On Oct 25, I dropped my Rx off at this location. It was for my senior dog. The pharmacist shouted from her desk to the window during our entire exchange. It's 'just a pet' - but it's still a violation (and rude) to shout out me from the pharmacist desk all the way over to the drive thru and ask me to shout confidential information back over to you. In this case, it was my pet, but even when I asked her if I wanted to come inside the store, she snapped 'No.' Didn't get the pharmacist name. Long hair, Indian I think, or possibly Latino. She also argued with me that that they couldn't get medicine. Then argued with me - said pet name wasn't in system. I patiently and kindly explained that another CVS had ordered the Rx without an issue 30 days ago. She begrudgingly said she would try to order it. Rx arrived the very next business day. My pickup visit, Oct 29 was a complete 180. When I came to pick it up, the first associate I encountered was rude. Didn't get her name, but she was Caucasian with long dark gray hair, looks like actress Mayim Bialik. I said hello and I asked her how she was doing. Apologized for coming in so close to closing time and she didn't even acknowledge my greeting. Just asked me for my name and DOB. I gave her my dog's info. The wrong GoodRx code had been put on the medication, cost was nearly $70 instead of $24. She told me to go see her - gesturing to the other window / other associate and that I MIGHT be able to get her to rerun it before closing (in 5 minutes). Refused to explain to the other associate what was going on. Now, for the good part: The other associate was SUPER kind. Didn't get her name - African woman with hair in twists. She took her time to remove all the incorrect BINs and applied the correct one. Expressed sympathy for what my little senior dog was going through. Was pleasant and patient even though it was closing time. The pharmacist on duty (young African American woman with long braids) was working on a bunch of Rx's but still took the time to smile, greet me and tell me to have a good evening when I completed my transaction with the other associate. In fact both of them wished me a good evening and told me that they hoped my dog felt better. I would give both of them maximum 10 stars, but the gray haired associate and pharmacist from the drop off day deserve zero stars - so I settled on 7 stars. CVS should train the pharmacists on HIPAA and coach the rude pharmacist and that one rude associate on how to be empathetic. Nearly all the people coming to the pharmacy are doing so because they have some sort of illness (or their loved ones do). How about showing a little grace? Especially if the customer is trying to be kind and patient. read more

According to the website, Yelp, AND the sign on the door, store hours for Saturday open at 7 am. I drove past a dark store just after 7 am on Saturday. I thought ok, I'll cut them a little slack. Intentionally went out of my way to drive by again after 8 am and the store is still not open. Your staff needs to open the store on time. If you can't manage this, then change the advertised hours. After filling my prescription for liquid metformin, and then providing a refill, CVS is now unable to fill that same prescription for liquid metformin. I believe it is because the employees feel it is too hard work to order the medication. This is a medication for diabetes...a medication I must take every day. CVS has decided I can't have it because they have to actually do some work. How disappointing. After 12 days, and getting a text that the medication was ordered, I have received NOTHING from this CVS. No medication, no communication, nothing. I believe they have lied yet again, and are incapable of doing their job. I cannot believe a medical professional such as a pharmacist would treat a patient in this way. This pharmacy deserves a zero rating. After 3 calls from Publix pharmacy were ignored (they were told they would send the prescriptions) and 2 calls from me to get prescriptions transferred I have to drive to CVS. The pharmacist when questioned actually lies to me saying that he sent the prescriptions this morning. Nothing was ever electronically, verbally or faxed to Publix and he knew it. After 5 days of the run around it's 40 minutes before CVS is closing and my husband's needed medications aren't filled. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! read more

I have never dealt witb a worse pharmacy in my life. Standard hour long waits in line to get prescriptions filled. Frequently missed prescriptions. And the answer is... "call corporate because they don't care" never use this place. read more

