AmeriGlide of Marietta - Disappointed After the Sale…read more We initially had a positive experience with AmeriGlide of Marietta when purchasing a used stair lift chair for my 92-year-old grandmother. The customer service at the time of purchase was great, and we felt confident in our decision--even spending nearly $1,700 on the unit. Fast forward a year (with very minimal use) and the passing of my grandmother. We contacted them about their buy-back program. They offered $339.80, contingent on the chair being in working order and including both remotes -- which it was. After they removed the unit, I was contacted and told the seat was dirty and the seat belt wasn't operational, and they would deduct $75 from the offer. No one mentioned these issues on-site, and we were left with $264.80. It turned into a "their word vs. ours" situation -- no proof, no photos, and no attempt to make it right. Yes, it's only $75. But it's also about principle and professionalism. I guarantee this chair will be cleaned, fixed, and resold at a large profit to another family trying to care for their elderly loved one -- just like we were. Sadly, I can't recommend AmeriGlide of Marietta. If you're shopping for a stair lift company that values long-term customer relationships, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I was in & out for international travel essentials…read more The store is clean well-stocked & offers a wide range of products--from everyday household items to personal care, snacks, and even health supplements. It's convenient for picking up essentials, and I like that I can usually find what I need without having to visit multiple stores. I & the ExtraCare rewards program get along very well, which allows me to earn discounts on future purchases & sometimes provides coupons for items I buy regularly. Plus, their sales and promotions can offer good savings, especially when they have "Buy 1, Get 1" deals or discounts on personal care products. One thing I appreciate is the quick check-out process. Even when the store is busy, the staff is fast & friendly, making for a smooth shopping experience. I also find their store layouts to be easy to navigate, which makes it easy to pick up whatever I need without wasting time. Overall, CVS is a reliable option for both everyday shopping and prescription needs, and I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, well-rounded pharmacy experience.

This is the type of place I'd come when I need a gift for someone but don't have anything in mind…read more It's just a cute store with all types of fun, celebratory, and/or seasonal unique items one might purchase as gifts or to keep for themself. Today I bought a set of birthday week surprise boxes--a set of 7 colorful miniature boxes for someone to open each day on their birthday week (or likely the week leading up to their birthday). Each box is supposed to contain something joyful, like maybe a little popper or a birthday message. Currently the seasonal items they have out include UGA football, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. There are also sections of wedding, baby, and birthday themes items, as well as things that are good for a "just because" gift. I'd say the items are priced anywhere from "moderate" to "more than I want to pay."

This woman was repeatedly Kurt, abrupt, & dismissive to me. Sadly, it's the reason I switched pharmacies... her and because they do not take GoodRX. I still miss going to the store. It's stuffed with high quality, vast variety of items. This includes the basics you need for good hygiene, sensational lotion/candles, softest pjs (adults), scented oil for candles, & let's just say great gifts. All of that with the feel of 1980s shopping experience- no screens or overly bright gimmicky things- simply good products ready for you. Enjoy! Check them out. Remember, the rude clerk is just a hiccup on this hidden gem.
