I stopped in for passport photos ($16.99, also noted on website) for my kiddos. This was my first time stopping at this location. Plenty of parking and they even have self-checkout at the register. I was able to find one associate working and she was a delight! Her name was Brittany and she was so sweet, very patient with my two kiddos and overall such a great help with their passport photos. While assisting us, she was also assisting other customers at the self-checkout, register, order pick-ups, and another customer who needed passport photos. I was wondering if she was the only person working but she did it all! With a smile! I would've felt so overwhelmed so Brittany definitely had a great handle on everything. She assisted me at the register and offered a savings program to me. I don't typically shop at CVS but now I will definitely swing by this location since we had such a great experience and customer service! read more

My first time coming to this CVS. I had to come get a gallon water because Jug life is LIFE! Lol Open 24 hrs, I came around 1am. The staff was in the back unloading the truck for stock. The only cashier available was the Self-Check out machine with no bags. It made the "bagging area" hard to place items to proceed to scanning the next item. Resulting the machine to beep for a Staff. They did not come, so I had to go in the back to get them. Right now, CVS has great in store promotions going on. Also if you download the CVS App., you are able to clip & save coupons in the app. You are able to scan products to see if they are on sale or if you previously clipped a coupon. It makes my shopping experience much easier and organized! I have saved hundreds of dollars a year by doing so. The store was overall clean and some items were not in stock like gallons of water. I went to this CVS this morning for a minute clinic visit. I've never had a problem at the other location by my old house. However, this CVS was definitely disappointing. My appointment was at 10 AM, and I waited... and waited... and then FINALLY got called back after 10:30 AM, which was ridiculous. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious. There was urine ALL over the toilet seat and the floor, as well as dried blood on the seat and on the front of the toilet. The changing table was open and had stuff all over it. Needless to say, the bathroom was disgusting and it was only 10 in the morning, so it must've not been cleaned previously. Would not recommend. read more

Unbelievable.!! I was discharged from the hospital with excruciating pain as a result of an injury. I dropped off my prescription to pick up later that evening. I never received a text saying it was ready. I had a very hectic week so the only day I could go back was today. When I called about my prescription I was told that they did not have it. My response what do you mean? I handed it right to the tech. Apparently, after they watched the video, the tech threw away my pain prescription. That is completely ridiculous. They then tell me they will try to get it sent back over electronically. Now we all know narcotics cannot be sent over electronically. Who were they trying to fool? So basically in order to get my prescription I will have to go back to the hospital and have them draw up a new one. Who throws out someone's medication? read more

This has become my favorite CVS to drop by and pick up stuff. It's off Cobb Parkway and Jiles Rd. It's open 24 hours and has the nicest people working here. They greet you as soon as you walk in and the store manager walks around the store asking people if they need help finding stuff... Every CVS is slightly different depending on the location and the demographic. As far as this store it has some of the best selection of travel size toiletries. Plus they have lots of specials so lots of times you can nab one and get one half off or free! Hurray! There are several businesses nearby making this CVS incredibly convenient. They include Publix Walgreens Auto Zone Dollar General Chase Wells Fargo Burger King Cheeseburger Bobby They also have a Red Box kiosk towards the side of the building for your convenience and don't worry... at night the store is lit up like the Grizwold's house at Christmas...so if you get a snack attack at 3 am...you can head on over here for some Cheetos and Twinkies... read more

Walked in a little after 12 AM needing some Diaper rash and baby items and a respiratory item for a CPAP machine. Waited in front of the store at least 15 minutes, I called out if anybody was working there and nobody answered. Called out again and nobody answered and I had to get home to my baby so I walked down the aisle and the guy John walks out and I said to him do you know how long I've been waiting and he said no ma'am tell me how long and then I told him to check the cameras and I walked out. Every time I try to use this CVS for pictures something is wrong. I printed a greeting card- no envelope. I use the kiosk to print pictures instantly... oh I'm the only one who can replace the ribbon- you and I'm going to lunch. You'll have to do "in an hour" prints or come back when I get off break. This review is really for the minute clinic. Suzanne Robertson was great. Extremely friendly and informative. There was a relatively short wait (I went around 5pm after work). Of course you gotta love the fact that you don't need to make an appointment. Most insurance is accepted at Minute Clinics, but can always ask to make sure. I filled my prescription afterwards in less than 10 mins. Annnnnnnd, thankfully...I'm not sick anymore. =) So thumbs up for the MC. read more

Had oral surgery tuesday, my aunt took me and took care of me afterwards. She went to the get my pills around 1pm she left and went back at 4pm they where not ready yet. She went back at 6:30pm and only 3 out 4 of the pills were ready. They told my aunt I needed to go back the next day for the amoxicillin. My aunt left. And then the next day we go not ready. My mom got a message saying pills were ready at 6pm on Wednesday. My husband past by after work at 7:30pm line inside with over 10people and lets not even speak about the drive through even worse. I really wonder when I will be able to get my amoxicillin so I dont get an infection on all 4 side where I got my wisdom teeth removed. read more

I like this cvs location, the pharmacy seems to be a bit slow however. If you need your refills fast I would go to a different store.

