a sick kids because we live 20+ minutes away... when I went to pick up the medicine, they said another 15-20 minutes! So rude, no consideration for a sick kid literally in the car waiting on meds. read more

2670 Cobb Pkwy has to be the worst store that Walgreens has. I visit that location to drop of my prescription at 8:15 AM and the pharmacy was close there was know staff to take my prescription. I spoke with the manager Derrick he was very rude, I decided to ask him for the corp. office number and Derrick never came back out to speak with me until I ask the cashier to call him back out and at that time I was given the wrong number to the corp. office. I feel that this store needs a new manager if there isn't a change soon Walgreens will be loosing a lot more customers. read more

I haven't tried their walk-in clinic yet, and their pharmacy is not 24 hours, but based on my experiences at this store thus far, I recommend them without hesitation! read more

The employees at the health clinic here are very rude and disrespectful. I arrived for my appointment on time and was called into the patient room with the nurse practitioner assistant. She asked me why I was here, although she should see it on my patient chart, I replied that I was here for a Tb shot. I explained to her that I was retaking the shot due to missing the reading for the last one after having a family emergency during the window allotted. She then told me immediately that my insurance will not pay for me to retake the shot to which I let her know that I had talked with my insurance previously and was told that they would cover me and that she can put my credit card on file to run in the case that my insurance does not cover my immunization(which is stated in their policy). After 10 minutes of being questioned and attacked as to the accuracy of my response she finally asked for my insurance card. After showing her my insurance card on my phone which they had taken previously, I was told that at this location they cannot take it because they will need a hard copy. I again explained to her that I had been to a Walgreens just a week before and this was not an issue as I emailed it to the stores email and they were able to print it for me. She told me that I was incorrect and accused me of lying about going to a Walgreens previously. After telling her the location and telling her to go check her records she said that she will ask the nurse practitioner on duty for permission. While waiting for the nurse practitioner, the assistant made an offensive comment about my character. At this point the nurse practitioner came in and without listening to what I had to say immediately told me that I would need to go to the photo lab and pay for a copy to be made and that when I come back I will need to sit and wait until she is done with her next patient. I let her know that I was here on time for my appointment and her assistant and I had been waiting for her so that her assistant could ask her permission. She then dismissed me and told me that that was my only choice. I have a job! Apparently, that my dignity nor my time is important. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the way that I was treated at this location and will no longer be taking my business to any Walgreens. read more
