A shelf full of expired boxes! A triflin' level of lazy... Another day, I have come here on a holiday when nothing else was open and was able to get in and out quickly. The store is pretty quiet and not busy when I go. So if you need a quick snack you might be able to have a fast transaction. Just check that expiration date. 1.5 stars.

I'm very disappointed with the level of customer service at this CVS location. The person who…read morepresents herself as the manager is consistently unprofessional and visibly irritated whenever customers need assistance to checkout. Some transactions cannot be completed at self-checkout, yet she becomes frustrated when asked to come to the register, even though that is a major part of the service customers depend on. Each time I visit, she is in the aisles unpacking large boxes stuff everywhere at times can't even get down the aisle while also trying to manage the front, and it clearly shows that the store is understaffed. Instead of feeling welcomed, customers are made to feel like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions she has been on her phone, including FaceTime, in which you can hear the conversations and see it while customers are waiting, which gives a very poor impression then she's upset when to be checked out. This store is rated a two, and unfortunately that reflects the experience customers are receiving. I should not have to travel outside of my home area just to receive basic customer service. I was actually considering moving my prescriptions here, but because the customer service at Walmart is much better, I've decided to keep my business there instead. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this and takes these concerns seriously. This location needs proper staffing, a dedicated cashier, and leadership that treats customers with professionalism and respect.

Approaching Father's Day, I decided to put in a print order at Walgreens to celebrate the day. Although we may not be getting film developed like we used to in the nineties, the photo department is still in demand. At least in my household! Walgreens photo offers some great services such as picture printing, canvases, photo books and more - even better? They always have some amazing discounts and deals. So when I saw they were offering multiple coupon codes over 50% for photo gifts, I decided to take them up on it. If you've never done a pickup at Walgreens, they tell you in advance when you should expect your order to be ready for pickup and you can opt into communication about the order process. I placed my custom orders at this location near my FIL's home to be ready by 11:30 am giving me ample time to pick it up as I didn't plan on being in the area until after 3pm. Upon arrival, I realized that the store seemed super bare with slim-pickings on the shelves. This didn't bug me too much since I wasn't there on a shopping whim, but made me wonder why they weren't stocked up. I pushed through to the photo department and let a young lady know I was picking up an order and my last name. She looked for the order in the "E" bin, didn't see it and moved onto to other bins that weren't in line with my last name which was puzzling, especially because she was truly taking her time lol. When she didn't find them, she called another associate over to assist. This associate proceeded to let me know that they got backed up due to the holiday and *maybe* she could do it in an hour. I totally get the holiday delay, but wish I had gotten a notification via text (I got an email later) and saved myself the time. Because the employees seemed frazzled and caught up, I decided to leave without my custom Father's Day gifts in fear that I'd spend even more time waiting around. Not the best Walgreens experience, but it happens!

Every shelf was stocked and as always, the good scents were coming from the bakery. There were ample sales going on so this was def a walk every aisle type of trip. LoL. Upon arriving at the checkout, the cashier and bagger were super friendly. The cashier greeted us and rang up our items. She thanked us for visiting and ended the transaction with a big smile. The bagger took time to bag the groceries with care and ensure nothing was squashed. He was very pleasant as well and ended our time with a pleasant "have a great day!" Clean store. Stocked shelves. And, great cashier and bagger service = An absolute WIN! Area of Opportunity: Before getting in the car we realized a few of the items didn't ring up what the sale price presented them as. Not a problem, we headed inside and went to customer service. Upon arriving at customer service, there was one lady ahead of us, however, there was no one behind the service desk... a few moments later, one of the staffers at the front advised the rep would be back shortly. 4 minutes later, another person came behind us, now bringing the line to 3 people. The Customer Service Manager peeked out from behind the door and the front staffer advised her that the rep would be back shortly as she went to the restroom. At this moment, opposed to taking ownership of the line, the CS Manager says ok and goes back to the back. Being a paying customer I was disturbed by this for a few reasons, 1) the lack of service provided by a person in a leadership role, 2) the fact that there is no coverage for an employee to go to the bathroom, 3) the fact that upon finding out that there was no one at the desk there was no acknowledgement of us who were in line. Wow! Though I am taken aback by this experience, I understand that it is not a representation of the entire store. However, this a direct reflection of a training opportunity that needs to be executed by Senior Management.
