Your employees need to learn some basic customer service skills. Starting at the top. Being that I am a general manager of a restaurant I definitely wouldn't have ignored a guest asking questions. If they don't like their job then they need to find another one

Found this Pharmacy when I needed to pick up a prescription when all the other ones was closed…read more Great they're open 24 hours which is super convenient. Be prepared to wait as service is quite slow from my experience even when I've gone at different times of the day. Also, I highly suggest making sure your prescription is already filled prior to going to help alleviate some of the lengthy wait time. The store itself is a bit congested with small aisle and looks like one of the older CVS stores. Selections are limited with some things as well. This location is fine if you need to pick up a prescription or a regular item in the store. Other than that I would go to one of the newer nicer locations. Customer Service in there is ok-keep expectations low.

Maybe oddly, the only thing I've never gone here for is pharmacy needs. The soda shoppe inside here has a lunch counter like you might find in historical photos of 1960s America, and they make great shakes and floats. For the first time this week, I was there during the lunch hour and was able to try the food. I had a chicken salad sandwich and cup of chili. Both were very tasty; enough to have me thinking about when I can go back for lunch again. The woman working the counter was very helpful and kind in walking me thru the menu options, and the pricing was good. The gift shop area is currently featuring fall-themed items (think pumpkin-flavored and turkey-themed treats and decor). However there is still a large sampling of items without the fall theme. Honestly, just browsing the gifts is a great way to get ideas when looking for something for someone special.