I've had very mixed encounters with this CVS. I've had really nice people help me with getting my prescriptions and dropping off, but I've had quite a few encounters that the workers made it seem like I was the last person on earth that they wanted to see. I understand working at a pharmacy and dealing with a lot of customers yelling at you, but don't take out your frustrations on other customers who are simply being polite. But I usually don't mind it, they're helpful. I drop off my prescriptions here all the time, but I usually drop it off early in the day and pick it up later on (since this CVS is 24 hours). The worst thing that's ever happened was that they didn't have my prescription ready, and they just made me wrap around the drive through and it was ready after that. I would give it lower stars, but my better encounters outweighed the bad encounters. Thank your nicer employees because they're your saving grace, CVS! read more

Wish there was a zero to half star because they are not worthy of 1 star. As I sit in the parking lot waiting for my daughters prescriptions. I am thinking to myself why am I still a customer. I can't count how many times I have wasted a trip here thinking the time given of readiness would be accurate. Today ladies and gentleman takes the cake. Dropped off some scripts at 7:00. They asked did we want to wait an hour? We said no we would come right back. About 90 minutes later I get in line hoping they were ready.... "Sir we don't have anything in the system for you." I said I was here about an hour and a half ago y'all said they would be ready in an hour!! She walks over the the pharmacist and inquires... She makes an oh s/!77 face, reaches in her pocket where my prescriptions have been for the last hour and a half. "Sir it's going to be another 10 minutes or so" This is about par for the service if you plan on being a valued customer at this CVS location. Hope this helps anyone looking before shopping. read more

Pharmacy service at this location started at mediocre when the location opened a few years ago, and has steadily declined since then. Rude staff, long waits, hour long hold times (no joke), and prescriptions filled on a triage system most days where they don't start your order unless and until you are there in person. Go in and wait, or you're generally not getting your prescriptions today. I have been ignored in the outside drive-thru lane before, and when I witnessed it happen to someone else several days ago I had to insist the pharmacist help the woman ahead of me as he seemed genuinely committed to ignoring her. Other reviewers have rightly pointed out that the pharmacy has been chronically understaffed for years. That it has gone on so long is a testament to store management committed to awful service. I'd feel worse for their staff if they didn't have so many jerks. Goodby CVS. We've already started the process of taking our fairly substantial amount of business (hundreds to over a thousand a month) across the street to Walgreens. read more

Went to this location after my local store didn't have the RX we needed for my fiancé's bronchitis. This location not only happened to have it on hand, but they filled a prescription that typically takes an hour to fill in under half an hour. Thank you all! Like every other box store that sells over the counter medicine, candy, cards and stuff you didn't realize you needed, this CVS is no different. This is a brand new building on Cobb Parkway with ample parking. Just when you thought there weren't enough places to go to at 3AM, this location is open 24/7. read more

Its a very large CVS and of course has more than most. they have some good deals on different items like makeup and accept manufacturer coupons. I went to the minute clinic and there were only a few chairs so it was standing room only. It could have been because it was a weekend, but i was feeling miserable and ended up sitting on the carpet. When I did get to sit down one thing that bothered me was that the doors are so thin that you can hear everything. Once I did get seen the PA (cant remember title) she was knowledegable and took her time with me to make sure she knew what was going on. She was very professional and experienced.However, I didnt like how in the first few minutes and several times later (after I had already answered) she asked me if I was understood the fees and if I was able to pay. Surely its some kind of CVS protocol, but after the first time asking it made me feel rather uncomfortable. The pharmacist filled my perscription within minutes and I was thanful for that. read more

The wait time to get prescriptions processed is a joke! They are constantly understaffed and too busy to be polite to customers. I switched several years ago from Walgreens but need to either switch back or find another place. The photo area and service is also awful. As I spent 45 minutes on their system to print my son's graduation announcements, then sent to the printer, they decide to tell me it's out of ink. They saw what I was doing!!! I then told them to put up a sign so someone else would not be inconvenienced like I was. They shrugged and walked away. The Kennesaw location may very well go out of business due to customer service alone! read more

