I don't visit this CVS frequently and now I'm reminded of why. I ordered photos over the App to be printed in store. When I arrived the couldn't find my photos. Awful experience. Checked in to clinic. Was told 50 minute wait. It's been 70 minutes now and they just took another patient. Reason given for delay by physician was "I was running late". Would be nice if they updated wait times as delay wasn't caused by anything while I was there. Attitude was somewhat flippant - no real concern. read more

Arrived on time for vaccine appt booked 15 min go; took 13 min to get here, unlike several closer CVS locations near me. Waiting for genius here to serve me. After logging in, CVS app confirms appointment but when attempting to check in, app keeps indicating "Something went wrong" again & again. Doubt that CVS will ever get its together. The Pharmacist is ridiculous and narcissist at the point she didn't want to give me the medicine prescribed by my cardiologist. I will talk to my doctor and I obviously change pharmacy. I did a review about a year ago about my disappointment of the appearance of this location. I am pleasantly surprised at the turnaround! The store associates have always been outstanding and welcoming. The gentleman, at the register informed me that this location is under new management and it's very obvious, I might say. He said the employees are much happier and less stressed. I actually do remember the old manager, Katey. She was very condescending and rude. She was never available EVER! She talked down to us as if we were beneath her and not important enough. I've actually see how she spoke down to one of her employees. It's very obvious why she is no longer with the company. She definitely had no place to be a manager. Very pleased to know this location is under new management. The pharmacy side seems understaffed and over worked. I've witnessed people abusing, yelling and cursing the staff. I really feel bad for them. read more

I picked up prescriptions last week at this location. Today the pharmacist showed that I had not picked them up or paid for them. I had them and of course paid for them! She asked for a paper receipt or my bank statement. I do not keep paper receipts. It's a glitch on the pharmacy not me. Obviously one of the prescriptions was on paper from a Dr. after surgery and is state controlled and that presents a big problem for the pharmacy. An absolute nightmare and the only positive thing I will say is that the assistants do work very hard and are very nice. I am surprised by the number of strongly negative reviews of this particular CVS, located at 1380 Woodstock Road in Roswell. I have had many Interactions with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians over the last 5 years since I moved to the area from another state. Every interaction has been a positive experience for me, and that includes talking with multiple pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, as well as picking up many prescriptions at their convenient drive-through pharmacy window. When I do call, I always find them very patient in answering my questions, despite the fact that I know they are very busy because they appear to be short staffed. My only slight complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to get to speak to a human being when I call the pharmacy, but, once again, I know this is because they are so busy. I am not sure if this is a new feature or not, but recently I had the opportunity to leave a voice mail with a question for the pharmacist and he got back to me relatively quickly. This is a marked mprovement over being left on hold for a long time. The cashier in this store is the most rude person I have seen in any pharmacies around. While I gave him my driver's license, and tried to spell my last name. He said " I can read". I cannot believe he said that. He sounded like I offended him. I told him I didn't mean that he couldn't read, I was just trying to make it easier for him. Then I asked if I would be notified when the prescription is ready. He said" I am just a cashier..." This guy seems having a lot anger piling up on him. He was trying to take it on to the customers. If he works for me, I let him go home without blinking my eyes. He is lack of basic understanding of treating customers with respect. Other female's employees working there seem nice. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Went to the minute clinic and had a 11:50am appointment. As I'm writing this it is 12:50pm and I am still waiting. Their website says they are not taking walk-ins and you have to have an appointment. I was informed when I got there that they had taken a lot of walk-ins . I usually wouldn't do this, but I am so upset with this place. I have been using this CVS for years, but something has happened, and it's gone downhill. Calling them is next to impossible. I'm transferring to Walgreens because, despite having one more refill for a prescription, I can't get it. It's been a week, and I cannot get to the pharmacy. They're inconsistent and I don't know if it's because the new people haven't been trained, but I constantly have to come back despite the dates on the website telling me something different. Pharmacy is completely dysfunctional. Staff is rude but clearly understaffed and overwhelmed so I get it. Each month I try to pick up a monthly medication that I call in to fill, and they always fail to have it filled, with days (I am not exaggerating) of advanced notice. I called Monday to have it filled ASAP Tuesday knowing I'll pick up Wednesday. I call 2 hours prior to arrival to ask the status which they reply is ready. Upon arrival I try to pick up, and they inform me it's not ready, try again in 20 minutes. After a 3 hour ride from my destination, I don't want or have the time to wait for this when it should've been ready yesterday. It's the final straw, I'm done and excited to find a new pharmacy. The store at 1380 Woodstock Road in Roswell, leavea A LOT to be desired. On several occasions, I have had issues with a young man who works up at the front part of the store. On one occasion I had a basket overflowing with items, close to $400 worth of products and I asked him if he could check me out versus self checkout. He told me self checkout is easy, and I agreed yes it is for a few items, not this many. He begrudingly took my basket and asked me for my cvs care number to scan I told him I would look for it on my phone, he refused to start scanning without the card. I left him to put away the almost $400 worth of items. I came home called corporate and they told me they can most certainly scan item while waiting for the customer to produce the card. They said this particular employee was 'set in his ways', and liked to do things his own way, and they would have a word with him. Well today marks another day I left my basket with over $500 worth of merchandise. I was buying a gift card for my husbands birthday, and a bunch of other stuff, as I can't get out of CVS for under 3-digits ever, I'm a personal care junkie. This same employee was having a melt-down in the aisle next to me loudly complaining about a stock order being 'wrong'. I gingerly walked over and asked him to help me load money on a gift card and check me out, again, it was like I was asking him to give me a kidney, however, he complied. I asked him to load $500 on the gift card, which he refused to do until I told him what the gift card was for! I told him my husband's birthday, and then I was like, none of your business, and promptly left the store again. Finally had enough. I was treated like a dog behind their cage. Was promised they would help me after they closed but then was yelled at saying that she stayed 'after' to help me but they didn't have my prescription. This after talking from the Doctors office that they had confirmed. receiving the prescription. I personally saw how they did this to two other people before me. Wow they lose a lot of prescriptions. Your Sunday evening staff member (male at front counter) was rude, short and condescending to me. My purchase was only about $15, but was treated like I was an inconvenience. The location on the corner of Hwy 92 and Bowen Road is the worst customer service I've ever had! The pharmacy is so disorganized. I called 5 times today. They need to let everyone in the pharmacy go. Seems like they are just hiring anyone. The pharmacist short blond is so rude and condescending not just to customers but the staff. She treats them like the help, and like they work for her. The staff sadly is completely clueless. They'll have you show up just to tell you, your prescription is not filled or available. I've called corporate, I contacted the hiring department. They do not care so no one actually is looking into the complaints. Has anyone else noticed how messy the pharmacy is staff can't even find prescriptions how can they guarantee not to accidentally give you the incorrect pills yet with correct labels it's scary. They need to have someone from corporate just observe as a customer and unannounced I guarantee staff and pharmacist may be fired. They need to if the pharmacist is unable to build a relationship with her staff it is going to fail. No wonder this place is asking for more applications. I have used this Pharmacy many times in the past and their service have always been lackluster. It seems that is you want a prescription filled, you need to walk in and plead with them. And that doesn't always work. After this experience, It is Walgreens for me. I mean, sometimes you can wait an hour or two for a script, but when you are in pain, you need the it filled now or at least with some haste. Not for nothing, but the service here is weak and disinterested. I had a flare-up of gout recently. I hobbled carefully and deliberately to the doc, who then calls in my meds to CVS. One of them being a sorely needed script for Vicodin which they put in my hand to take to CVS. Yes, gout pain requires some serious pain med. We go to the drive thru to fill the pain script. The woman inside tells us that she doesn't have the other scripts yet. I say I don't care about them right now, I NEED THE PAIN MEDS!!!!!!!! You don't need the others to fill that ONE! Sorry.. After a bit of arguing, we concede, despite me telling her how much pain I was in and had been since 2AM that morning. She says she will sign me up for the text messages and notify me when all the meds are ready. Reluctantly, we left. This was at 10AM. At 1PM, I called and asked if my scripts were ready. "Why yes sir. we have 3 prescriptions waiting to be picked up". Sweet! We head over to pick them up. They're not filled! So we sat and waited as dude shuffled about like he was wearing house shoes. At 1;25 PM, finally, I get my meds and we head home. At 1:26PM.... I get a text indicating that me prescriptions are ready and I need to pick them up!!!! Beware... read more

