I'm very disappointed with the level of customer service at this CVS location. The person who presents herself as the manager is consistently unprofessional and visibly irritated whenever customers need assistance to checkout. Some transactions cannot be completed at self-checkout, yet she becomes frustrated when asked to come to the register, even though that is a major part of the service customers depend on. Each time I visit, she is in the aisles unpacking large boxes stuff everywhere at times can't even get down the aisle while also trying to manage the front, and it clearly shows that the store is understaffed. Instead of feeling welcomed, customers are made to feel like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions she has been on her phone, including FaceTime, in which you can hear the conversations and see it while customers are waiting, which gives a very poor impression then she's upset when to be checked out. This store is rated a two, and unfortunately that reflects the experience customers are receiving. I should not have to travel outside of my home area just to receive basic customer service. I was actually considering moving my prescriptions here, but because the customer service at Walmart is much better, I've decided to keep my business there instead. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this and takes these concerns seriously. This location needs proper staffing, a dedicated cashier, and leadership that treats customers with professionalism and respect. read more

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Atlanta. It takes them 8 hours to fill a prescription and they never have anything in stock.

I waited 17 minutes to speak to the pharmacy department no one ever picked up during the late afternoon. I called the next morning at 9:15 and reached someone right away. The person I reached informed me that they did not carry the prescription I was waiting for and needed for a procedure. I asked when was I going to be notified? She apologized and did call another store to get it ordered for me. However, CVS neglected to inform me regarding a prescription I needed until I called to follow up. read more

Hello, I would like to know is there a specific health order in which prescriptions are filled when received from a doctor? I'm asking because how is it that my 5 year old son is suffering from symptoms caused by streptococcal pharyngitis and his prescription for amoxicillin was sent over by the doctor at 3:30pm and wasn't ready until the pharmacy closed for the day at 8:00pm. Four and a half hours later it took for the prescription to be filled. Was that supposed to be a joke on purpose? Are you risking my child's health at this point? App says the pharmacy closed at 9pm. Yelp says the pharmacy closes at 9pm I get there at 8:10pm and the pharmacy is closed. I checked the app and only when I checked the app I saw that it was filled so no I did not get a notification. I had been checking it every hour since we left the doctor. He is 5 years old and we have to go yet another night without the relief he needs because nobody felt like it was urgent enough to help a child get relief. Why would the medication even be prepared and mixed just to sit over 12 hours before it can be used. This is so upsetting and disturbing it hurts. The sad part is that nothing can even be done about it at this point as I try to provide comfort to my child. Very dissatisfied with CVS pharmacy and I will be transferring my prescriptions after today. I hope you get to have a restful evening. read more

I hav been to this CVS several times and the wait time is just worst every time I visit. Prescriotiind are never ready. When he you call your on hold over 2 hours. Really people can't multi task anymore? I mean if you don't like your job just quit. The treatment is by far the worst and I'm just disgusted. They just list a customer period. read more

I've had my prescriptions filled at CVS stores across multiple cities for 10 years and this is by far the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. I don't entirely blame the staff for the bad attitude, as it seems they are always critically understaffed. The CVS policy of signing you up for auto-refills even when you don't ask for them or have previously asked to be removed may be part of the problem--but the store itself is also a mess. There is usually one person running the entire front of the store, while the pharmacy is always slammed. You either wait in line at the pharmacy or stand at the front of the store waiting around for the cashier to show up from wherever they are stocking shelves. The last straw for me was when my doctor called over a prescription and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It actually took 4 hours for them to fill it, and 40 more minutes to get it from the drive-through. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Walgreens down the street, where I've never spent more than 10 minutes in line. read more

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Very rude, ghetto customer service and the store lacks the appropriate amount of pharmacy support needed for the community. I'd suggest using the CVS pharmacy inside the Target on Jonesboro Rd if you're able and avoid wasting your time here read more

This is the worse CVS and pharmacy that I have ever seen. They never have my prescription on time. They just need to do better. This is the closest to my house so it's convenient but I've got to change my pharmacy. Today they don't open till 10 today because someone had an emergency sooooo y'all only have one Dr,? Terrible service. They either allow the phone to ring for several minutes or put a person on hold until they hang up. If they don't, the staff hangs up. I've seen this occur MULTIPLE times. The wait time is ridiculously long even first thing in the mornin. The majority of staff doesn't want to be there and it shows. read more

Several items that would be on the regular shelves in other stores are behind glass. The staff sighs when you ask them to get something. And then it turns out to be all expired. A shelf full of expired boxes! A triflin' level of lazy... Another day, I have come here on a holiday when nothing else was open and was able to get in and out quickly. The store is pretty quiet and not busy when I go. So if you need a quick snack you might be able to have a fast transaction. Just check that expiration date. 1.5 stars. read more

This is by FAR the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. The wait times are ridiculous, I hate I have to use CVS Caremark for prescriptions through my insurance plan provided by my employer. I'd rather pay more for my meds at Publix where it's not covered than to deal with them. I really don't understand why prescriptions are never ready when they state they will be. I specifically called to check on my prescription my doctor called in and I was told it would be ready by 7pm or 7:30 pm. I come the NEXT DAY at 12:30pm and they are still " working on it". This is by far the worst pharmacy that I've been to. They are very slow. The drive through lane you might as well put your car in park because it's going to be a wait. They mess up prescription orders that the last time I picked up meds I recounted them myself. I've also learned to check my pharmacy bag before leaving. One day I took 2-3 trips up to this pharmacy due to errors and them not paying attention. Even the doctors office said they would need to call corporate on them. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Cheryl, the store manager (which she emphasized) was extremely rude and not knowledgeable of common coupon language. She acted as if we were a burden on her and she was doing us a favor because she was allowing us to use a coupon we should have been allowed to use anyway. She was condescending and rude in her tone and body language and told us we NEED to learn how to read our coupons (rolling eyes, neck and all). I have never had such a rude experience in my life. I have frequented many CVS stores and have had wonderful experiences at several. This one is by far the dirtiest, most unorganized, and rudest of them all. I should also add that there were no tags up for sale items up on the shelves. read more

I just came from this particular pharmacy. It was the dirtiest CVS I've ever been in. I arrived at this store just after they opened and there was trash all the floor over the entire store, especially the pharmacy area. I decided to sit in one of the chairs in the pharmacy while waiting for a prescription to be filled and I had to literally move pieces of trash out of the chair before I could sit down. I sincerely hope someone in upper level management reads this and corrects the problem. read more

If you have 20 or more minutes to wait in the drive thru, then have to put up with employees with an attitude, go ahead and frequent this CVS. Don't know if this is due to bad management or just needing more employees in the pharmacy, or a little of both, but it is an internal problem that shouldn't spill out to the customer. read more

The pharmacy staff is excellent, kind and knowledgeable. I love coming to get my medications here. Mohammed is by far the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Front store staff is good as well, and they seem to care about me as a person. read more