I'll be switching my scripts to Walgreens after my last few experiences here. First let me say the pharmacists themselves are fantastic and hard working. However, the techs are incredibly rude and inefficient. Every time I've come here the past few months, I've waited in ridiculous lines just to deal with horrible, rude tech service while the pharmacists seem understaffed and overloaded, which isn't fair to them. The last time I was there, a tech acted as though she was annoyed that she had to do her job after I waited in line for ten mins and then she proceeded to yell at me across the pharmacy to tell her what prescription I needed to have changed while six other people were in line. Sweetie, I'm not about to yell the details of my *personal* prescriptions across the room at you for everyone to hear. I was disgusted. I'm done with CVS for good. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered! The service is slow. For example, I dropped an RX off @ noon and it was promised to me that it would be ready by 5:00. I called at 5 and they told me it wouldn't be ready until 8:00, because they were backed up. My prescriptions weren't ready until 9:00. This happens frequently. If I did not have to use CVS due to my insurance, I would go to Walgreens. The staff is also discourteous when answering the phone in the pharmacy. Frequently putting one on hold and then leaving you there without coming back on the line. Two thumbs down! read more

Stopped by this store to pick up my wife's prescription medicine after wife having c section. The store only provided 2 of the 3 prescriptions called in. Of course they forgot her Percocet which is quite important given that she had a c section. My mother stopped through the store on the way to come see her granddaughter and the store claimed they did not receive the prescription from the hospital. I find it EXTREMELY odd that only 1 of the 3 scripts were not called in. We, of course, called they hospital and they confirmed this was called in. Went back to the store for medicine the 3rd time while my wife is at home in pain with our newborn daughter. The employee claimed this prescription was not called in again and I showed them the hospital paperwork and voicemail as proof. The pharmacist was called over and she was extremely rude and unhelpful - even hinting we were trying to pull a fast one. Had to request she call the hospital (would have thought this to be common sense on her part given the proof I already provided). The hospital called her back multiple times confirming the prescription for my wife. Of course no apology or even acknowledgement from the pharmacist that they called her until we asked to confirm she finally was filling my wife's prescription. Again I find it very odd that they received 2 of the 3 prescriptions only and of course they did not get the opioid pain medicine. I have sent a note to corporate that they may want to check the pill log at this place as this all seems very shady!!! read more

The pharmacy: They have filled incorrect medications for my toddler (thank God I check our scripts!), run scripts through your insurance that aren't even the scripts you're receiving, the customer service is more often than not very rude and short with you, and every single time you drop off they tell you a time to pick up and it's never been filled when you go to pick up on said time. EVER! It's actually pretty scary to go to a pharmacy like this. When a pharmacy habitually fills scripts that aren't the right medication and/or submits wrong medications to your insurance (or doesn't submit them at all and tells you you're not covered, which happened to us today) it's very disturbing. They could KILL someone. Ver, very disturbing. read more

So, I generally don't have a reason to shop here on a regular basis. I have recently been taking photos on a film camera and was told by a friend to go through CVS fore they are speedy and price is right. So this is my second experience with them and it has been a total disaster. The first experience, the guy tried to put both rolls of film in ONE envelope. Then, he told us it would arrive within 7-10 business days. No big deal, I was okay with that. Little did I know the time/date given of readiness was going to be inaccurate. Its now been 2 weeks since I have dropped of my film. I called and spoke with a girl named Jasmine and WOW. I literally can't begin to tell you about the attitude I received from trying to find out where my film was. IF I even see my film again, I WILL NEVER do business with them again. As far as CVS stores go, this is pretty standard. I've been here several times when I've run out of fever or allergy meds for my kids. Strangely enough there is another CVS a few blocks away, which has 2 Red Boxes, while this one has none. Anyway, their other merchandise seems lacking and the stuff on the shelves looks kinda dusty. I guess nobody really shops for much besides meds here? Customer service has always been great, even when I had to return something. read more

I'm not on routine medications but every now and again when my kids need medicine filled, I use this pharmacy. I have two little boys that tested positive for the flu this afternoon. My doctor sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I called to check if it was received and to see how much it would cost. He told me the cost, which was a lot higher than other pharmacies. I asked if I ran it without my insurance would it help bring the cost down. He told me no. I said ok, let me check with another pharmacy before filling it. This was at 5pm. I found a Kroger to fill it for much cheaper after talking with the pharmacy tech and them telling me about goodrx. It was $150 cheaper than cvs. They then had to call CVS to get my prescriptions transferred. They called multiple times and each time were placed on long holds after mentioning they need a prescription transferred. The Kroger pharmacist called me from another line at 8pm to tell me he's been on hold and has hung up and tried multiple times to talk to someone about the transfer. He was afraid he wasn't going to get the prescription in time before he closed at 9pm. After I tried myself to get in contact with someone at CVS too with no avail. I was able to get ahold of my pediatrician through the emergency line and have him call in a new prescription to Kroger before they closed. It's sad how many people from Kroger were willing to help me and not one CVS person cared to help as well as basically hold my prescription hostage. I'm so happy there are stilll humans out there willing to go the extra step to get little kids a some medicine in a timely manner at Kroger, not CVS. read more