Poor customer service. Called to request a refill on my prescription and was told it was already filled and ready for pick up. Inquired why no one called, was told it was just filled. Went the next day for pick up and a rude pharmacist told me it was put back. When I told her I just called yesterday and they said it was ready - she reinforced they but it back and now it has expired and she could not refill. Since it was their mistake she could clearly see that in the system she should have refilled but insisted she had to call the physician. Had to leave town without my medicine. Don't use this pharmacy, rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. Find another pharmacy- after 15 years at this location I'm transferring my prescription to a reputable pharmacy read more

I had a not good experience when I visited last week. The lady that was helping me seemed very annoyed and wouldn't tell me anything that I didn't immediately ask. Only yes/no answers. I called again today and Sana picked up.... I won't go into detail but she was AMAZING. Just.... If you had a bad experience, go back and make sure Sana is there. Thank you Sana!!!!! read more

This continues to be a stunningly poor pharmacy. They are not interested in providing even mediocre customer service. Surly at the registers even when a customer tries to be nice. Medications out of stock. I do my best to go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs - it's sad that CVS continues to allow this pharmacy to carry its brand. read more

I have been on hold with this location for 14:35 and get nothing but the horrible ads on hold. It took me about 30 minutes to even get a phone number for this location because they are not on the CVS website so I had to call three other stores before one could even find it and give me a number. This CVS is literally minutes from my house. I don't make it a habit of shopping here, but this place is perfect when you are not feeling well and need some medicine in a pinch. Many of the grocery items are overpriced when compared to regular grocery stores, but you can score some deals on makeup and other beauty and health items if you shop using their sales ads. The sales associates are pretty nice at this location and are generally very helpful. Don't forget to sign up for the Rewards Card so that you can earn the CVS extra bucks for added savings. read more

Absolutely the most inefficient CVS in the Tri County area and is not much worse than two others nearby. Time after time late with RX orders (I'm disabled) by 2-6 days, out of certain RX's (how can that happen unless going for bait and switch up charges), not ready when notified or lacking other auto fill orders, having auto fill but not contacting Dr. when scripts run out and leave me without critical meds. Have never been undercharged, but overcharged on many occasions, do not honor their special club discounts when paid in advance and yearly fee around $15. Always have RX written for 90 days for best club pricing, but this time say Kaiser Permanent Dr. staff changed to 30 days so they can charge triple fees. Have requested area manager call to rectify all the probs, but they have NEVER responded. Beware all y'all especially if you need lifesaving cardiac meds you can't wait on. Tom Flynn Marietta, GA. This CVS is the reason I will never use this chain ever again, I guess with how busy these people act they are incapable of actually being of any type of assistance. I needed the pharmacist or the pharmacist assistant to contact my insurance provider to help with an issue that was holding me up from having my prescription filled, they tried one time and didn't resolve anything needles to say I had to contact them to fix the issue and that wasn't even the start of the problem, after this problem I had an issue with a discount card and contacted cvs again to try and get them to call the discount card provider to try and help with my problem which they replied they were just too busy to try and call them and gave me the number to call which I did and when I got a hold of them found out that a pharmacist needed to call because there I wasn't qualified to answer any questions they were asking, when I was made aware of this I contacted cvs to ask if they would do this which they replied it wasn't there job and they were way too busy to even try, finally I was able to plead with the discount provider to let me try and get cvs a three way call and finally they did. When I called I got in touch with a Courtney from cvs the same assistant I had dealt with the past three days and could tell she was annoyed with a very short temperament and very rude and short tone, The time was 8:15 p.m when I told her what I was needing to do she instantly put me on hold I stayed on hold with the discount provider until 9:42 p.m. He tried explaining to her what she needed to do to fix the problem after three attempts they both were unable to fix my issue then the card provider asked to put her on hold to speak with his supervisor that's when she replied that her store would be closing in 10 min and she would have to try again another time. That's the night I decided to go back to my old pharmacy which is 45 min from my house all because these people could care less about helping at all, my prescription was 23 days past due and they never had any compassion to help get it to me. I was able to transfer it to my old pharmacy and pick it up that evening the discount card worked and my co-pay was 0 dollars. At cvs it was going to be 100 dollars but the discount card that always used in the past brought it down to 0 which it always did but cvs didn't care at all they now will never have my business again read more