I have been going to this CVS for years and so they are sometimes overloaded with prescriptions and customers, they are always super helpful and friendly. I read some of the negative reviews about service and I've never experienced anything like this, and I've been there at least twice a month for the last several years. The folks at the front register are always friendly and the pharmacy personnel, though they are sometimes a bit frantic because they are so busy, never fail to engage in a positive and proactive manner. This CVS gets hit pretty hard with customers because of the location, and there are always quite a few people working in the pharmacy (i.e. it's not lack of trying to stay on top of all of the prescriptions - there are just SO many). Went to buy a jug of milk today at 5:37pm. When HUNTER arrived he asked me twice: "Are you ready to check out?"... to which I replied" yes" the 1st time, then "Yeah man, im waiting on you". He mocked me by repeating what I had said, then told me the total. I had already placed my money on the counter, but he held his hand out and told me I had to hand it to him. I told him the money is on the counter, to which he replied, "you just put it in my hand like this" while motioning with his hand how it was done in an extremely rude manner. When he handed me my change, he aggressively pushed the money into my hand. I asked him what his problem was, then told him he needed to chill out. When he didn't respond, I asked who was the store manager. He refused to tell me, saying, "I'm sorry sir", until I pressed him on it. Every other associate here has always been very nice but my experience today convinced me to choose a new pharmacy is this is the reception I get at the counter. Despite the friendly and helpful staff, the photo center is dated and slow. The scanner loads blurry pictures and the USB port doesn't load every picture in my library. I was hoping to print some 4x4 pictures and that size is not an option either. read more

I've been going to this CVS for 10 years. They use to be better at customer service and having the Rx you need. Frank is great! But the last couple of years they seem to not have drugs in stock or not enough to fill the prescription. You end up having to come back the next day or several days later. Not what I expect from my pharmacy. Most of my routine drugs are now at express scripts. Its frustrating to have common drugs that I need now and then to be low or out. I guess its time to try another local pharmacy to compare experiences. read more

HORRIBLE pharmacy. Routinely failed to have refills available when Rx ran out. 5 months in a row this happened. Auto refill didn't work. Website routine gave error messages. I QUIT.
